Dubai Al Khayma Camp Experience With Bbq Dinner And Transfers

A great afternoon and evening - we loved the dune bashing, kids loved the canals and fire show! The food / BBQ was great. Our guide Hasim was great, punctual, polite and patient with our 3 and 5 year old children who loved the experience! Thank you!

We had an absolutely incredible experience yesterday with Oceanair Travels during our holiday in Dubai! 🐪🏜️ The desert safari was simply fantastic and extremely well organised from beginning to end. We enjoyed quad biking, dune bashing, sandboarding, and a camel ride, watched several amazing live shows, and finished with a delicious dinner — all in the stunning setting of the desert. Although the entire experience was excellent, what truly made it special was our guide and driver, Zada Irfan. From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive, professional, friendly, and welcoming. He explained everything to us, stayed with us throughout the whole experience, and was always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Zada made us feel so comfortable that it didn't feel like we were simply doing a tour with a guide — it felt like we were experiencing this adventure with our big brother. ❤️ It was a truly unforgettable experience, and one that we will remember for a very long time. We highly recommend Oceanair Travels and, above all, Zada Irfan! If you have the opportunity to do this desert safari, don't hesitate — it is absolutely worth it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Think that the camp and the hawk photo was a bit outdated part of this adventure. Did not actually get anything from it except toilets were there. But the camelride was fun! Took maybe 10 minutes, but was quite enough. And the best part was absolutely the cardrive in the sand. Our driver Azhar from OceanAir Travels was excellent driver! You listen to arabic rap with a lot of basso from the subwoofer and just enjoy the ride. Our morning trip took three hours all together, we were fast. Left at 9 AM and was back by noon. TIPS: Wear a hat or scarve, it gets hot during the camel ride. Be careful of motion sickness in the car if you suffer from that.

Amazing for families and very safe. Loads of things to do at the camp for the kid and adults alike. A wonderful experience for everyone.

That it is a verry relaxing excursion. But we find it too relaxing. We were picked up at 3 pm and we were there at 4 pm. Immidiatly we had a kamelride.Than is was 4.30 pm and than we have to weight till 6.30 before the bbq was open. After that there came 3 shows each 10 minutes. And than suddenly it is over. There was too mich time between the arrivel and the food there was too much time.

Did this desert safari as a solo traveler and had such a lovely experience. Everything was well organized, I learned a lot, and it felt really special sharing the day with people from different cultures. It was comforting to feel part of a group, even just for a few hours. Kind team, fun activities, beautiful memories. Would definitely recommend to fellow solo travelers. And had a great guide Mr Mahmood..

We really enjoyed our experience with our tour guide, Zeeshan! He gave us a warm welcome to Dubai. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and answered our queries and shared with us many interesting facts about Dubai. He brought us safely and made sure we had fun and enjoy the various activities : Sand bashing, sand boarding, camel riding, watched the beautiful sunset, enjoyed the different types of freshly served tea, desserts, food, performances, henna tattoo at alkhayma camps. Everything was very good. Our family of 17 thought the BBQ dune bashing, camel ride etc and food was excellent. Just a few things to consider the drivers should not be using cell phones when they drive or having conversations with others while driving. Also the Camp Show should get rid of the 'American' announcements and music. It is not the theme of an Bedouin lifestyle. It spoilt the experience so what.

The show of the fire is the best but the another is ok ,good price and good costumers service .the food is ok and the transportation is very good

Overall experience was fine. We liked the camel ride. Food was ok, but not memorable. The Show was not properly organized as there was such a big gap between the two performances, resulting in the evening dragging on.

The safari tour with our guide Jamil who is an excellent driver and provided great service gave us a trip to remember in Dubai. This trip is a photo opportunity for our memories. The dune buggy ride, a wide selection of delicious Arab food, henna painting on our hands to show to our friends and family. Most enjoyable is the camel ride. Really exotic. Truly recommend everyone to experience this safari tour for an authentic Dubai trip and memories!

Was an amazing day start to finish.Tariq picked us up at hotel and gave us a history of Dubai on way to the desert.The sand dunes drive and the camel ride and meal and entertainment exceeded expectations.

The tour is very organized. Be sure to use WhatsApp for more effective communication. I traveled solo and was the first to arrive around 16:30. More people arrived at different times until about 18:00. Appetizer station was made available around 17:30. The dance show started at 18:30, only two dances. Then dinner buffet started at 18:45 ish. At 20:00 is the highlight of the night - the flame show. The event ends at 20:30 and all visitors depart the camp. Everyone was friendly at the camp. I really enjoyed Shisha at this atmosphere. The shisha was very smooth and great volume. Fresh squeeze juice and smoothie are available for purchase about 34 AED more or less. I had a pomegranate juice. It wasn’t cheap but really good. Food was very good, mostly Arabic food and some European style food. Overall the experience as good as expected. Worth the value.

