Dubai Full Day Tour With Lunch From Dubai

Rizwan guide is profesional guide knowledgeable polite and very kind we did tour with him in Dubai thats memorable tour for us and our driver jakir profesional and safe drove ,higly recomended tour .

The tour was worth. We saw the main landmarks of Dubai. The lunch was excellent, very fresh and diverse. We thank to our guide Shakeel, who was very helpful and professional.

The points of interest visited were good however the audio is way outdated and would be good if the tour guide would speak instead so we were getting better interaction and information at the right time of passing locations. Also stopping at locations for specific selling points I didn’t like. Lunch was great. Overall ok value for money.

Not all the activities mentioned in the tour description were given. The Dubai Museum and Al Fahidi Fort were not visited. The tour was mostly boring and not punctual. In addition, it was mentioned in the description that round trip transportation will be provided, but in fact they will drop you in the last mall in the visit (Mall of the Emirates or at Deira City Center) but they will not drop you off back to the hotel. As for the lunch it was at Siraj Restaurant in Dubai mall which was good. Overall experience was poor and not worth the try.

Going to the old Dubai in the museum and checking out the handmade carpets and24 Gold leaf paintings and designs. The whole tour is well worth it, pick Suhail as your tour guide he is well worth the price. We definitely had fun and got to spend time together at the Burj Khaifa and the mall of Dubai. Also watched the water show it was great

This was our first time in Dubai. We choose the all day Dubai tour with lunch at the Dubai mall. From our experience, it would have been to receive follow up from the company confirming our pickup time from the hotel. I sent an email to confirm and that's how we found out the pick up time and who our driver would be. Bilal, pick-up driver, arrived promptly at 8 am. We picked up another couple and we arrived and the tour bus pick up location at approximately 8:30am. The tour was scheduled to start at 9:00 am. I did reach out to the company to find out about the delay and was advised it would be a few minutes before they arrived. However, our tour bus and guide didn't arrive until 9:30 am. Our guide, Prakash, made up for the late start. He was kind, friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the rest of the day viewing the beautiful sights that Dubai has to offer. The only thing I wish could be done differently is if, you are offering the pickup from the hotel offer. It should be the same to drop you off back at your hotel. However, we had to decide to either be dropped off at the Dubai mall or the Marina. We chose the Marina and to get an Uber back to the hotel. The hole tour was very beautiful, the guy driving very professional and we would able to see more than what we expected. It was beyond expectations

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this tour. I saw just enough to know where I want to go and spend more time the next time I travel to Dubai. Well organized, comfortable, luxury bus tour with great opportunities for photos. The authentic cuisine at lunch was fantastic, so much so that I heard the music at the fountains but did not move to view the show. I definitely recommend this to anyone who only has one day to see the sites.

Thank you so much to our tour guide and bus driver for an informative and well guided tour today. We were on a 19 hour layover via Emirates and the tour ticked all the boxes for sights to see and the lunch at the Siraj Restaurant was more than enough food for the hungry traveller. Avoid booking on a Friday as there is no access then to the mosque and the Dubai museum however otherwise the tour was fantastic! The bus was extra clean and the driver drove really well :) Thank you Gray Line!

This was the only guided tour of Dubai that was worth taking, They arrived on time to pick us up, they took us to the most important places at a leisurely pace, with a nice and knowledgeable guide (thank you Malik).

We booked a full day tour in Dubai with lunch included. In the morning we visited some places like Dubai museum, the gold and spice souks and crossed Dubai Creek on the typical boats. Later, at the moment we arrived at Dubai Mall, it was agreed to lunch at Siraj restaurant and then meet at 3:15 pm in a specific spot. Although we were at the spot at the agreed time, our tour guide (Kamal, from India) did not appear to pick us up, which made us have to pay a taxi to go back to the hotel and lose half of the planned tour! It had never happened to us, it was the worst tour of our lives! I do not recommend.

<p>I booked this tour in March. A disappointment is an understatement. <br/> I received no confirmation that we were booked in despite my card being charged. I e - mailed and no reply. Our Dubai hotel told that our tour was confirmed and that we would be picked up at 8.15</p> <p>1. we were 45 minutes late being picked up just before 9am by an unkempt, unfriendly and rude driver. We were the only passengers. Not once did he tell us what was happening. We eventually picked up a family whose spoke Arabic. They were also annoyed as they were late being picked up. </p> <p>2. After more driving around, the driver told us in Arabic I don't speak the language that we would have to get out of the mini bus and wait for the main bus to arrive. The family and the driver had a heated discussion in Arabic about this while we sat fearful between it all. Only the other passenger told my friend and I that the driver wanted to kick us out, we wouldn't know what was going on. The family and I refused to leave the mini bus in the middle of an unknown city! Awful, appalling start to our first visit to Dubai. </p> <p>3. Main tour bus arrived and the guide and driver was friendly most of time. Around 2 in the afternoon, I asked when we would be having lunch and was shocked we could even think about food. He was mocking me and started rubbing my stomach and my friends telling us we eat so much already. How rude! we are size 10 girls. Gave us no time for shopping. Very strict and rigid. <br/> 4. Stopped for photos. Stopped at a gallery. Just a shop where we felt watched all the time and couldn't relax. Very forceful people working there. </p> <p>5. We did not have lunch at the Musical Fountains. We had lunch in a restaurants where we told what we were having to eat. No choice whatsoever but the food was good. The tour group was starving by this stage. </p> <p>6. We did not visit the Mosque. <br/> 7. The tour is advertised as being 8 hours - A lie.</p>

