Dubai Fountain Show Boat Lake Ride Ticket

Cute ride watching the fountains from the boat. Its very romantic and you get a different angle of both fountains and the Burj Khalifa.

Very good way to see the fountains , sadly if you are on the ‘wrong side’ of the boat your view is disrupted by other passengers but still very worthwhile

I paid a premium price to be picked up and dropped off to my hotel the driver was late picking me up and the drop off was a 20 minute walk to the atttaction. Consequently I missed my timeslot luckily they squeezed me onto one a half hour latter then as arranged I messaged the driver in Whata App 20 minutes before pick up after a.number of attempts to contact them with no response on whether they weee actually coming to get me I ended up finding another taxi to get me back at an additional $68 AUD now one hour after the arranged pick up still no message very disappointing

not allowed to cancel when fountains not working - pointless exercise to be on the boat

Had a fantastic night watching the Dubai fountain show on the boat lake ride. The skipper kindly offered to take our pictures In front of the Burj khalifa and made sure we got a good view of the fountain show. My parents were mesmerised.

We booked thorough get your guide. The trip was really good. The boat captain was professional and friendly. He stopped to take our pictures. The whole process was smooth and would recommend to anyone. As you exit the mall for the boat ride, turn right and just follow the lake around till you see the boats and a little booth.

Great experience although very short. Still worth going and seeing the water and light show. Go in the evening to experience it as it should be. I went with my son and mother whom rally enjoyed themselves.

Fabulous show, spectacular and end enjoyed by the children, 7 and 10 as well as the adults. The ONLY negative was the requirement to queue to collect tickets from the ‘At the Top’ facility where the queue was crazy long. Get there early to collect tickets! Seems strange that despite booking online and having a QR code I still needed to queue up for ‘boarding passes’ But don’t let this put you off - it is a must see experience!

I had a terrible experience with this tour company and would not recommend them to anyone. The driver dropped us off far from the actual tour location, and the company never provided the tickets or clear instructions on where we were supposed to go. We ended up having to take a taxi back home because the situation was so poorly handled. To make things worse, the driver kept calling at 8 a.m. to pick us up for a tour that was scheduled for 5:45 p.m. The entire experience was disorganized, stressful, and completely unprofessional. Avoid this company.

Very good experience and good value for money for the half hour you were on the boat for.Being on the lake when the water fountain display was on was an amazing experience.Only negative but was the queue was a bit disorganised with people pushing in.

This is a very relaxed small boat trip around the lake . Very organised with a fast moving queue to get in a boat holding about 8 people . It’s a great experience and I would definitely recommend it .

Directions to lake ride not very clear and no signs until you actually get to ride. Outside Dubai mall on LG by food court follow promenade walk round to right past the Burj Khalifa. Ride well worth money with spectacular view

We booked in advance via Tripadvisor, received a confirmation immediately but the actual QR code ticket arrived in the 24hrs before the experience was due to take place. Directions to the embarkation point take you to the lake but not the actual jetty so do arrive early and give yourself time to identify the embarkation point. We entered the lake area from the Mall ‘Fountain’ exit, look to the right and it’s a few minutes walk along the lakefront. Queuing for the boats is well managed by the excellent staff, the boats are comfortable and safe. The fountain show and music is spectacular, it’s thrilling to be out on the water to experience it fully. After the show there is a short sail around the lake and with all the buildings lit up it is really beautiful.

Good views of the show. Fun experience. Can get crowded around peak time, show up earlier than stated.

Had a nice ride around the lake before the show which we had experienced last year from the side.show was good. Worth the money

Although our fountain boat ride was very good even exceptional, the personal transport was very poor the driver was not experienced enough and did not know his way around the Dubai Mall he and we had to ask for directions on multiple occasions

the place where I had to pick up my ticket was wrong, I was sent to the aquarium, and no one knew what to do with me. The tickets cost 70 dirhams on the spot, but I paid 30 dollars. You can also go to the pier for 20 dirhams and watch the entire show. There's no point in doing that.

