Dubai Water Canal is an infrastructure overhaul which winds its way to the Arabian Gulf from the old Dubai Creek effectively turning a significant part of Dubai into an island. This 3.2km long waterway ranges 80 to 120m in width, is six meters in depth and cuts through Dubai’s main artery, the Sheikh Zayed Road connecting with the Arabian Gulf.

We celebrated a 50th birthday on the cruise and the staff went over and above to ensure it was a special night. Overall the experience was amazing and we will definitely encourage more guests to attend. Kamal, was particularly attentive and active throughout the night ensuring guests were comfortable and everything ran smoothly.
The journey was amazing and the staff very nice, the meal very nice and air conditioner it was really nice highly suggested.
Lovely atmosphere, and lovely food. Had a slightly delayed departure due to some late arrivals, which then meant we were a little rushed getting to the show.
Picked up promptly from the hotel. Arrived in plenty of time. Greeted by friendly staff. The cruise was fab. Dinner very tasty with plenty of choice and entertained throughout by a saxophonist. Service was excellent. Lots of photo opportunities. Disembarked and escorted to the La Perla show. We have never seen anything like it. It was spectacular. The effects were brilliant and as for the entertainers!! Aerial feats, hair raising motorbike riders and amazing water features. We were collected after the show back to our hotel. A must do trip.
I chose the hotel pick-up/drop-off and it was great to have the same driver. He was prompt and a safe driver. He waited to hand me off to one of the cruise workers so I didn't have to search for our boat. Cruise staff was friendly and there was a table up top already set aside for me. Plenty of time for sunset photos and to watch the water show before heading out. The buffet food was extensive and delicious! There was even a pasta station where you could request which pasta, sauce, and additions you wanted. Nice variety of fruit and desserts. We had complimentary juice, a couple of appetizers, water, soda and coffee/tea (if you wanted). So many amazing photo opportunities!! We did get some historical information as we went by some places. There was a wonderful saxophone musician that played for about 30 minutes. There was a smooth transition for those like myself who chose to go see La Perle. A staff member walked us directly to the show. This was a perfect way to see some unique sights of Dubai, eat a delicious dinner, and see a wonderful show. I would highly recommend this tour!!
This was a great experience. They picked us up from the hotel, took us to the Marina where we got on the boat. Dinner buffet was delicious. The seats on the upper level is ideal if you want better pictures. Great views. The Laperle show was amazing. It started at 9pm which was fine for me but my other family members were tired & kept dozing off.
Slow service. Buffet food was cold and low quality. Not a luxury experience. The view was beautiful once we finally sailed off. La Perla show after dinner was amazing if you like that type of show.

My clients were only disappointed because of being on the lower enclosed deck, Photo opportunity came too fast to run up to the top deck to capture. Advise to take the upgrade seating on the Canal River Cruise.
A super last night in Dubai treat. Cruise enabled you to see Dubai at night from a different view point and it was beautiful. Food was plentiful although not particularly hot. La Perle was incredible and a definite must. Good idea to check out the story first before seeing it.
Wow - this was fantastic and a must do thing for Dubai. The canal cruise and meal was superb and gives you great views of the buildings in the centre of the city. The food was really good and lots of choice. Then came the show and wow - if you haven't seen it please do. The theatre (within the Hilton) was fabulous and the show spectacular. Great experience and perfect for Valentine's Day too. Thanks for the experience.

The boat was very clean and nice, the tables were nicely set with tablecloths, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the live music was very enjoyable, and the part of the canal cruise was beautiful. The show was a lot of fun as well. Beautiful stage and wonderful acts. We really enjoyed ourselves.
It was a beautiful evening the service was spectacular! The saxophone player was a nice classy touch. The food was delicious as well. The only thing that was a little off is that even though we were kind of guided to where the LePerle show was it was not explained to us exactly where we needed to go or how it would be. But the show was amazing and we all had a great time

The cruise was perfect for our last night in Dubai. Very well organised. We were picked up on time and escorted to the boat. The food was excellent and the views were amazing. Due to the heat even at night, we sat in the air conditioned lower deck and went upstairs later. The show was jaw dropping. Even better than we hoped. I don't understand the reviews saying that the seats were poor as the theatre is in a semi circle so all of the seats offer a good view. So glad we did this.
Cruise scenery started slow and we were wondering if it would get better...IT DID! The way they moved you through the channel and got right in the middle of the lights and buildings was breathtaking. Food was average, not great but not bad...there was plenty so you will leave stuffed! Service was great, music nice. If you are loking for a 5star dining experience, maybe skip it...but if you enjoy these types of bookings where you get a good meal and a different view of the city, definitely book it!
Great experience at the Al Faris dinner cruise and La Perle. The food and service on the cruise was very good, with the performance at La Perle outstanding. Highly recommended and good value for money.

LePerle show was phenomenal. Loved it. Definitely recommend the show. Now the driver and dinner cruise. Hmmm. Just make sure the driver knows where he’s supposed to take the participants. The driver dropped me and my family off at the theater house and we should have went to the pier for the dinner cruise first. We missed the boat but we were able to catch a dingy to the yacht and have dinner. Food delicious. The company was very apologetic for the mix up. Great service minus the hiccup. You should definitely go.
I picked this tour for the cruise route, silver show tickets and transfer options - and was not disappointed. Before the cruse even starts you can watch the Festival Mall fountain show from your seat on the boat, then the leisurely cruise route takes you past the Burj Khalifa, Waterfall Bridge and Tolerance Bridge before ending at the La Perle hotel venue. The show itself was very entertaining and just the right length. I had a good seat a few rows back, which was perfect as the ones right at the front can get wet from the splashes! Was very handy to be dropped back at my hotel afterwards and all ran very smoothly. I only knocked a star off as the buffet meal wasn't up to much. Not much of a selection and some things lukewarm.

