Dubai Private Arrival Airport Transfer To Any Hotels In Uae

Professional team, good experience. Thank you Elmer

Great Experience. Will use them again. Driver turned up promptly. I arrived safely at my Hotel. Satisfied with the service.

Driver was nice and friendly. However, encountered a little issue in locating where to meet the driver. Better instructions are needed before getting there. All ended well except for just a little bump in the process.

They were very responsive, and there in time in the airport with my name on a sign. The drive was smooth, I have no complaints.

Very professional & friendly driver, there early and chatted on way to hotel. Very spacious and Comfortable vehicle

Great communication. Contacted as soon as we booked to confirm booking and number of people. Contacted again before we landed. The transfer between Dubai airport and Abu Dhabi was straight forward and stress free after a long flight.

Amazing booked car service. The company contacted me before, right when I landed and met me right where I walked out of baggage claim. He helped me with my luggage to the car and then the driver drove me to my hotel is a super nice clean car with water. I’d highly recommend this especially for a solo travel who has never been to Dubai before and is a bit nervous.

Very efficient service. Met at exit and taken to car. Comfortable car and very smooth ride. Plenty of room.

Fabulous service, even thou we were late arriving. Our driver was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Nice driver and well organized company. The ride was smooth and comfortable as we depart from the airport to the palm area.

Highly recommended, great communication, on time, perfect! I am an elderly lady travelling alone and the service was outstanding! Thank you!

Our tour guide was great. He was very knowledgeable of the city of Abu Dhabi. However, this was a very long day for 1.5 hours spent @ Mosque. We stopped at several “unnecessary” locations. I would have preferred a private trip just to Mosque.

Booking and organisation of the meeting point was seamless and the what’s app messengers confirming pick up and location both in the lead up and at the time was a big help and very reassuring. Thank you Mohammed for making mine annd my young daughter’s arrival in Dubai so easy and friendly. Would highly recommend this company for any airport transfers.

Driver communicated with us in a timely manner and was right on time. He was also very helpful and friendly

Our Private Driver Service through Aviator was "ORIENT TOURS" and upon landing in Dubai our "ORIENT TOUR" Representative was in constant contact with our group leader via WHATSAPP & kept us advised of his exact location where we would find him up on exiting PASSPORT CONTROL & after retrieving our traveling parties luggage. Also would like to point out that PRIOR to departing the USA they had reached out to us to CONFIRM the size of our traveling party and the amount and size of our luggage too. It was reassuring that they would have the proper sized vehicle to comfortably take our group from the Dubai Airport to our Hotel in Dubai. Our driver was very good too, during the 30 minutes trip from the airport to our hotel he answered many of our questions and was helpful pointing out landmarks and helping us with other questions that we had!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE WAS PROVIDED AT A REASONABLE COST.....GREAT VALUE!!!!

A clean and very comfortable car. Polite driver. Dealt with our luggage and quick journey to our hotel

It was an excellent experience. The representative from Orient Tours Munawar was all the time cooperative and replied for all messages. You know exactly who will meet you with the sign of the leading family member name. Everything was explained in details what will be next. The car was very comfortable with A/C. The ride was smooth and pleasant. Great experience! Thank you!

Booked transfer from Dubai airport to JBR. Got WhatsApp messages straight after booking and then again on the day of travelling to confirm the information. When we landed we got a message of driver and that they’d be waiting at arrivals. Great service

I arrived 30 minutes late but was met by a coordinator with a sign with my name on it. He connected me quickly with the driver. Overall a seamless experience.

Prompt, waiting for us in arrivals holding a sign with our name on. Was very helpful with our luggage. Would recommend!

This company is good and reliable. We arrived in Dubai early morning, The staff communicated with me as soon as the plane landed and gave me clear instructions on what to do and where to meet after baggage collection . We came out late due to long line in immigration but the driver waited for us. The staff who met us at the airport as well as the driver is very polite and pleasant and helped us with our luggage. This company is highly recommended.

Quiet and uneventful drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. There was a bit of confusion meeting at the airport due to controlled access to the airport by authorities but once that was resolved all went smoothly.

Stayed in constant contact throughout the pickup process on WhatApp. Excellent service, would use again.

The representative was waiting for us when we left the baggage claim. He promptly took us to the car where the driver was waiting for us. It is always such a relief to see your ride especially when it is late at night in a foreign country. Very pleased with Viator's service.

Hussain was at the airport to greet us and calmly led us to our vehicle and was so helpful with our luggage. The whole experience was first class.

The driver was waiting with my name, so no hustle spoting him. The drive to my hotel smooth and comfortable.

Communication was excellent For every step they kept us informed Driver was knowledgeable and courteous

Representative met us and was on time. Driver seemed a little unfamiliar with hotel Location. Very helpful with the luggage

Driver patiently waiting as we finally exited customs. Helped with luggage. Also offered water. Drove safely through heavy traffic of Dubai.

Excellent airport to hotel service.Driver was Friendly and informative. Told us all about the city as we passed different areas on our way to our hotel.

Our driver was on time and waiting for us. He was polite, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you for starting our visit off right!

Easy and Convenient. Communication came through WhatsApp, and reached out the day before to confirm. On arrival, advised where to Meet and was easy to locate. Took us to our driver who was great and drove us to the Hotel with no issue.

I was contacted and communicated with from our landing and picking up our luggage to the meeting spot where my name was being held up by Manuwar He offered to roll some of our bags to the vehicle. My party of six comfortably was taken to our hotel. I would use this company again

The driver was right on time picking us up at 4am at the Dubai airport. He was polite and helpful. The van for 6 was clean and comfortable.

Had no problem finding the driver. Ride was comfortable and loved the scenery. No issues or complaints at all

Very courteous and polite. Extremely patient and accommodating. Driver was on time and was continuously in contact with us.

Our greeter and driver Ali were wonderful! There was a digital sign with my name (spelled correctly) which made it so easy to identify them. It calme my anxiety immediately. Ali was professional and courteous as he drove us to our hotel. I would definitely use them again!

The service was prompt and the drivers were very professional. We will definitely use them again! They helped with baggage and welcomed us to Dubai.

He was prompt and super friendly. Assisted us with bags as well made sure the hotel staff took our baggage when we arrived at our destination. The vehicle was roomy, great air, and he had bottle water waiting for us. Definitely recommend.

We were met on arrival..introduced to our driver and enjoyed a very relaxing trip to our hotel. The service was excellent

This was a great experience; seamless. My plane was late leaving the US by an hour and it was not a problem. As soon as we were given the new arrival time, I notified the operator via app. They were very gracious and told me t have safe flight; they would adjust and be there when we arrived. A gentleman with our names was waiting as soon as we passed customs, provided us with a Welcome kit and schlept our bags to the waiting driver/van. The van driver was pleasant and professional; easy peasy. I will definitely use them again when I return

They were right on time. They were holding up a sign with my name on it. That felt special. They got us to the hotel quickly. That was much appreciated because we had been traveling for over 20 hours. I would definitely use them again.

Great driver! Very nice guy who was very informative about the City. We really enjoyed our trip to the hotel.

Very prompt, professional and called to verify when our arrival from airport was delayed. We would definitely use this company again!
