Crowded and expensive. Could not use the showers which I paid for. Arrived in the evening for a 6 hour layover there really was not much space or privacy

Premium lounge did not live up to expectations. Furniture was tired. Really packed didn't eat as I did want to loose my seat. Eventually I got a drink when it was quiter. It could have dont with cleaning I would not pay to go in this lounge again unless it was given a facelift. Disappointed.
I was a bit concerned about the process of obtaining tickets for the lounge (someone the other side of the world sending me a QR code a few days before our flight) but actually that worked really well, with very clear instructions as to where the lounges were and how to redeem the tickets. Even good guidance as to which was the best lounge. The reason I have given 4/5 is that the lounge itself (by gate B26) was pretty small. The food and service was fine, but no sleeping pods, you had to book a shower at a nearby hotel, and the single toilet was tiny, with a queue (I had to get changed and found it easier to use public toilets elsewhere). But this is a reflection on the lounge (which I think might be temporary), not the booking process, which was great.
a place to be recommend to relax after a long flight going to another flight
Excellent service received from the staff. Will definitely book Ahlan lounge again. Extremely impressed
Super expensive, we had hoped to enjoy some duty free shopping, but it was so much more expensive that shopping on UK high street
Excellent value a bit of a chew getting the qr codes but it all worked and communication with the provider was excellent. Lounge was very good with excellent staff.
The lounge itself was nice…however when I got there it was difficult to find. I ended up going to the wrong lounge and the guy scanned my QR code which created an issue, because I told him this was not the correct lounge based on pics and I would be leaving. When I found the correct lounge they wouldn’t let me in because he already scanned the QR code. So I had to pay again which I already paid for. I reached out to the person who issued the QR code and they didn’t respond. I showed viator proof of receipt that I was charged again ! They refused to refund me. I would recommend booking directly with the lounge you want or just pay when you arrive to the airport.
Delicious Booster transit beverage Full of flavours and taste, yet balanced Warm to refresh from the 6hrs flight n bear another
Arriving in DXB at 3 am with my family of five, we needed a place to crash for a few hours before our flight to EU. We opted for Marhaba Lounge, which had a nice visible entrance near gate B21. The lounge has a few confortable chairs, pods and even a couple of sofa. Many tables are also available. The lounge offers a 24/7 food and beverage service, which we found quite good. So I recommend this lounge. But be aware that it tends to get VERY busy after 5 am, so it may be hard to find a place (we saw a LONG line of people queing when we left at 7 am).
The lounge was a lovely place to relax after a 14 hour journey from Brisbane. The young lady on reception was extremely courteous and helpful when we had trouble accessing our QR code. The lounge was very clean, all of the staff were attentive and courteous. All in all a very pleasant experience.
Well organised airport and seamless immigration process. It's the same with checking in before departure. There is a separate queue for first time visitors to Dubai which minimises unnecessary long queues and waiting. You get a Du sim card on arrival but this is only valid for one day. But you can choose Virgin Mobile is a better option.
Very nice and relaxing. Good food too I had a connecting flight after several hours and hence this was a nice break
Food was not much .. resting place or sleeping recliners not available ..better to have this informed earlier
The viator experience was very convoluted - needed about a dozen emails to sort it. Package says it covers T1/2/3 but the paperwork doesn’t match. Lots of going back and fourth. Frankly it was a chore. At the airport the Ahlan Lounge is like a cafe. Food was not on when I arrived as theres a one hour gap between breakfast and lunch. As soon as lunch went out, i went up snd half of it was freezing cold. Really poor. Staff were nice. But even getting into the lounge took phone calls and all sorts. Honestly - its about as far from a fist class experience as I could imagine. It gets three stars as the staff were nice. But wouldn’t bother again.
Good if you like spicey food. Showers were hot but I didn't feel very comfortable. Service was excellent though. The staff couldn't have been more helpful
It was adequate. Unfortunately all armchairs and couches within the lounge were taken. Couches taken up by people being allowed to sleep on them horizontally. Got seating in hotel corridor.
We enjoyed the lounge however there is no option to actually book a time for a shower when buying the voucher. . There was not enough time for me to shower and only time for my husband to have a quick shower. He nearly didn’t get that as apparently you need to prebook a time for that. Disappointing.
Central location in Comcourse B Dubai T3. Friendly, attentive, helpful staff. I utilised the shower made available in the lounge pass I purchased. Highly recommended
The lounge was not very well designed and far too busy. Clearly catering for many Indian travellers as hot food was mainly curry.
Very welcoming staff, lovely shower and comfortable lounges; beautifully clean areas and food was varied and tasty. Coffee was delicious.
The lounge was easy to find and there was plenty of food and beverage available. A very pleasant space. Our main reason for booking was to have a shower between flights and on arriving at the lounge we found the next available showers were at the same time as our boarding call. The combination of our flight arriving late and only having a 2hr window was not really enough time to utilise the lovely facility.
I organised lounge access for my daughter on the way over and the way back. This provided some welcome comfort during these layovers. She stayed at Ahlan lounge which was very nice but you also have the option to use the other lounges. The provider was very helpful when I rang the enquiry number.
Lounge was comfortable and staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Food was good. Would recommend to others.
