Dubai Water Canal is an infrastructure overhaul which winds its way to the Arabian Gulf from the old Dubai Creek effectively turning a significant part of Dubai into an island. This 3.2km long waterway ranges 80 to 120m in width, is six meters in depth and cuts through Dubai’s main artery, the Sheikh Zayed Road connecting with the Arabian Gulf.

Sheikh Zayed Bridge Waterfall is a mechanical waterfall, where the Canal meets the Sheikh Zayed Road Bridge. This motion-operated water wonder pumps water through the bridge in a constant flow, visible from the promenade, and can be switched off when a sensor detects a boat nearby.
The Tolerance Bridge was inaugurated at Dubai Water Canal to mark the International Day for Tolerance.
Just a great trip staff are all good food was good you get to see everything from the canal this is the second time we done this trip first time was just my wife and myself this time all the family was with us it was great really worth the money
Great food, excellent music entertainment and wonderful site seeing, especially the waterfall bridge.
The description of the tour gave to option for a Hotel pickup (the Boat was moored 35 minutes away from Downtown Dubai). When I payed for the tour the Hotel Pickup disappeared, and I had to go there by Cab. The actual dinner cruse was fine, although the description as "Luxury" was greatly exaggerated.
Very peaceful, nice music , great night view of Dubai, great service and most important optional transfer.
It’s a nice experience, staff was welcoming, food was good, views were great, but luxury should be removed from the description. The actual boat was old.
Highly recommend!! This trip is most definitely a must., Absolutely fantastic. So beautiful flowing along the can looking at all the different spectacular hotel designs and scenery so much to see. The buffet food was delicious with a great choice, lamb chops gorgeous. Wine very nice. What made the night as well was the saxophone player wow truly amazing we got up and danced. This has got to be one of the best trips in Dubai. One to book. Picked up and dropped off no worries there. You won’t be disappointed with this trip.
The boat and crew were lovely the transfer guy was very thoughtful. The only complain I have is that I paid £30 for some photos to be emailed and as yet I have still not received them
Sadly it was not a luxury cruise, the commentary you could barely hear and it sounded like it was a recording, the music prior to departing was literally on repeat, which kept playing until the sax started, food was very average. It was basically dinner on a boat while cruising around the canal. The sax player was good but it was like everyone was there separately on their own, as there was no interaction it had a weird atmosphere! Wouldn’t recommend if you want a fun night with others but nice to see the lights at night, we just had no idea what we were looking at. Wouldn’t recommend at all:(
The trip was amazing, one must have to experience. The ride, the food, the music & entertainment... all was superb.
The staff are absolutely lovely however the alcohol choices are few and actually pretty horrible when it comes to wine. Not to mention ridiculously and over the top expensive. A little long as well.
If you’re after good food, relaxed & enjoyable cruise with live music & with lots to see & good service - then this is a tour you book! We sat in the open air section - loved it

A very relaxed absolutely stunning evening. The meal was fantastic much better than expected. The views are stunning accompanied by a fantastic musician that made the whole experience beautiful. The crew can't do enough for you ! We are going to book again for our last night !

After reading some of the negative reviews , I must say this was an excellent tour We chose the alcohol and pick up package, whilst we had a slight delay in the pick up, the attentiveness of the Driver and also Guide walked to/from the drop off location was excellent We sat on the top deck, an extra 50AED but worth it to see the sights of Dubai at night Dinner was buffet with excellent choices and variety, food was hot and very tasty Saxophonist played three sets and was excellent All in all well worth the money
This short cruise was organized by Amazon Tours. It was a dinner cruise and we were fortunate to arrive in time to get a table inside the boat, as it was quite windy and chilly on the top deck. The cruise is not interactive so you are left guessing what you are looking at along the way. The dinner was nice and provided several vegetarian options. Generally a nice outing if you like things to go slow into the evening.
Our cruise was Christmas Eve, we didn’t have a transfer booked so went by taxi, make sure when planning leave plenty of time as traffic was manic and the venue wasn’t that easy to find. However, the cruise was spectacular, we paid the extra tariff to dine on the outdoor upper deck and the unrestricted views of the city at night was awesome. We were also treated to a fireworks display(not part of the package we’re were just lucky with the timings). The staff on board were very efficient and attentive, the food too was plentiful and of a high stander. Thoroughly enjoyed this excursion.

Great experience starting with a free upgrade to top deck. The departure was on time and the hosts were quite prompt and attentive in service. The only drawback for which this gets a 4.5 star instead of 5 is the food. The cold cuts and the grilled items allng with the live counter helped a bit but the mains were lacking in taste and flavour. Would definitely recommend in future, provided the food experience improves.
What a lovely way to spend an evening in Dubai. Sailing round the centre enjoying a lovely meal with a guy playing a saxophone in the background. I would recommend this trip. It was worth the money.

