Dubai Airport Private Departure And Arrival Airport Transfer

Great driver and service friendly and professional

Great experience. ABBAS was the best.

The service was excellent! Upon my arrival at Dubai Airport, I received a message with clear instructions on where to meet the driver. For my return trip to the airport, I accidentally booked the wrong pick-up time. However, the team was very helpful and accommodating in rescheduling the pick-up time for me. Really appreciate their prompt response and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Stress free pick up from the airport. Riyaz kept us informed through WhatsApp what we had to do and where to go to meet him. All smooth and very simple. Will use them for the return journey.

We booked this airport shuttle service through booking.com. Ms. Tanzi was very friendly and responsive over WhatsApp. The car was a good size van, very clean and a super friendly driver.

Great transfer from Dubai International AirPort to our hotel. Rose was great and met us in arrivals and took us to our transport and helped with our bags. Driver was great too getting us safely to our hotel through the busy streets of Dubai. Car was clean and safe and an upgrade to the local taxis. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Amjad Balushi for our arrival pickup in Dubai! He was waiting for us at arrivals with a sign displaying our name, which made finding him very easy and stress-free. He helped us with our luggage and safely dropped us off at our hotel. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and comfortable from start to finish. Amjad was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming after our flight. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free airport transfer in Dubai. We had a great experience with Bilal! He picked us up from the airport and was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. He even helped us find our hotel, which made everything so much easier after our flight. He made sure we got where we needed to be and went the extra mile to help us. Highly recommend him! 😊

We booked our Dubai Airport pickup through Viator, and although there was some initial confusion, Rose's exceptional customer service made all the difference! Our flight arrived at Terminal 3, but the transportation company mistakenly sent our driver to Terminal 1. To complicate matters, WhatsApp calling wasn't working, making communication difficult. Thankfully, Rose went above and beyond! She contacted us through text messages, remained calm and professional despite our frustration, and personally came to locate our family of four. She then coordinated with the driver and ensured we were safely transported to the Taj Dubai Hotel. What impressed us most was her patience, kindness, and genuine determination to resolve the situation rather than make excuses. A special thank you to Rose for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one! While the initial coordination could have been better, Rose absolutely deserves five stars for her outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction!

ROSE was amazing, clear instructions, great service

Very convenient, clear instructions. Our driver, Abbas, very friendly, made us feel welcome. Good start to our visit.

I was greeted at the airport by Ann, she was already waiting for me the moment I landed. She was kind and patiently waited until I was done with all the controls even though my luggage took long to arrive. She was very nice!

It was really nice having Mitu as our driver from the hotel to the airport.

Very good car service special thanks to zeeshan

There are fees that are hidden in the mobile app. When booking it simply says Dubai for pick up options. After my booking was outside the cancellation window, I got a message informing me that there is an up-charge of $127 ($35usd). Even though they contacted me shortly after booking asking for my pick up and drop off location. So if I cancel then I loose the $42usd already paid or I cough up an additional $35usd. A taxi from our hotel was $31usd. I had booked with VIATOR because I had an earned credit from all my previous bookings. I spent a couple hours of my last day of vacation going round and round with the provider and VIATOR. In the end neither would help me and I got screwed. It is doubtful that I will use VIATOR again and I am convinced that this is the vendors M.O.

Tanzi was a great organizer, she was attentive to my arrival and guided me through the whole process, she even facilitated all the details to drop me in my hotel safe and sound