Great food, great staff, great shower. Incredible coffee I had 3 so thanks for making me wired for my flight ;)
V ery courteous Staff who were very helpful and attentive. We ordered breakfast and it was very promptly served.
Dear supporting team, This is Mr. NAYEEM FAKARDEY, as (03/08/2025) I was traveling from Dubai terminal 2,to Armenia, I was having access for Marhaba lounge, the Receptionist was well experience and and same time I meet Mr Kyaw Min, who gave me very good service in professional way... the way he served me for my dinner was excellent.. It was my very good experience.. Thank for Marhaba Lounge at T2. NAYEEM FAKARDEY
Disappointing experience at Ahlan Lounge, Dubai. Long wait times for basic soft drinks—Sprite took 20 minutes and wasn’t even available near the buffet where it should be. Limited food variety and staff removed my chair while I was still using the table. Very uncomfortable overall. Wouldn’t recommend for the price of AUD$69 for a two hour lounge pass.
Marhaba Lounge was basic & crowded but well serviced by staff. Still more comfortable than waiting at the gate during an extended layover noting there is a 2 hour time limit.
Not worth the fee- when paying over GBP70 per person for an airport lounge I don’t expect most of the drinks to cost extra. Also overcrowded and over an hour wait prevented my family from having the paid-for shower
I was so, so disappointed by this lounge. We paid a lot for 6 hours for 4 people. The lounge is dated and the chairs are not comfy at all. Save your money!
Staff inside the lounge were good but the two guys at reception completely ruined the experience. I was due to spend only 90 mins in the lounge but when I arrived with my ticket in my iPhone wallet I was told that a) Tripadvisor don't sell access to the lounge and b) Because I had a barcode and not a QR code I couldn't get in !!!! Next after about 6 phones calls and over 30 mins between myself and these rude guys I managed to get a QR code but this is disgraceful
I was in transition at Dubai airport and spent 2,hours at the Marhaba lounge on Terminal 2. It’s a very small lounge and people were finding it difficult to get seats to sit together It was clean and the selection of light snacks was ample and good. Good value for the price.
Very easy to check into the lounge. Staff were very helpful. Great choice of food and drinks. They arranged for me to have a shower . Great experience.
We booked the Premier plaza lounge at Dubai airport as we had a 3 hour layover. It was great to relax somewhere quiet, have some food, and use the facilities. An added bonus was that the lounge was very close to our departure gate.
The lounge is easy reach at level 6 ,friendly staff and receptionist, clean and comfortable environment, hot buffet mainly local dishes, less choice but is good, cold buffer available ,shower facility is good small but sufficient , recommend
Absolutely disgusting! I turned up there, and was told to use another facility available at B terminal as I was departing from there. To get to B terminal is a train ride. I got there and could not find it. Was told that they do not have this facility at B terminal. It was too late to go back, so basically wasted my money. I advise to stay away from anything to do with this company, and Dubai International lounge!!
The description of what is included isn’t correct. We ordered a beer and a glass of wine and had to pay for them…..we were lead to believe by the description that alcoholic drinks were all included. We had a 3.5hour lay-over at Dubai Airport and it was our friends birthday, thought this would be lovely to start the birthday celebrations but was extremely disappointed!! I would not recommend do not book !
Not clear during the booking process or on the confirmation what lounge(s) I had access to. When finally found it, reception spent 25mins on phone before I got access. Not ideal when in transit and only have two hours to shower and eat something. Lounge was very basic for $150 AUD, should have booked direct but had left it too late
Great food and excellent hospitality . Guys at the bar not up to standard . But everyone else is fantastic. Very clean
Got the privilege to go to lounge and all there is so amazing from place to food and staff. Food is excellent the staff Nison is so accommodating and well knowledgeable in every area. Kudos to the team! 🫶
The Lounge did not have adequate seating and not very many spaces for relaxation/napping. The showers are not located inside the lounge, but rather at the hotel and requires a reservation. The vegetarian and vegan food options were very minimal.
My expectation to a lounge is a cosy and quiat place with good places to relaxe. This lounge is all the opposite! A lot of noive, as the lounge is not shielded from the rest of the airport. I can not reccomend this lounge.
It was not clear at all for which lounge the voucher is. Finally the Maharaja Lounge in Terminal 1 did avcept it. The food and beverage selection were very average!
Got the lounge pass and worked a treat in Dubai Airport, my thanks also to Niko for some great customer service when I needed to change a date. Thanks
The Lounge was so full n the staff was very impolite so after their harsh conversation we cancelled our stay n left the Lounge
A small comfy lounge with good food. Decor looking a bit tired but friendly helpful staff. Toilets could do with updating as well but are nice and clean.
We used the Ahlan lounge in Terminal 3 and it was excellent - the staff were very helpful and did so much to look after us as - we have a 5 year old who needed some help and they were very good with her too. The food was really good - a variety of different options and replenished frequently. The shower facilities were good is a little basic. There is not as much comfy seating there but otherwise I would highly recommend it. Would also like to note that I bought tickets through Trippest Dubai - and they were also really helpful and responsive when I had questions prior to leaving.
We had a great experience. Plenty of food and drink options, friendly service staff, and lovely hot showers
I would recommend that you skip the Ahlan lounge. The showers aren’t very nice at all and the staff make it difficult to access them. Lounge area is just an open space near one of the gates.