Everything was execelent, the ride aroud the lake, the fountains show at Burj Khalifa For surs will be back again next year!

The show itself and well worth seeing - certainly the best water display in the world. However the instructions for accessing this trip were both conflicting and misleading. Not meant for anyone with limited walking capability as distance from nearest vehicle drop off point to embarkation point being very far.

Joke, restricted view, lack of information, times etc, would not recommend, better of watching for free, much better view

You can see the fountains without paying for a tour but I would highly recommend the boat trip, front row seats, & only 8 people to a boat, feels like your own personal showing.

You buy tickets with a specified time, but there isn’t enough space for you, and you have to wait another half an hour for the next boat.

Upon arrival at the location, we found no boats operating due to maintenance work. The docking stations were completely unstaffed, and there was no indication that the service would run at any point during the evening. We waited at the designated area, but it quickly became clear that the activity had been canceled without any prior notice or on-site assistance. No Refund so far. No reply to our email or WhatsApp.

Very busy worth the wait,it's on every 30 minutes from 6pm to 11pm the mall is right there too. Tickets were purchased online via the "get your guide" app Taxis were also booked online using " bolt" the app is available

The boat ride itself was wonderful, but the tour company was not. They were not responsive to my emails / WhatsApp messages and they arrived 30 minutes late to pick me up. I don’t think you really need to book a tour to do this, you can just get tickets ahead of time at the desk.

Beautiful musical fountains that run every 30 mins till 11pm in the Burj Khalifa lake at the Dubai mall. One can buy tkts and take a boat ride and look at the fountains sitting in the traditional boat itself!

The view was amazing, it was a 360 view, we got great pics and video up close and personal, highly recommend!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The actual boat ride was really lovely. Obtaining the tickets was a nightmare. Got past from pillar to post and no clear communication from booking agent or the promised email/WhatsApp containing the e tickets.

Short ride round the lake to see the fountain show. Absolutely lovely, well worth it. We did it just as it was getting dark so was very pretty.

Nice views, but not worthy for the price. The ride lasted 10 mins and the show only 5. Only worth for the view of the buildings around

Ride to take should be 8pm so the LED lightning will be working. Water fountains dancing with music was a show to remember

This boat trip is definitely worth every penny, as you get a lovely boat ride and uninterrupted view of the fountain and light show!

Amazing!! This is definitely a must do when visiting the Dubai Mall fountains. We got late for our time slot because of traffic but the helpful staff let us on the next boat which was a great relief to us. Visiting the lake by boat is definitely a must do!!

Well worth pre purchasing tickets to ensure a good view of the show. Please note that you do have to exchange your printed ticket for a ticket that you pick up inside the Dubai mall. It is an easy process but definitely plan ahead. The show itself is nice to see but it is a short excursion lasting 30 mins or so. A one time activity but my wife and I enjoyed it.

Took a little while to locate the gate for entry but everything else was smooth including an enjoyable ride on the lake whilst the fountains erupted. A wonderful site and good perspective for photographs.

Excellent!! On an evening it was just beautiful. Views from the boats were so good and great for taking pictures. Stops being with all crowds and can really relax and enjoy the show. Would recommend

Value for money as it was cheap but expected more of the fountain show as we’d heard so much about it The show only lasted 5/10 mins max not as spectacular as we’d expected

The ticket price was higher than the Klook website. On the Klook website, it was written that children under the age of 3 were not allowed, so I had to book one ticket from here (as it allows one child below the age of 2 years free entry along with a paid adult), but when I went to collect the tickets At The Top, they confirmed that with Klook ticket also children below 3 is allowed and it will be a free entry if the age is below 2.

The boat ride on the lake, the beautiful lightening systems, the dancing fountain with amazing music and the panoramic views of Burj Khalifa and the towers around.. I would do this over again in my next visit

firstly you have to get a email then a text then a QR code and thats stressful when you mobile data is off as you have to download the ticket. the guy at the gate was not helpful and quiet rude.
