Ahmed did an amazing job of guiding. The tour felt relaxed and the added bonus of his photography skills were great!

Good tour, it was a tour full of stops I enjoyed especially the souks however, due to the time, would have enjoyed it more if I had more time to spend there. The first stop at the Carpet museum was a presentation purchase the items as opposed to in the actual museum. That time would’ve been better spent looking and shopping for items in the souks. Our guide Rizwan was wonderful . His English was impeccable, he was patient and respectful. He was very knowledgeable as well. 10 out of 10 recommendation for him I would definitely travel again with him.

Rizwan Aboul was totally awesome,very nice & friendly,giving us some tips about buying while in UAE,knowledgeable about the culture and info about city landmarks, very attentive to us, offered to take pictures of us which he takes excellent photos with photo ops .It was an unforgettable experience,over all he went far and beyond my expectations

The day was sunny. We enjoy discovering Dubai for the first with our guide Ali. He was helpful and kind and let us a good presentation of the city. Nothing to left to say.

It was a good experience. Mr Ali the guide did really a good job. It was a full day Dubai tour without lunch. This tour covers most of the important places in Dubai. Miracle gardens not included in this tour.

Rizwan was amazing, he showed us all the famous landmarks and took us to the spots for photos, really informative tour. This tour is highly recommended for people who are new to Dubai

The tour was good a bit hurried. What I didn't like when both recorded announcement and guide on microphone speak together. On reminding them guide says remove headphone and listen to me. If the recorded announcement is so useless then why play it

Great tour but your transport people to n from bus are terrible. Am driver almost hit 3 cars and threw us all over and even apologized. The last driver had horrendous body odor my husband and thought we were going to vomit!

The cruise was very well organized and the crew were very helpful with everything. We had two flights cancelled but the company accommodated us with the best transfer options.

The guide was rude and did not explain all that was involved. The “bus” was crowded and uncomfortable. The transport from hotel and back was with old smelly cars with drivers with severe body odor.

Rizwan He’s our guide for this trip and I must say that he’s very good. We had fun exploring Dubai in one day. Lots of wonderful places we went to. Also, our bus driver Mahir is kind and polite. We arrived in every destination safe, thanks to him.

A first experience of the UAE. I enjoyed the tour from beginning to the end, interesting sightings. I liked that our driver Mr Suhail explained the history of most the epic sightings we saw along the way, and he even helped us in getting stunning pictures!

The places visited were not of much interest to us who are more keen to spend time with nature. For example, we would have appreciated more time at the beaches rather than spending 90 minutes in a Mall or seeing a mosque only from outside.

We had a very nice day with our guide (Suhail). He told us a lot about Abu Dhabi and its beauties during the trip from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. The tour was very relaxed as we were only 6 people in the tour. As a result, we were back in the vehicle very quickly and were able to continue. I would recommend this tour to others.

We enjoyed every part of the tour, Dubai is a great city and only one day isn't enough to see everithing but our wonderfull tour guide Rizwan showed a lot of fantastic places, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, the tipical souk, the Palm and Dubai Marina. One day we will surely come back.

the Guide Rizwan was Friendly and very informative and gave us a lot of good information when needed, point to point itinerary followed up. we can understand when we had few delays but Dubai is Hot and has traffic so that is all part of it we totally agree on this part. overall for us the tour was very happening and a lot to see.

today my partner and I did the tour in Dubai with Suhail, it was a beautiful experience, very good and reliable tour guide and driver who made us spend a beautiful day even taking us on a boat to arrive at a market!

Za tie peniaze sme naozaj videli veľmi veľa a aj sme stihli vyhliadku na BURJ KHALIFA. chlap čo bol s nami pán .Suhail bol perfekný, milý a prišiel pre nás až do hotela a rovnako nás tam aj zaviezol. Keď prídeme zas určite využijeme dlužby ktoré ponúkajú keď že máme skvelú skúsenosť. A perfect day, a must experience. For the money we really saw a lot and we also managed to see the view of BURJ KHALIFA.The guy who was with us Mr .Suhail was perfect, nice and came to pick us up at the hotel and drove us there as well. When we come again we will definitely take advantage of the benefits they offer though we had a great experience.

The tour locations were good. Tour guide was knowledgeable. Pick up from the hotel was changed once, driver was late, although he taxed multiple times. The last fifteen minutes, messages from the driver. I was waiting him in front of hotel door. Hen arrived 18 minutes late. As he pulled in the hotel parking, he taxed me "I am here, have been waiting for you. He stepped out of the van, came up the steps looked at me and asked are you Balady, I said yes. he said we are late hurry up in the car! There was no good morning! There was no welcoming! and frankly it was OK as he smelled very bad and looked that he just got out of bed. Maybe you should advice your drivers and employees to shower and smell good before reporting to work. Also, be on time, welcome your customers, and do not drive like crazy. Once at the tour buses parking location. He asked everyone name, and pointed is to one of the parked busses. He pointed me to the wrong bus. Before the bus I was on departed, the tour guy counted the passengers and found three extra passengers on the bus. After checking the names, I and anther three tourists were on the wrong bus. We were send to the correct bus. Would you say that was not as good start of fun tour? Finally, the question on this survey :" "Would you recommend this experience to a friend? should have three choices, yes, no and maybe. Unless you design the survey to get more yeses than no And what if I do not want to give feed back, then you you cant finish the survey. What kind of survey is this?

It was amazing day. Dubai is fully unleashed literally and we got to know better about vibrant life of Dubai city. We should express our great acknowledgement to the guide - Suhail, his contribution was enermous. He is professional driver and the same time, polite, diplomatic guy. We think this tour will stay on our minds for years. Thank you very much
