Nothing relaxing about this lounge, over crowded at times. Majority of staff appear unhappy, resulting in poor customer service. I would highly not reccomend this lounge.

Food no good. No one clean empty table
Truly a very poor experience. One of my worst in 40yrs of travel. Friday morning, 7am. Seating non-existent. People telling me bags on chairs belonged to “other” people. The Lounge was way beyond capacity, and still they admitted more. Food poor, both quantity and by the look of it quality. Cutlery non existent. A few knives but no forks or spoons. Scrambled eggs, but with nothing to eat it with. Gave up after a few minutes and went upstairs to Mahrba. To sum up PPL. Far too small and not appealing. I can’t imagine this lounge being good, even if empty. Standard images look great, reality was something else …..
Really great food, comfortable and quiet.
The bar guy is so rude - I don’t think he should be working in hospitality. If someone could look at me in a more disparaging way - i’ve yet to experience it. No proper allergen info and apparently the had thrown out the tin. Worst lounge I have experienced in Dubai by far.
It was wonderful to be able to freshen up in the lounge between two very long flights. The showers were great -the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Would recommend this lounge to anyone
Lounge is specious, check in was smooth. Food - very very limited options, just 1 chicken, 1 fish and 4 to 5 other veg. dishes. that's it. Finding, plate napkins, and waiting foe dish refill is a mission. For soft drinks, there is no ice available. have to get it from bar (which honestly I wasn't comfortable). Overall, decent sitting facility with poor food range and service.
Priscilla is an outstanding professional hostess. Her smile and welcoming attitude made my fay. Thank you gor a most wonderful Aerobar. Thank you
I’d rate this as one of the worst airport lounges in Dubai. The food selection was very limited, and what was available was below average. Even basic items like sparkling water came at an additional charge, which was disappointing. I usually use Ahlan Lounge when travelling through Dubai, and the difference is significant. Ahlan offers a much better selection of food and complimentary drinks, along with a far better overall experience.
The nicest place to relax between flights, beautifully clean, lovely hot shower, great food and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Ranjeet and Sajin went over and above being helpful and attentive, such kind helpful smiley thank you Ranjeet and Sajin. I shall always book this lounge.Thank you. Amanda Agar
Good lounge, variety of seating options, drinks and reasonably good food choice, option to shower also
Had a very upsetting experience at the bar. Ranjeet, the bartender on duty, was unprofessional and openly racist toward me. It’s shocking to encounter this kind of behavior in an airport lounge. I expect a basic level of respect when I pay for a service, and he failed to provide even that.
Comfortable lounge good space , staff were very nice, the shower was very welcome after long flight before next connection.good choice of food and drinks.well located for duty free section , lifts and escalators for small train to B terminal.Would visit again.
Was looking forward to my first experience in an airport lounge and this was sorely lacking - The hot food was cold and there wasnt a great selection - Tea & coffee were lukewarm at best - I didnt try the alcohol- The place was noisy & is definitely not peaceful - Waste of money - The staff was nice & helpful but that was the only positive !
Our 2nd visit to the this lounge while on route home from Thailand due to a 5 hour layover And we will be back again next year! Not very busy but it was 3am. Comfy seats a good choice of inclusive drinks and a good range of choice for food and soft drinks.. nice clean toilets and I believe you can also shower free of charge… see you next February
They have no meat food is just vegetables pretty much only good for the Arabs and Saudis no inclusive for any one else in the world for there food there sausages arnt even pork
Shower is a gamechanger ! I felt totally refreshed to tackle my second leg of journey. Highly recommended
We had a six hour stopover in Dubai so chose to spend this time in the lounge. Nancy and Ederlina took great care of us securing a couple of relaxing pods for us when they became free. We were able to catch up on some sleep and also have a shower which was fantastic. The food and drink was really good too. They offer either two or six hours which is great. It made the world of difference being able to relax and freshen up in the lounge. Thank you.
The chance to have a shower was amazing and it was spotlessly clean, the soup was lovely.
Excellent for service by Priscilla and team, my stay was wonderful. Will recommend to all. Thanks a lot for taking care.
It was a comfortable place to sit and charge my equipment and read emails. The staff was polite and helpful. I enjoyed the middle eastern food. I was refreshed after 3 hours to relax. It took me a while to find its location in the airport.
