The tour was well organized and hit all the major sites, except for the tour of the top of the Burj Kahlifa. First, it is not the top of the building but only the 124th floor, which is not the highest floor. Second, the tour stated that we would go to the observation deck and then have time for lunch and shopping; by the time we waited over an hour to get to the top and see the views, when we came down there was no time left. This was poorly planned and the wait time should have been factored in when discussing the meeting time and place afterward. When I raised the issue with the guide, he advised me that the tickets were premium and that we hadn't waited as long as other tickets would make us wait. He suggested that we run and get take out, which is unacceptable as there are no washrooms on the bus and the tickets had expressly stated there would be time in the mall to see the fountains and get a bite to eat and/or souvenirs. After significant persuasion we were granted an additional half hour to the original plan. I think it was so that the driver didn't have to drive in rush hour traffic. Of note, one of the stops on the tour was to a carpet store, which took half an hour to 45 minutes; this could have been deleted from the itinerary as the products were extremely pricey and took away from the sightseeing time. The bus was comfortable, the driving was professional and the photo op times at various sites was adequate.

I recently booked the "Dubai Panorama: Full day with Burj Khalifa" tour and had an absolutely wonderful time. The itinerary is packed with highlights—from the cultural atmosphere of the Spice Souk and the Abra ride to the breathtaking views at the top of the Burj Khalifa. A special mention must go to our guide, Rahim. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts at every stop, but more importantly, he was polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire day. He really went out of his way to ensure everyone in the group was comfortable and enjoying themselves. If you’re looking to see the best of Dubai in one day, I highly recommend this tour, and if you get Rahim as your guide, you’re in great hands!

Here is a bigger and more aggressive version: Absolutely terrible experience with Grayline. This was not a real tour — it was a commission-based shopping trap. At almost every single stop, it was obvious that the company was more focused on earning commission than giving guests a proper sightseeing experience. We were taken to specific shops and pressured to look around and buy things, wasting valuable time that should have been spent exploring and learning. The guide barely focused on providing useful information and instead kept directing us toward places where they clearly benefit financially. It felt dishonest and unprofessional. When you book a tour, you expect quality service, good information, and a well-planned itinerary — not constant hidden sales tactics. I feel completely disappointed and misled. This company cares more about profit than customer satisfaction. I strongly do NOT recommend Grayline to anyone. If you want a genuine tour experience, stay away and choose another company.

Rizwan was a very helpful and friendly guide. He took great care to make me and another lady (who were the only ones on this trip) very comfortable. Was very patient and took pictures for me which is something I really appreciate. He showed us all the main attractions and gave us ample time to see them Overall had a great experience with him as the tour guide.

Rizwan guide and mahir driver made our tour really enjoyable. We enjoyed the audio guide which gave us lots of information and Rizwans local knowledge ensured we made the most of the trip. Rizwan ensured the stops were all the appropriate length and he was very helpful ensuring i got out of the van safely as i have limited mobility. The driver was always ready to meet us and they both ensured we had an enjoyable trip. I would definitely rwccomend this tour.

Spectacular! Key sights were covered. The scenery, architecture, views from Birj Khalifa, water taxi experience were awesome. Our guide was very personable. He is a gentle soul that even helped with my photography. Fun day.

We had an amazing full-day tour of Dubai and it truly covered all the highlights. It was the perfect way to see the city in a short time without feeling rushed. Our guide, Naveen, made the whole experience even better. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the day. He explained each place clearly, shared interesting facts about Dubai, and always made sure we were comfortable. He was also fantastic with helping us take photos and guiding us to the best spots at every stop which made a big difference. We got to see most of Dubai’s must-see landmarks, and everything was well organized. A real highlight was the Burj Khalifa. The view from the top was absolutely worth it. The line took about 1.5 hours, but once we got up there, the experience and scenery made it worthwhile. Overall, a very well-planned tour with an excellent guide. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Naveen, if you want to experience the best of Dubai in one day!

With a limited number of days in Dubai we chose to do the Dubai full day tour. The stops were all great. Naveen our tour guide was extremely nice and explained a lot and helped us along the way. Unfortunately the line up to go to Burj Khalifa was so long that it took up most of the time allowed and so we had to rush to pick up lunch and have it on a go. Depending on the time of day the line can take anywhere up to 1.5 hrs to get to the top. Overall enjoyed the tour.

Excellent way to get the history and see the city of Dubai. Excellent organization to get in quickly to Birg Khalifa. Also saw sites and spent time in huge mall. Not the fault the fault of the tour guide but the traffic was REALLY a challenge so got back to hotel late.

Ahmed was our very knowledgeable tour guide. We had such a beautiful and well rounded experience of Dubai. The tour took us past all the must see Dubai landmarks and we got exclusive access to the Top of the Burj Khalifa. I would highly recommend and do it again with Grey Line and especially with Ahmed. A very worthwhile trip you see lots of different things in Dubai stops are about 20 mins for photos the trip across river to souks well worth it and a chance to buy guide was really good

Great day out! Rizwan, other guide, was friendly, accommodating and quite knowledgeable! The waiting time to get to the top of Burj Khalifa was just horrendous (almost 2 hrs) so plan accordingly, especially if you are a solo traveller (lunch, bio break etc). Other than that, it was a good outing, a nice getaway.

Rizwan an excellent guide. It was worth it. The tour about Dubai was very complete. We suggest to do the upgrade of the ticket from 124 to the 154 floor at the Burj Khalifa it was an experience unforgettable.

This is a must do tour, really gives you a broad overview of Dubai in one day which allows you to select the destination that you would like to explore. Staff were wonderful and friendly.

The guide didn’t realize that I’m a National Geographic researcher, visiting here in Dubai, along with a team of others, planning a documentary for January 2026. Our task at this time was to engage in as many local companies and contractors to be able to seek out the most interesting components and places throughout Dubai. We are attempting to select the most effective companies to carry this out. This tour only had two people on it, myself and another male, also from the US. The guide, who appeared to be from Indian descent, completely engaged in the other male individual also of Indian descent, and spent a significant amount of time wasted in shopping areas where the other tourist had no intentions of buying anything, but yet spent endless amount of time bargaining over prices. No major item was ever purchased. I was completely ignored and felt discarded as I was left to stand on a sidewalk alone while they continued on with their pointless communication, inside of stores, that lead no where. I opted to leave the tour on my own accord at about the halfway point realizing that I had just thrown away almost $200 and wasted an entire day. Thank you for making our job easier and for allowing us to be convinced that your company/agency will never be considered for our activities in January 2026, which are going to include over 300 staff coming to Dubai and all needing services. You have been black marked by us and we will never consider you for future reference.

Rizwan guide and major driver is a fantastic tour guide. He is so knowledgeable about all the areas we visited, and so patient with taking all of our pictures at the different locations.
