The boat was beautiful and as advertised. The crew was very attentive and friendly. My wife and daughter had the time of their life and so did I. We stopped for a swim as well which was fun. If you are going to take a cruise in Dubai this is the one to take.

Stunning yacht, attentive staff and beautiful views. We rented the luxury yacht for 3 hours with our friends. (24 of us in total). We had a great time on the beautiful yacht and we even ankered for a short swim. I can only highly recommend this company.

Kings and Queense were amazing from start to finish. They had quick and professional communication beforehand with helpful instructions on how to locate the meeting point etc. The boat was perfect for our group size and beautifully clean and well presented. Our crew were superb, so attentive, helpful and friendly. We had two young children in our group and they were fantastic with them, helping make our families visit to Dubai one to remember.

We are just back from a 2 hour Christmas Day cruise with captain Bablu ,Hostess Rachelle and deckhand Jake . They were so helpful . And we had a fantastic time . At late notice they organised us to have Santa hats for photos . They really went above and beyond . The communication and messages and replies to queries were very fast from start to finish . Highly recommended but just to say the boat was a little Different to some Pictures on description. We were happy and it was comparable but something to note .

A wonderful 2 hour Christmas Day cruise for our family ( 2 adults and 3 teens 19,17,15) The booking and communication was excellent . Meeting point and times clearly explained and queries answered so quickly . Our boat team of Captain [ Bablu] , hostess Rachelle and deck hand Jake just could not have been any nicer and more helpful . We brought our own drinks and snacks but they had ice and glasses . At late notice I asked do Santa hats for photos and they kindly met another boat after we left to get some . It was above and beyond . Just do be aware that some of pictures on the advertisement are different to the boat you may be allotted . Some are more ‘ glamorous’ than others but we were very happy with ours .

Excellent service from an excellent crew. The yacht was superb and well equipped. The crew were very informative which made it more pleasurable.

We opted for the two hour private cruise and it was the perfect length of time to get to see everything we wanted to at a nice slow pace. Communication ahead of the day was excellent and we met the crew exactly when and where promised (if you are travelling in the next few months there are a lot of roadworks around the marina so do leave a little extra time to get to the meeting point as the traffic is currently a nightmare!) The friendly crew looked after us really well and were on hand if we needed anything, with offers to take photos for us whenever we passed any of the major sights. It was a nice touch to have a really decent bluetooth speaker system on board to connect to so we could have our own chilled out playlist as we cruised up the side of the Palm. Cold water is on offer from the moment you board and there are also refreshments available to buy on board (beers, prosecco and soft drinks) although they are equally happy for you to take your own (we'd brought along our own bottle of bubbles as we'd mis-read somewhere alcohol wasn't served on board and the crew were kind enough to provide us with some glasses). The boat was exactly as shown in the pictures and really well looked after. Overall, we can't fault anything about the experience and we left with some happy memories and great photos and we would highly recommend this experience.

Bit disappointing. The boat was as advertised and looked the part. However, service was mediocre. Opted for the birthday package with my name and numbers for my age. Got on board to find they had not arranged them despite emailing me to say it was all purchased and ready. They also dont tell you that there is a charge 9f 10 dirhams pp to get to the yacht and the same back. Small amount but should be included in the price of the package.

We had the most incredible time with Kings & Queens Yachts! We originally booked a 34ft yacht but were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade – which made the experience even more special. It was just the two of us on board, and everything felt so private, peaceful, and luxurious. The team was amazing from start to finish. We were allowed to bring our own drinks and music, which made the atmosphere completely our own. Huge shoutout to Abinesh, who was so kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the cruise. The other 2 staff who were also very welcoming Everything was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be booking again when we’re back in Dubai. An unforgettable 3-hour private boat trip around Dubai Harbour! The sights were absolutely incredible, and the experience was made even better by the amazing staff – so friendly and professional. The on-board BBQ was a great touch and really added to the luxury feel. We loved every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai!

AMAZING.. we went on this cruise for my husbands 40th Birthday with our 2 children aged 10 and 5, it was so lovely the staff were so kind and very good communication right from the meeting point. Easy booking process aswell. The kids loved it and found it fascinating with the views at sunset and we got to play our own music. I booked some birthday balloons which were perfect aswell. I’d 100% recommend this for anyone visiting or living in Dubai for something a little extra special.

We booked the 2-hour private yacht for my husband’s birthday and it was pure luxury—from the stunning skyline views to the champagne toast. 3 girlfriends booked for the hour around the harbour. I’ve been to Dubai many times but the other 2 were first time visitors. We messed up on our transport & arrived late & they kindly waited & gave us the full hour.

We had an absolutely fantastic 3 Hour trip with Rachelle, Samir and Salman. They looked after us and made sure all our needs were met. They were so kind helping us with our baby boy when we swam in the harbour. The boat was spotless and our onboard crew were so full of knowledge about each of the spots we sailed to. Wow! From the moment I booked this the staff were exceptional. Communication was superb and nothing was too much trouble. Everything on the day was so smoothly run and what an incredible experience. We managed to get a spot and watch the drone show, Then around to burj al Arab. It was honestly one of the best things we have done and cannot wait to do it again, Rachelle, Mosim and Abinesh were just the best. Thank you. What a great company!!