Away from most gates, not the best location. What's annoying is they purposely don't show or say what is included for alcoholic beverages, and instead only advertise paid drinks. I even saw the bartender give a 'paid' beer to a guest when they asked for a beer, instead of the free one. Very shady...
Terrible experience. This lounge was so overcrowded with no comfy lounge seating available. Full of people piling their plates high with food and then not eating it. Not overly clear on what alcoholic beverages were included either. There are plenty of places to eat and drink at Dubai airport and it’s really spacious so don’t waste your money on this lounge it’s just not worth it. We ended up leaving after 30 minutes.
Special thanks to staff Ranjeet and noemi for taking extra attentive to our needs.really made us enjoy our stay in the lounge. Really cozy and the food is great. The place could get a little busy and noisy. Added seats and more privacy would be great
Great food great staff special thanks to ranjeet for being extra attentive to our needs. Sofa seats could be more bigger? But its still comfortable.
Excellent experience as a weary traveller this was like an oasis. The showers were top class and spotlessly clean and the food was excellent. Very easy to find and well sign posted.
This is my first time staying in the lounge here in Dubai. When we arrived at the reception to inquire, Ms Maris immediately caught our attention and quickly convinced my husband and me to stay. As I expected, the lounge is clean, has plenty of food options, and is very relaxing. We will definitely come back again. A big thank you to Ms Maris for assisting us-she was very professional and polite thank you once again.
Huge queue to check in even though we had pre-booked as the automated system wasn’t working and they were taking walk in’s. The Lounge was so overfull there was nowhere to sit. Ended up having to perch on a bar stool. There were no cups to have a hot drink and no glasses left to have juice. Absolute disgusting attitude from staff who didn’t care and just shrugged their shoulders when asked if there’s anymore cups. It’s a lot calmer atmosphere outside the lounge in general public. Waste of money!!!
We had a short stopover at the airport and booked this in the 48 hours before travelling. We did value having a haven to retreat to say from the bustle of the main airport concourses. We found the entrance as per directions given without issue and entry was prompt and efficient. They did warn that the place was quite full but we found seats in the bar no problem and then the lounge emptied out during the time we were there. We found the range of included drinks to be adequate for our group, and then sampled the available buffet as well as ordering ‘paid for’ menu items too, which arrived quickly. Abdul was nice to chat to, and guided us through menu choices. We were there approx 1.5hours so didn’t require futher facilities (such as showering)
Save your time & energy with this idiotic lounge. Denied entry as my Visa Infinite card did not carry the full name. Even, when I volunteered providing my security pin number, they simply refused.
This lounge was not worth the cost. The lounge had no spare seating and was very hard to even get anywhere to sit. Was very full and I don’t think they have a cap on capacity so I believe they consistently over book it hence no seats available. The food was very average. Not a lot of options very small and simple and alcoholic drinks had to be paid for. The shower you had to wait for. it was so over booked you were given a buzzer and couldn’t confirm how long your wait would be. Think is very nerve racking when you had an upcoming flight not knowing how long you’d have to wait for the service you already paid. For the cost paid the value was very poor compared to using other lounges. I will not use this lounge again. Better cheaper options available in the terminal for walk in service also.
This is a terrible lounge. The only reason to use it would be to have a shower, if you don't need that, then I would avoid this place. Its' extremely hard to find, carpets were dirty, the food was below average. Deserts were terrible. Went to get a drink and was told only basic drinks were free (house wine and spirits) the house white was shocking and the scotch was undrinkable. Dubai airport has many restaurants and bars in the international terminal, don't waste your money on this lounge
Friendly and welcoming staff, great food. Value for money. Felt very welcome during the stay. Was asked to try a dish they were working on. It was fantastic
I really enjoy my stay here in your lounge thanks to Jean Marie she is one of there staff she is friendly, nice and kind and lovely
"Pravin was a fantastic host. The showers were spotless, and he was incredibly helpful, making sure my wife and I had a wonderful experience."
Yesterday we had a short stopover in Dubai. We booked a 3-hour stay for my elderly parents. The staff were incredibly supportive and kind to them. They even invited my sister and me into the lounge to help them feel comfortable and to explain how everything worked, as my parents don’t speak any English. I highly recommend this place! Thank you.
