Our experience with Naveed as our tour guide was absolutely superb. He picked us up right on time from our hotel in Dubai and drove us comfortably to Abu Dhabi. Along the way, he answered all of our questions and shared so much knowledge about the country, its culture, and many unique and fascinating facts. Having lived in Dubai for many years, he was incredibly knowledgeable and provided wonderful insight throughout the day. Our first stop was the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. We needed to purchase appropriate clothing, and Naveed knew exactly where to go and guided us through the process seamlessly. He shared fascinating details about the mosque — how long it took to build, the incredible weight of the main chandelier, and that the carpet in the prayer hall is the largest single-piece carpet in the world. Those details made the visit even more meaningful. He was also very open and thoughtful in answering our questions about the Muslim faith, which we truly appreciated. We continued on to the beautiful Royal Palace Hotel and then to the Ferrari Museum, both of which were wonderful to see. Naveed also took us to a local buffet for lunch, and it was absolutely delicious. His van was clean and well-maintained, and he was a safe and professional driver. More than anything, Naveed couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. We truly enjoyed our day and would highly recommend booking with this company — especially if Naveed is your guide!

Experience to remember the trip to Abu Dhabi and Dubai was made so memorable and treatment provided was VIP. Even my son said we are treated like VIP. Muhammad was a great tour guide. Lunch was really good. It was buffet style BBQ/Indian/Chinese food. The mosque was beautiful but very crowded.

The tour was way too long and not really exciting except for the mosque…I was picked up at 930am at my hotel and my friends awaited for me in the Toyota suv which picked me up. 20 minutes after leaving the hotel we had to stop at a gas station to pick up another client to join our group,,we were now 6 in a tight Toyota suv..(we guessed since he was alone his driver didn’t want to continue with 1 client)) First stop Ferrari mall,,boring,,,just a mall,,,second stop visit of a spice shop..third stop visit of mandarin hotel, then only drove by the palace, and drove by the Ethiad tower, then 1h30 minutes stop at a mall for lunch, then went to visit a carpet/rug shop for a sale pitch…then another sale pitch stop for souvenirs,,,finally drove to the mosque where we were rushed , nice mosque but not enough time there…. Got back to hotel at 8pm,,,this tour is not worth it,,,just book the mosque and look at the city view,,, Our driver however named Mr Khan, was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. My previous tour to safari tour with Viator was great though.

Our Guide Naveed with Hardrock Tourism was brilliant in his job, we could have not asked for better guide. Although he was a little late in picking us up in the morning which was due to a no show couple before us, he was on time with everything else during the tour. The tour guide Faizan was amazing - his knowledge of the local areas, the history of all the emirate states , not just Abu Dhabi was outstanding. He was very witty and patient. The tour itself was amazing so many attractions inc Ferrari world, local date store, Corniche, Emirates palace and of course the highlight of the Grand Mosque. The only disappointing thing was the BAPS temple which was on the iteniary is closed on Mondays. Had we have known this at the time of booking we would have booked a different day.

The Sheikh Zayed Mosque was definitely worth the trip. Stunning views! Zaman took very good care of our group of 6 travelers. He asked us if we had any special requests. We stopped at a lovely buffet restaurant and had lunch together. He went out of his way to accommodate our tour. Definitely would recommend.
