Dubai Miracle Garden was absolutely beautiful! The colourful flowers and creative displays made the visit special. Holidayys made the ticket booking process easy, and we had a lovely time exploring the garden. 🌸
I bought the tickets a couple days in advance. On the day we wanted to go to the miracle garden, they cancelled our tickets… Useless.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This provider ruined our final day in Dubai. I booked tickets for the Miracle Garden two months in advance, only for them to be cancelled on the day of the trip without any explanation whatsoever. My disabled sister and I were left completely stranded at the entrance with no cash to buy new tickets, meaning we missed the entire experience. The lack of respect and professionalism, particularly when dealing with travelers who have accessibility needs, is staggering. Do yourself a favor and book with Get your Guide instead—you’ll avoid massive disappointment and unnecessary stress.
I am not happy at all , I bought two tickets for Miracle garden (Dubai) and till last minutes after we investigate every day woth them they sent tickets to us, and they suggest us buy dorect from them not from Viator.

The gardens are so beautifully set both in design and colours. Models in true life plants and green are marvellous.
There are not more than 10 types of flowers arranged in various shapes. I think 2 hours is more than enough to see the place. Club it with Global village which opens at 4 pm.
Its was a beautiful experience and site to see I will recommend it to everyone. plan to go back very soon because my daughter wants to.

They experience was great did not receive tickets. Had to call in front of entrance in garden . That was embrassing and wasted time.

It's a beautiful experience; fun and joyful for children and adults alike. I suggest a late evening visit to really enjoy the flowers under the spotlights.

I booked for 2 people but you sent a confirmation for 1 person but writing for 2 . I had to call to get it fixed while we were in line
I would recommend the miracle garden but do not book through Viator!! I downloaded the tickets from website and added it to my apple wallet. But when i attempted to enter gate at the garden, I was told my tickets were invalid. Due to the fact I’m on vacation, I did not have WiFi on my phone to contact the agency while at the garden. I traveled from my hotel in a taxi for 39 minutes so I wasn’t about to return to my hotel. I ended up purchasing tickets on site. I requested a refund due to the above and was denied. I would not use Viator again for this reason.
Best time spent in Dubai. The flowers were breath taking. Very beautiful experience. Nothing like sitting under the shade with cooling breeze and fragrance of flowers.
Beautiful place to visit! Lots of food and drink stalls/ cafes and plenty of places to sit on the way around. The flowers are stunning and the characters/sculptures are incredible! Very colourful and make great photos!

Everything went very well and the Miracle Garden is a fantastic place that you have to see. Unfortunately, we had also booked View at the Palm and Burj Khalifa through Tripadvisor and that was a complete disaster. Tripadvisor did not publish the bad review I gave and has not made any attempt to refund us. (The cards were not valid for both bookings) Perhaps someone from Tripadvisor will read this review and take care of it.