There is nothing premium about the lounge. Food is hospital grade at best. If your there st a busy time forget about getting a seat. We paid $150 AUD per person with a 10% discount. Not worth it. No where to store your luggage so you can go and do a duty free shop downstairs.. and I thought I was charging my phone at the station only to realise at the end it wasn't working. Terrible waste of money ... we could have sat in the airport and gone the same thing for free.
Amazing service from our main man ranjeet the gentleman could not do enough for us but make sure you ask for what is free and what you have to pay extra for The food is top quality and the area is very clean
The lounge was excellent the bar staff couldn’t do with I highly want to recommend Ranjeet in aero was fantastic and so accommodating and couldn’t do enough a credit to the lounge , Clive at reception also deserves a mention very friendly
The Plaza premium lounge was far from gate A 21 which l needed to board my ongoing flight. It was not easy to find and was in the same building terminal 3 at the absolute opposite end from my gate. I got there and it is quite a small space and it was quite full. Queues for food or coffee and the seats were nearly all taken. I managed to get a seat with an Australian family. I requested a shower and also was given a buzzer for the queue and l did manage to have a quick refreshing shower. I also had a small plate of food and a coke. Another person got coffee and told me it was cold. I was not impressed . Showers are available from the public concourse and l could have sat in numerous food and drink places and paid less for similar food. The lounge was not a relaxing space as l thought it would be but if there was not so many people it would have been better.
One of the best lounges I have visited. Amazing breakfast options . From the fresh fruits salad to the lovely prepared scrambled eggs every thing was great.thanks to the chef for creating a memorable experience for me.
Excellent option for travelling as a family to rest between flights. We were a family of 6 travelling with 2 children (7yrs & 11yrs) and two elderly family members. We flew in from Australia & after a very long flight we opted for a Family Suite at the lounge. It was a great option for us all to be together in the suite with cold drinks, snacks in the room, a TV & lounges to lay down in & a chair. You close the doors & it’s your own little sanctuary. It was more economical than paying per person & showers were included. Be sure to book your shower upon arrival as it was a 20 person queue when we arrived & you’re given a buzzer to notify when it’s your turn. The food was breakfast for us & was an array of fruit & yoghurts, croissants & pancakes with jams. Scrambled eggs, sausages & vegetables & a large selection of breads & pastries. A very good selection & the bar was open. We’ll definitely be back on our way home & highly recommend. It was busy & a lot of seats were taken but still room for others to sit comfortably.
During our transit at Dubai , we have a few hours rest at Plaza Premium Lounge at Dubai. We rested at a family room there. The room was comfortable. We enjoyed the dinner especially the seafood curry was awesome. The staffs are friendly and helpful especially Mr Abdul. Overall we have a very pleasant stay there before our trip back to Malaysia
Excellent service by grace and staff. Systematic lines..great choice for fruits..beverages and food both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Clean toilets..ample seating
Wow!!! This place is amazing, well worth the money. We had a 6 hour layover and thought this would be the best option. I came with my mum and aunty so we arrived with no booking and was advised to get a family room as we could stay longer than 3 hours until our flight. It was £161 for three of us, with a shower unlimited food and drink. Private bar, smoking room and we had a private room to ourselves. Managed to all have a nap and enjoy a relaxing few hours before our flight. Even had a shower! The private bar is beautiful and Nadir took very good care of me, friendly staff and so helpful! Best airport lounge I've ever tried. Will use this if we ever have a long layover again! Absolutely beautiful, good food options and drink!
Relaxed atmosphere, cosy private seating. Delicious food, clean spacious shower rooms. I loved that I had a choice sitting in the bar, or a secluded place.
Good selection of food and drinks. Additionally, Nelson and Ahmed really gave amazing human touch to the great fscilities. I hope you recognise both gentlemen as a great part of your team.
Pleasant lounge in Gate A area at Terminal 3. You need to take a train from gate B in order to assess the lounge. Not a very big lounge but well equipped. Shower facilities are great but the food selections may not be very extensive but should be enough before your journey.
The lounge is very clean and stylish. The food and drinks, including some alcoholic options, are good. There's plenty of space to relax before your flight, with some private areas for extra comfort. Overall, it's a great place to unwind before flying.
Priority Pass is getting worse and the Plaza Premium Lounge would ask you to pay extra to use shower facilities. However, it is complimentary if you have Amex Platinum. Pro tip: Show both cards to the lounge reception and say you wish to take a shower.