<p>We were collected from our hotel at around 8:15am and taken to our meeting point where we joined the other 4 guests.<br/> The day consisted of visiting the Atlantis Hotel, the Dubai Museum, the Souks, the Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and a lovely lunch at the Orchestra Dubai Mall.<br/> Kamal our tour guide was excellent - great sense of humour, very knowledgeable and made the whole trip a great experience.<br/> Money well spent :-</p>

<p>This tour was a disappointment. The tour guide was actually a driver for this travel agency and spoke very little English. Took us to the places listed on the itinerary and left us on our own. Not worth the expensive price that you charge for the tour. We had good experienced with Viator before but I probably won't Use it again for our future travel.</p>

<p>When I booked my tour, I wasn't aware that was Ramadan. I asked about the tour as soon as I learned the situation, and I was told that still was happening.. They pick me up next day, and basically all the interesting places were closed (museum, Souks, Mosques). I wasted my money!!!!</p>

<p>Despite having a fully pre-paid and confirmed booking for this tour, no pick-up time was noted and I arrived in Dubai well past office hours. When the hotel checked with you on my behalf, there was no record of my reservation. Only after I insisted did you agree to send a guide with another couple from Abu Ddhabi. Luckily the guide was a nice guy but his heavy accent made him difficult to understand. We did not have lunch at the Musical Fountains and the Emirates Mall with ski station was missed. We asked him to go back to the spice souk later after prayers, which he did, but there was also no Dubai creek crossing, eexcept on the bridge. </p> <p>Overall,, it was a pleasant day and most things advertised were seen but the lack of communication, the lateness of the pickup, and the uncertainty of my reservation certainly took the shine off. I don't know if I would recommend you again..</p>

Incredible tour, everything perfect and the guide very Top. Satisfied with the tours with lunch. Every route being explained clearly so that the tourist understand home tourist point

La excursión comenzó mal, esperando una hora a que nos recogieran; las vistas del Burj Al Arab se me quedaron cortas con un primer acercamiento trasero desde la puerta del complejo y después desde la playa Jumeira que con las nuevas edificaciones en obras se tapa y se afea mucho; después te llevan a la típica tienda obligada que no venía en la descripción de la actividad, en este caso era de alfombras con oro y piedras preciosas, y después en los zocos también te dirigen a una tienda de especias concreta, donde supongo que el guía o la empresa tienen un acuerdo. Lo último malo fue el tremendo hedor a cloaca que tenía el bus permanentemente y que creo que salía con el aire acondicionado. Menos mal que a partir de ahí mejoró el día, con una buena comida (3 o 4 platos que te dan ya elegidos) en un restaurante muy chulo delante de la fuente del Burj Khalifa; la rápida visita a un pequeño centro comercial más tradicional en Deira con buenas vistas del Burj Al Arab; el recorrido por The Palm en monorrail hasta el hotel Atlantis; y la última parada en la Marina.

I liked the punctuality and the Service on board, the tour covered the best places in Dubai. The guide was very helpful and attentive. I recommend!

Excellent very comprehensive visit very interesting we learned a lot about the history of Dubai ... for me this visit is a must for people traveling to Dubai ... the Lebanese meal very hearty and excellent in front of the fountain at the top ... We would like to thank immensely the tour guide KUMAR who was exceptionally kind, kind in the souk warning us of the excessive prices he is an honest and trusted person who knows Dubai by heart I strongly advise you to ask him information regarding places to visit in Dubai it is the best and he will give you excellent advice ...

Well organized tour, helpful and patient guide, lunch above expectations. Tip: given the limited time available I would reduce the stop at the carpet shop.

Punctuality of the driver who picked us up at the hotel to join the group. Excellent and informative day despite the heat. Great city tour with 1 very professional guide (thanks to MALIK and his team) who makes you discover and appreciate Dubai; old and modern. Very judicious choice of restaurant "SIRAJ" for 1 lunch discovery of local cuisine. Only "downside" after this great day: dropped off among buses in the parking lot of Dubai mall and return to the hotel by metro (tired and overwhelmed by the heat).
