Nice boat trip with great BBQ. Passed the palm island, close view Burj Al Arab and nice way back through Dubai Marina.

Good overall but lengthy, not too much to see except for the tallest hotel Ciel and the burj Al Arab.

We bought an 1 hour trip,bud they upgraded it to 2 hours trip with BBQ. We really enjoyed it. Best spend time in Dubai

We all thought the cruise was superb. From the booking process right through to the cruise it’s self. The yacht was very luxurious: food was fabulous and drinks package was great value.

We were all disappointed with our experience. The tour was advertised as unlimited soft drinks. All that was provided was warm mango juice and water. For alcohol you were offered a package for 80 Dirham for unlimited beer and wine when we checked in but it was not made clear that if you didn't buy this package you would not be able to buy alcohol on board so some of our group were not able to have any alcohol on board. The BBQ was poor and overall not value for money.

I really enjoyed this experience — it was truly wonderful. The staff were very welcoming, kind, and always helpful. The captains shared interesting stories and showed us beautiful locations. It was a 10 out of 10 experience

The onboard service was outstanding, with plenty of delicious food, drinks, and great music throughout the trip. The views of Dubai were absolutely breathtaking. I had a wonderful experience being guided by Akshey into booking the tickets so quickly. I planned to take the trip and within 3 hours I was on the Yatch ! The directions were so clearly explained theough every possible conveince (car, metro, tram walk) The team was quick to respond to all inquiries and I got a 50% off deal too..great experience! Had a wonderful time, yacht was immaculate, food was excellent and cooked to perfection, staff were courteous and helpful, you could not ask for more. The cruise at 3 hours was perfect, long enough to enjoy and still have time to do other things. Would recommend the company to anyone considering a short cruise in Dubai

Everything was good but for the BBQ that we did nit get to see. If you are not supplying it, don't advertise it.

This was so fun! The people cooking were very friendly and the yacht was so clean and perfect for taking pictures. Can’t wait to go back and ride again!

It was amazing! The service and team were excellent, and the quality was top-notch. The yacht is stunning and the view is perfect. One of the highlights of the trip for sure. The crew members were very kind and even knew how to take beautiful photos. The food was just okay, but I would definitely recommend the yacht and the experience.

Absolutely awesome time on this luxury yacht. Food was delicious and drinks were very good too. We went with friends and all had a brilliant time. Swim stop, DJ on board with some great tunes and perfect weather. Would recommend 5*

We had an absolutely amazing experience on this tour! The boat is beautiful, brand new, and extremely comfortable. We went as a family of six and never felt crowded, even with around 20 people on board. Drinks were served as soon as we left the dock by a very friendly and attentive crew who made everyone feel welcome. The whole trip was perfectly organized and very relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great experience on the water!

We had an amazing experience on the night yacht tour in Dubai! The 2-hour cruise was the perfect length to relax and enjoy the beautiful skyline at night. Seeing Dubai Marina lit up from the water was absolutely stunning. The BBQ buffet was surprisingly good, with plenty of choices and everything fresh and tasty. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone felt welcome throughout the trip. The atmosphere on board was great — nice music, comfortable seating, delicious food, and fantastic views. It was definitely one of the highlights of our Dubai trip. Highly recommend this tour if you want a relaxing evening, great food, and unforgettable night views of Dubai.

The crew was great and the food was good. It was a nice tour around the Dubai sites. The only issue is the departure area is far, and complicated to find. Get there early.

Great experience on a super cozy and clean yacht. Not too many people on boards and super service with drinks and food. It was a chilled atmosphere with cool music but not too loud. Great views to the main attractions of Dubai.

On boarding the yacht the crew handed us cold drinks . The yacht was spotless . We booked the 2 pm cruise . The afternoon cruise was quiet only 9 people on it . Felt more like a private cruise . Food cooked fresh onboard the yacht lots of options . The crew were very informative too . One note the boarding point was in marina bay not where all the other Xclusive yacht tours depart from . Check your details before leaving for the yacht . Overall really loved it .

Nothing about this trip felt luxury or exclusive. The only drinks option offered in advance was the unlimited alcohol package. That’s fine for some, but not helpful if you’re driving afterwards. We assumed we’d at least be able to purchase drinks individually on board, but apparently only soft drinks were available, and even those were never proactively offered. The tour started over 30 minutes late, which is disappointing for a two-hour cruise. We were given a tab with our boat number and told to wait until our group was called. A previous group was called before us, and we assumed they were boarding a different boat as there are several in the marina. Unfortunately, they were actually boarding the same boat. By the time we got on, all the decent seating areas had already been taken, and the boat felt overcrowded. It very much felt like two parties had been merged. The staff were polite enough, but service was minimal. No one came to offer soft drinks, and there was no alcohol available for guests who hadn’t purchased the unlimited package in advance. The views were beautiful, but the overall experience felt more like “pack them in and maximise revenue” than a premium cruise. Considering the late departure and lack of service on boarding, it didn’t feel good value. Honestly, you’re probably better off either paying more to charter a private boat, or fully committing to a party-style cruise if that’s what you’re after. They could learn a lot from how boat tours in Turkey operate and treat their guests.

Lovely boat with amazing staff. Great music played by the dj which created a brilliant vibe and atmosphere but not worth the price we paid as We are vegetarian and no option for food was given when the non veg food was being offered such as kebabs and burgers. We were left very hungry

Great views, excellent weather. The yatch was top notch, very comfortable. The views where asome and the photographer took us excellent pictures.

We had an amazing experience on this yacht. It was spacious, very clean, and felt truly luxurious. The crew was outstanding, professional, friendly, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the trip. The atmosphere on board was relaxed and enjoyable, and the food was delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would absolutely recommend.

This was a fabulous experience. The canapés were lovely. The pasta was tasty. The yacht itself was luxurious. There were lots of choices of alcoholic beverage and the DJ played some good tunes. We really enjoyed this and would do it again. The only criticism, they didn’t mention we could go swimming before so nobody brought their swimsuit, otherwise. Top experience.

Great trip, very well organised. Beautiful yacht with great staff. The added alcohol option was good value unfortunately the water was too choppy to do the scheduled route around the palm but we still had the 3 hours with great views.

Great cruise good food staff were very friendly and kept our drinks flowing views from the water over Dubai were spectacular

A fantastic experience. Rito, our host was perfect, he kept the wine glasses full and plenty of photos taken. The food was gorgeous and we saw so many landmarks around the Palm. We will definitely be back next year.
