Dubai Airport Arrival And Departure Transfers | Private Service

Great experience, great customer service and great communication. The process was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this service

My driver was welcoming a helped load out luggage. He was a very safe driver and got us to the airport on time. I would recommend this company for transport from airport to hotel

The service was Excellent. The car was Clean. We had 4 people 2 luggage each big luggage and it all fit, very spacious car. On time.

On time. Clean car. Good communication. Would 100% use again. Upon arrival our luggage was lost and there was a delay in us getting to the driver. Driver was very patient, kind, communicative and waited with no worries.

The tour guide was nice and helpful and patient. He waited on us and also helped with our luggage once we got the vehicle.

Car is not as pictured. Waited over 20 minutes at meeting point for car to arrive. Could have caught a cab in the meantime. Disappointed.

Good driver Adil and pretty decent transport vehicle (minivan). He did take a long time (20-30 minutes) to meet us at the DXB airport meeting spot but was updating us with texts.

No one showed up to the airport and I tried to contact them and no one answered . You can only contact via text message . I would never use this service again . My elderly sister and my 16 year old were exhausted !

Took forever for the driver to meet with us then was taking us to the wrong hotel until we asked where he was going.

⸻ The airport was super busy with heavy traffic, but our driver was so kind and professional throughout. He was polite, friendly, and made the ride comfortable. We truly appreciated his excellent service, and I would definitely recommend them

The driver was very punctual and a lovely and pleasant person. He dropped us of at Emirates Business class as he had thought we were Economy. So went round again. Would definitely use him again. Thank you

Excellent service. Arindam made contact to get our WhatsApp number before we left the UK and then when we landed, he sent a message. We let him know when we had our cases and were coming through security and he let us know where he was standing. We travelled to our hotel on the Palm completely stress free. Excellent service. We hope to use Arindam’s services again while here in Dubai.

The pick up was great, the driver was excellent, the drive from the airport to the hotel was also excellent.

Pick up went smoothly. The car was clean and we received some extra useful information to enjoy Dubai even more.

Excellent! A courteous driver, comfortable cool vehicles, water provided. Safe driving. Would recommend it
