I had a fantastic tour with Muhammad through Dubai at night. We started at sunset at Burj al Arab, and the fountain at Burj Khalifa was the absolute highlight. I am happy to recommend Muhammad.

The tour was quite rushed and left to look about on your own not what I expected and was so busy. If you are on a time limit and get lost you have had it to get back on the tour bus. Our driver was good in the fact that he agreed a time for us to see the Fountains which had just reopened on Wednesday 1st October. Sai an hour but we had already missed one show as they are every half hour but we saw them but again busy so picked to see the fountains and get back to the bus. I was so grateful for the extra place to the Kings Palace to take pictures. Would have been good for a quick walk round and give a couple of seconds more and not left on our own devises.

This was an audio tour which didn’t always sync with what was seen. Mostly photo stops and the free time was limited. I wouldn’t recommend if you are the curious type and require feedback along the way.

The driver was brilliant Mohammed, he ensured we got all the great sites and pictures. The tour started earlier than advertised so beware if having multiple things in the day - collected me 1 hour earlier than advertised pick up times, and tour starting earlier too!

Tour was less than half the time advertised. Plus two hours+ of driving around doing hotel pickups. Tour guide gave no information, you just listen to pre-recorded audio over headphones. The Burj Kalifa was supposed to be the highlight of the tour, but buses are not able to visit there, so we could not see it, which was not disclosed in the advertising for the tour. Very disappointing.

It was nice to see all the main sites at night but unfortunately the tour felt really rushed and our guide provided no information about each of the spots visited.

From booking to finish was a breeze. We got some nice photos , overall amazing trip and you can’t beat that price. Pick up and drop off was on time. The driver Umair khan was wonderful . Thank you sir

He was incredibly knowledgeable about Dubai’s history and heritage, and spoke with passion and clarity. Attentive, polite, and fluent in several languages, he made the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming. He even helped with photos ,always with a warm smile and genuine kindness. As a solo traveler, it meant so much to have someone so thoughtful and aware. His attentiveness and willingness to help made me feel included, and for that, I’ll always be grateful. Timing was good for each activity, great opportunity for pics and shopping at the market. The fountain show and water fall were great!

The driver went out of his way to be sure we saw night sights from the best possible vantage points. Driver would do better to have more verbal presentation while moving between locations.

it is a very long tour to see nothing, unsafe drivers and van smelled like an ashtray. We had to drive for 90 mins just to pick up other customers before ever stopping at the first place....... we ended up being on the tour for 6 hours before they finally dropped us back at our hotel. Very disappointing, very little to see and if you want to see the fountain show- it's only 4 mins long and we missed over 1/2 of it because guide stayed to long at the stop before that. Waste of money and a lot of time!!

Best service from grey line tours. Driver & the guide were amazing. They took us to view the best places in dubai at night. Burj khalifa viewing area was mind blowing.

Prompt pick up and friendly guide who showed us around the places. Punctual and showed some interesting places..helped us with pictures 📸 travelled in Dec so the city is lit up and the night tour was worth it.

Makes only 4 stops in Dubai. It’s a minivan, so you can’t even really see the buildings and skylines while inside. Better off renting a rental car and drive around, or do a hop on/off bus tour.

This was a great tour, it lasted much longer than stated on the paperwork, but our guide went out of his way for us! They had head phones to hear all about what we were seeing! It was recorded! We were in a minivan with 5 other people! It was great to see all the sites at night! The beach had water falls that were lit up! The highlight was to watch the Fountain Show!!! I was concerned I would get lost, but just walked through the mall for sometime and was there! The tallest building in the world was there and was all full of sparking lights! So beautiful! The Fountain Show was amazing! I was in awe the entire 5 minutes with how the water moved! I highly recommend this tour!! It was wonderful!!!!!!!

We all enjoy the Night Tour. It was amazing to see the water fountain such a beautiful scenery with the lite up hotels as a backdrop. We tour the city visiting the waterfall and seen all the buildings at night lite up great experience. Thanks.

The tour was good. I have a disability and as driver could not come into mall I had to , as told , follow the others. Sadly I could not keep up, they just rushed and I felt abandoned. They , the other passengers were selfish. It spoilt my experience. Anyway that was not Grey Lines problem. As a retired travel agent I would have cared. I look forward to returning and doing desert tours and Oman and Abu Dhabi.. I would and have already recommended Viator. Excellent communications and on time pick ups on all your tours I booked in Dubai. Thank you.

Great view of the city at night. We had a slow start but the crew made up for it and got us to all the highlight of the city.

Tour was good but very rushed Tour guide was not very professional. Trip to beach was nice but can't see water as it was too dark so not worth it

We we're put in a bus and handed an earphones each. The tour guide, Diya (?) did not explain anything. We only listened the audio guide. Stopped at few places which was more for photo ops and shopping. The fountain show was dissapointing. There was a misunderstanding, the guide told us we only had to be back at 10:10, but most people in the group heard that we must be back at 10:00. So, many of us missed only caught a glimpse of the show. The fountain show it self was merely 3 minutes.

Nice and friendly staff I enjoyed the tour, I’m satisfied with how they arranged the time and how they explained each place we visited.

Most of the time is spent in traffic. Not the company fault, but not a pleasant experience. The bus misses some nice places, such as Dubai frame

Collection from our hotel was perfect however the driver was continually called by the tour guide, which lead to an uncomfortable journey. The trip itself was ok but the delay in getting to the Mall fountain meant we missed the beginning of the show, though we still had a great time!

Good tour, however more time is needed. The fountain shows have times where they start and the Dubai mall is not huge! It’s massive! So when you’re on a time scale it’s difficult! Teen and toddler kids, Hence the four star. Other places we visited as stated also have a limited time . The beach was amazing. Canal was great. The main aspect the fountain show, beautiful!

Great experience seeing Dubai by night. We packed in a lot within the time we had including the Dubai Mall and fountain. We visited the souk Madinat jumerai, Burj Al Arab and jumerai beach hotel by night. The guide and driver were both great. Would recommend.