The view of Dubai at night is excellent….this is the best way to see Dubai! Staff and food were also delightful. La Perla was much like Cirque de Soleil….a little long and very loud but very entertaining.
Dinner was average , not that great. It would have been great to have more variety of food and some sort of entertainment during the sail . The La Perle show made up for the average dinner. The La Perle show was fantastic and we enjoyed the show.

We brought the package with unlimited drink’s which is a rip off because you can only have the house beer and wine and the servers only come around once!! So I paid $60-80 bucks for one house wine. Next the bus drivers for pickup after the show didn’t show up and/or never revealed their location so after waiting and calling for an hour we had to take a taxi. So angry and disappointed!!
The high dive into the pool is my most memorable part. But the motorcycle riders in the ball took a lot of precision and perfect timing which was amazing.
1. More clarity should be shared with the potential customer. 2. Recommend jackets in cool weather. 3. We had a bus load of seniors that were not picked up in a timely manner nor communicated with nor answered phone. COMMUNICATIONS are ESSENTIAL TO A GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!

The dinner cruise was very good, all staff are friendly and helpful… Food was great too. The La Perle show was unreal and something i would definitely look to visit again if i were to return to Dubai.
Everything about the trip was amazing. The canal cruise was fabulous and so we’ll organised and La Perle was spectacular.
Although I was alone on this trip, I'm sure it would be appreciated by couples and adults, not so much by kids. The views of Dubai skyline at night were magnificent and the food and live music were really good. The La Perle show however was not that great, being a Dragone production. But that is not the cruises' fault.
This review is purely for the cruise, as the show was AMAZING. I will not drag on, as I could, but from start to finish our whole cruise experience was terrrible. Service was poor, the food was very average, staff customer service was terrible. The sights on the way were good, and the manager did his best to appease the situation, but to little comfort of our ruined cruise.
This was the 3rd time of doing thes excursions, previously booked separately. Booking these trips together we we’re giving really poor seats at la perla, right at the side where you couldn’t see the stage, which spoiled the whole show.

The dinner cruise along the beautiful Dubai skyline was a great way to see the city at night. The food was excellent - best hummus I had over 6 days in Dubai. Everything - including hotel transfers - were seem less. La Perle is a typical cirque du soleil type performance. The seats are decent and the facility is amazing. Definitely recommend!!
A fantastic tour the dinner had a very good selection of food, and the evening show was excellent with good seats. The tour was also very well organised, together with a pick up from our hotel. We certainly had a lovely evening and would certainly recommend the tour to all concerned.
This was a great experience, and highly recommend it. The staff were very attentive, the ship was comfortable, and the time on the water was more than enough to really enjoy it. The ship was very easy to find in the boardwalk area, and you are immediately greeted with coffee and dates and a warm welcome. They guided us directly to La Perle from the boat, and were waiting right after to drive us straight back to our hotel. If you are looking for a wonderful evening out this is your choice!
The view from the boat was amazing. However, the food was average and the some of the staff smelled of sweat which did spoil the food. The overall service was good. The theatre show was beyond amazing, we loved every bit of it.

Totally inflexible I have to admit that I made a mistake when booking instead of 3 January 2026 I booked the 3 December 2025 and unfortunately did not realize only how the chaufeur called me to pick us up since I noticed the error. It will not be refunded and we have to pay the full price if we want to book again in no way a kulans. these are bad misplaced.
Die Strecke der Bootstour an sich war wirklich schön, man hatte tolle Ausblicke auf Downtown im Dunkeln. Leider war das Essen eiskalt. Über die eher mittelmäßige Qualität hätte man vielleicht noch hinweg sehen können, aber wer weiß, wie lange das Essen dort schon in den Behältern stand, ohne dass es warm gehalten wurde. Das hat ja auch einen Hygiene Aspekt. Der Serviceleiter war bemüht es uns recht zu machen, holte Essen von unten usw. ,aber wir hatten ja für das upgrade oben zu sitzen noch zusätzlich bezahlt, da kann man zumindest warmes Essen erwarten. Der Serviceleiter versicherte uns, dass die Technik am nächsten Tag kontrolliert werden würde. Meine Schwester hatte die gleiche Tour vor einem Jahr gemacht, da war am Essen nichts auszusetzen. Vielleicht hatten wir Pech, ärgerlich war es allerdings trotzdem. Für 4 Personen war es ja auch keine billiger Spaß...
Prise en charge parfaite de l'hôtel jusqu'au bateau et au retour. Buffet très bon mais manque de temps pour apprécier correctement le repas. Dommage. Équipe très agréable Croisiere qui permet d'apprécier la vue sur le canal de Dubai. Spectacle la Perle grandiose. A voir absolument ! Satisfaite !!!

Beautiful cruise in Dubai marina, a real spectacle to see the skyscrapers illuminated by the sea, the bridge with the waterfalls that change color, the light shows, while you dine accompanied by the live sax, excellent dishes, for all tastes, just the wine not of great quality. The Perle show is beautiful, one of a kind, only available in Dubai. Excellent experience
