Food was lovely. Entertainment was great. The route is very picturesque. The waiting staff could have been more attentive. Table service was pretty non existent. We had the gold package but they were not generous or proactive in offering us a drink. Quite often we had to go and find a waiter to place an order. Didn't see any ice cream. That said we still had a good time.
Seems to be a new business, the food was amazing. The staff went out of their way to assist me with my intolerance and even went as far as making me my own special plate of food on top of what I could eat from the buffet. Hope and the manager were amazing the whole time always making sure we had everything we needed. The views were perfect, our only suggestion would be to work on the music. Volume to stay consistent not getting too loud once out of harbour and not constantly changing the song before its finished or close to finishing... simple fix. Would recommend

The activity is great. Good selection of food and everyone on the boat is friendly and welcoming. Shame about Viator, they didn't update the location for the activity and I went to a different dock. Security advised I'm in the wrong place and we're kind enough to speak to the right place and ask them to wait till I got there.
Great value cruise on upper deck. Staff were very welcoming, food was really nice and alround service was excellent. I highly recommend this cruise, life is too short, just do it and enjoy.

Had such a lovely experience on Celeste Cruise . The food was really good, the atmosphere was beautiful, and everything felt very well organized. Perfect for a relaxing evening on the water with amazing views. Definitely a nice experience in Dubai
Unfortunately this wasn’t one of the best. I have used my data for a long time and do many excursions that have all been amazing. But this one was not as good due to the air-conditioning on the boat we were on the main deck and there was two air-conditioning units each side of the boat which didn’t reach anyone but the people sitting next to it the trip did say it was fully air-conditioned and the lower deck was but not the deck we were on. We sweated and was ringing wet like all the other people so when we did have photographs taken, my hair was stuck to my head so didn’t want to buy them unfortunately.
Alittle out of what i expected The address wasn’t clear for me but we made it on time. I would have love for the AC to be on the upper deck but it is what it is

Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our experience. The only issue was that the music was extremely loud, to the point that it caused ear pain. Lowering the volume a bit would make the experience much more comfortable.
