Dubai Private Transfer: Cruise Port To Dubai Hotel

They did not deliver what they promised or contracted for. No refunding either!!! Never again. Do not use this operator company. Very deceiving.

Private Transfer Driver was waiting for us to exit Cruise Terminal, he was pleasant, helpful and on time. We were taken to Hotel and had pleasant ride, lots of traffic on roadways. Our experience was excellent and Viator will be used again.

Xfer Ok, but driver constantly coughing whole trip. He should have worn a mask, or stayed home if truly sick.

The driver communicated through What's App and came over immediately when we arrived early. He pointed out landmarks on the way to the hotel and was very friendly. The van was spotless! Great way to transfer from the cruise port.

Used this service for a transfer from cruise port to hotel in Dubai. Great service we were outside very early and they made sure we were picked up quickly even though we were very early for our scheduled pickup. All staff were very nice and helpful and tool great care of us.

The company Orient tours sent there driver to the wrong cruise terminal. Even though they had dropped us atthe correct terminal a week ealrier. Then they wanted to charge us a further £200 to collect us , Costa cruises sorted out a transfer for us to our hotel for 4 passengers to the palm for £50 . Clearly the company never checked where the ship docked as the terminal they sent the driver to had been shut since january this was mid march 2022.

We were going from the Dubai Cruise Terminal to a Hotel Our Driver was On time, safe and drove a very clean vehicle. Driver was waiting outside the cruise with a printed sign.

It was wonderful to get picked up after the cruise, it was quite warm so we didn’t have to wait long. The Dubai cruise terminal is huge and disembarkation was well organised. Bear in mind though, the driver may pull up at the other terminal about a 5min walk to your right, so make sure you have contact details just in case.

<p>Very professional driver. He had been held up for about 20-30 minutes at the checkpoint entrance to the Port of Dubai. We were in contact with the Tour company that assured us the driver was at the Port of Dubai. He was driving an extremely clean Lexus. Took us to our hotel, but could not find it as it was inside the Dubai International Airport. Stopped at another hotel across from Terminal 3 of Airport. Found out the hotel room at the International Airport Hotel would not be available when we needed it. We chose to stay in the new found hotel. They offered great service, courteous treatment and because room was ready. Great choice, and thanks to the efforts of the Viator driver. There is no fail when Viator is your guide in a foreign country.</p>

<p>Such a smooth transfer from Port to Jumeriah Palm Hotel. Met on time in the Port Rashid arrivals. <br/> Friendly, courteous driver, very clean modern vehicle. Well worth the cost, no waiting for taxis or <br/> getting on crowded transfer buses.</p>

<p>Taxis are in short supply at the Cruise Port. This is definitely the best option. Great service and with 4 people sharing a good price.</p>

<p>We arrived early off the ship for almost an hour before our pick up time. I made a call to Orient Tours to try and get a earlier pick up. They were very accommodating and was able to pick us up. Nice and clean van. Great driver.</p>

<p>Arrived at the requested time. Large van for six passengers with lots of space for the cases. Driver was not very talkative but a clean comfortable journey and a service I would use again.</p>

<p>The real snag with this is that even tho booked through Viator, a tour group in Dubai was responsible for the transfer. I had re-requested at new pick up time for 8:30 through Viator and they sent an email verifying that request. The only problem was that it was not relayed to the tour group on Dubai, thus we waited at the port outside in the heat for an extra 30 minutes until the driver arrived on the scene, which made a close call to get to our hotel and our private tour at 10 AM. The driver was unaware of the change and did not apologize for the misunderstanding.</p>

<p>Much better having a private transfer than waiting in line for 2-3 hours for a taxi after getting off of a cruise ship. People were passing out waiting in line, this made it simple.</p>

<p>A must-see destination for its sheer opulence, wealthy extravagance and amazing architecture beyond one's imagination. </p> <p>Glad to have visited but it's a one-off visit for me as it is a bit too blingy and show-offish in my opinion.</p>

<p>The transfer that was arranged arrived on time with a good car and excellent driver.</p>