Fantastic time at the camp, lovely food and really enjoyed the entertainment.I had my first camel ride here . Plenty to do and the staff are very helpful and polite. Our driver and guide Amr was very helpful and explained everything he ensured we were taken care of for the evening and he even styled my headscarf for me. This is a must do when in dubai.

From his text to say he was on his way to him dropping us all back at the hotel, Amr was amazing. He is from Egypt, but he is very knowledgeable about the UAE. On the way to the camp he pointed out different homes and buildings and gave us the history behind each. The road into the camp was a little bumpy, so if you didn't do the atv ride you are in for a treat. 🤪Once inside the camp Amr outlined every activity and area in the camp. He then placed us in the wonderful hands of Faheem. We were a group of 10, and Faheem was so attentive to each one of us. He made sure we always had plenty to drink and eat. This was a great excursion, and I suggest everyone take it. You will enjoy every minute from the camel ride, the henna tattoos, the BBQ, the belly dancers, star gazing to the fire dancer.

A great overall experience visiting a Bedouin camp. Excellent treats, performances, food and Camal ride and feeding. Our guide Babar was excellent and gave us a lot of information

All parts were superb - we loved it all- camel riding - all different tents , the buffet and all shows

My family and I did the Dubai Al Khayma Camp Experience with BBQ Dinner and a overnight. The experience was absolutely fantastic and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a fun packed day of extreme activities, such as dune bashing or the opportunity to drive a desert dune buggy - this particular activitiy was absolutely amazing! we all love it, especially my children. The BBQ was really good as well as the entertainment. The tents were confortable and we could even charge our phones. The breakfast was also really tasty and the came ride to see the sun rising was breathtaking. Our guide Safeer was very professional and he provided us with a very entertaining and fun experience. Thanks very much Safeer! We'll come back next year!

In all my travels this was truly the best experience. Riding The four wheelers was so much fun. We got to snowboard and take pictures. The camel ride was another experience by itself. We were offered freshly made doughnuts at the camp, henna tattoos a d hookahs that was included in the price. The lunch and desserts were fabulous. Our guild Abdullah was the best. I will definitely recommend Oceanair.

We had a fantastic time at the Al khayma safari camp. Our guide LaLa was the best. He is very friendly and very passionate. he was more like family here. I would definitely recommend him for this safari. The dunning and the camel ride was great.

What an amazing experience! All started off with pick up from our accomodation. Our driver was great! As we drove to the tour the driver gave us information about Dubai . Food ✔️ entertainment ✔️ community ✔️ fun✔️ yes it ticks all the boxes.

The Staff are friendly and the food is good. i have been to other dessert safari but the service provide by Ocean Air is smooth. The show is not as good as other dessert safari but the verity of food makes up for it.

We enjoyed our transfer/guide with Aamer as he’s kind, dedicated and experienced. It was an excellent experience organised by Ocean Travels with their entire team working so diligently. The activities and venues were appropriately planned out providing overall memorable experiences. Impressive choices and quality of food - caters for vegetarians too!

Our driver Amr picked us from our hotel on time and drove us to the camp. On the way he guided us and explained everything very well, very polite and well mannered. At the camp we had amazing time, camel ride, henna painting and food was delicious. All and all we had a great time.

Let’s start with the driver Asif Saddam, what a LEGEND, the pleasure and privilege was all mine, he spoke perfect English and was just a great personality to be around, made the trip in my opinion very knowledgable and funny went above and beyond. The activity was well worth the money I spent and I would recommend the 7 hours to any of my friends and family. If you are thinking of just doing the 4 hours and missing the camp activities I would say you would be missing out, as this was my FAVOURITE part of the tour. Lastly the food was AMAZING ! What a superb experience from start to finish. Our tour guide Azmat was flawless. He was so friendly and was a joy to be around and he even helped my husband when he suffered from heat exhaustion and was very kind. The experience was brilliant, so much was included in the price: camels, henna, falcon holding, dune bashing, coffee, buffet, performances.

It was an amazing experience, Akbar looked after us very well and made sure that we had everything we needed and gave us a great tour. The food at the camp was delicious, the whole day was really organised and one I won’t forget!
