They give a very small and tight seat in the back of a SUV where even kids hardly fit. Very rude staff. Told me do whatever you want! I complained to the number I booked with, but no one cared. Find a better tour with better management and customer service.

FYI for some fellow North Americans, UAE driving is intense. If you have driving anxiety, the Middle East may not be for you. Fantastic experience and super affordable!!! My driver Hamid was super nice, made sure I got a good seat for the show :) Food was really good.

Everything was great! Our guide, Alam, was fun and helpful! I highly recommend him. We drove cool cars through the desert. We ate delicious food and watched great shows!

We were picked up at our hotel in central Dubai by the marvellous Imran who made us feel very welcome in his luxurious Toyota Land Cruiser. We were whisked away into the desert where we were taken on a magnificent off road adventure across the desert dunes - Imran’s driving was incredible, making the Land Cruiser do things I thought were impossible - an incredible adventure. Imran then took us to a desert camp where we enjoyed a sumptuous barbecue whilst being entertained by traditional Middle Eastern dancing About 7 hours from pick-up to drop-off, an incredible experience Imran was an incredible host

Everything was super. The trip was excellent, the driver Mohammed met us at the hotel and we started the journey. He was always very attentive and polite.

Our desert Safari trip was absolutely amazing! I came with my wife and it was all such a surprise with how much fun we had! I truly can say it started off with a warm and welcome greeting from our tour guide Imran . He kept it lighthearted, checked if we were OK and was amazing at Dune bashing! He guided us all along the way, which made us feel confident and trust that we were in good hands. Great people, great show, thrilling dune buggy; overall very amazing experience! Def will book again.

Our desert adventure was made truly special thanks to our amazing driver and guide, Jani. He was perfectly on time, incredibly skilled behind the wheel during the dune bashing and always kind and attentive throughout the day. He even took some of the best photos of our trip — memories we’ll cherish forever. We had a blast riding quads (optional), trying sandboarding in the open desert and later enjoying camel rides, henna, and a delicious BBQ dinner with traditional performances. But what really made it all unforgettable was Jani’s professionalism, warmth and care. Highly recommended!

We were 6 altogether (Two couples and 2 Friends) along with 2nos 3 years old kids. When I was waiting for kids wife with my kids near pick up point driver of vehicle #60085 ask me to get into the car and I told him that am waiting for my wife. Then he started to shouted leave your wife and get into the car,you are came via shuttle bus paying less amount and he cannot eligible for separate family vehicle . Again I requested him that am waiting for wife and cant leave her alone. Then he started abusing in bad words in front of others in the presence of ladies and threatening me that he will make sure that no vehicle can take us to the shuttle point. Very bad I think he is racist because am an Indian where he is nice to the European. I will never ever book any again and never ever recommended to anyone

Ijaz is a very good driver, picked us up from the hotel, he drove very well, then we went for a safari in the desert, we enjoyed it very much, and then we went to the camp, the food there was very good, he helped us a lot and dropped us back at the hotel, Ijaz is a very good man, we will come back.

We had the most incredible experience on our desert safari trip! Our driver, Tarik, was amazing—super friendly and welcoming. On the way home, he made a special stop at the Sheik's palace, which was such a delightful surprise.