Great views of Dubai with old friends from Central Asia and my daughter who lives in Dubai. The food was very nice and a large selection. Nice presentation. The one man band was a great sax player with a good selection of tunes. Very nice evening indeed. I would highly recommend it if your doing the tourist circuit !!!
A most delightful and wonderful experience. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff were absolutely attentive and always checking on your trip. A different perspective of the city from water. Beautiful sights and incredible music. The food was delicious and fitted with theme, and catered for all taste buds. Clean ablutions. We will definitely book again when we are back in Dubai. What a lovely relaxing experience. We booked the cruise with transfers and I’m glad we did. The car picked us up on time and escorted us to the boat. We had good communication with the tour operator. Be aware that if you wish to sit upstairs it is an extra 50UAE per person. (The equivalent of approximately $20 AUD per person). They don’t offer this when booking on Viator it is offered through text and paid directly on board. The buffet meal was good value and the live entertainment was fantastic. It was great to see Dubai at night from a water perspective and the waterfall on the bridge was beautiful.
Overall was ok. The boat was the one advertised and we left on time. The city view looked great. But the cruise only took 1h30’ and left us somewhere in downtown ( was the national day, probably that’s why), even if we paid the full price. And because it was shorter, the bufet was open only around 30 minutes. They had a car to take us back to the staring point, but we said we will call an Uber to go to the marina instead. They insisted they will take us so we waited around 15 minutes for the car. Because the traffic was crazy , the car left us 3km from our destination saying those were the instructions from the company, in the middle of nowhere (we couldn’t walk from there). So we still end up calling another uber. We had someone injured on our group who couldn’t walk that well, so this was a huge inconvenient for us. They should left us call an Uber in the beginning.
Our cruise was ruined by a selfish group who we had to share our transfer with, despite ample notice of pickup time they were very late and even when they did eventually arrive they went to their room! We left them and due to the delay missed the cruise departure and had to hop on a smaller boat and catch the cruise dhow, eventually stepping on board at 19.30. The staff were wonderful and the food and drinks were as expected for a dhow cruise. Given that we were ushered off the dhow at 20.45 our 2 hour cruise lasted an hour and fifteen minutes, so in our view it was not good value for money.

Views not to be missed. Good buffet style food and relaxing live music on return trip. Transfer to and from hotel worked well and we were escorted to the boat through the Festival City Mall.
I enjoyed the shuttle pickup. I liked the food. Entertainment was classy. Saxophonist was amazing. Totally hated the long drive to get from my hotel to boat dock. I suggest you tell people this early on
The boat was smooth & great to be in the open air, seeing all the night lights of Dubai. Easy transfer from hotel, great staff & good food. Sax player was great. Very pleasant atmosphere, unlike some of the very noisy boats out & about.
An excellent experience, fantastic cruise through downtown, to see all the sights!! Food was A1 as well as the attentive service. Well worth getting the drinks package added, as you get wine by the bottle or 5 beers in an ice bucket, which you can order again if you wish still included in the package.... Certainly has the WOW factor....👍👍👍

Our 2nd experience in the same Creek canal dinner cruise with Al Faridi and it was absolutely wonderful. They took my booking but needed to change the date due to a block booking and their communication was superb. We agreed a new date and they messaged me really quickly to confirm our new dates. They let us know immediately that our tickets had been changed and then they messaged with times of embarkation etc. We boarded efficiently and we're seated at a pre-assigned table with a choice of soft drinks and a light starter while others boarded. Due to the extreme heat everyone sat inside for the meal service but we were told that as soon as we had eaten we were welcome on the upper deck to enjoy the live music and outstanding views. The staff are fantastic, the food choices are amazing, there is always plenty for everyone and a great selection. We were offered several rounds of soft drinks and there was alcohol if anyone wanted at a nominal cost. This company is great at customer service, they made the whole experience a delight and we are already looking forward to a 3rd visit if we can when we come back in August.
First class trip.worth every penny. Service is always first class, as was the dining experience. The views of Dubia from the boat are spectacular at night. We particularly liked being picked up and dropped off at our Hotel in Barsha Heights ( by luxury car) which is some 25 minutes from the waterfront and is accessed from the rear of Festival Place shopping mall. Highly ecommended. Neil

What a beautiful romantic relaxing trip down the creek in Dubai ! Worth every penny the staff was wonderful and attentive to your every need . The food was delicious and catered for everyone the buffet was extensive and delicious ! The views was spectacular lots of photo opportunities. We booked there transport from our hotel and that also run so smoothly . For me it was the best evening I had in Dubai.... Thankyou
