Ali was absolutely wonderful. So attentive and kind. We really just felt like we were shopping with a friend. Such a range of things to see and he tailored it to what we wanted to look at rather than just a general whistlestop tour. What a lovely, knowledgable man. Particularly enjoyed that he was as happy as us and took his own photos - unfortunately I do not have those as they are on his phone but Ali if you’re reading I’d love to see them! If you do one shopping experience in Dubai, this is the one I recommend. It’s very different from the malls and is much more authentic. I regretted not doing this first as Ali broke down all of the secrets.

This was an amazing experience. I was really worried that we took too much time at each stop but Ali was more than patient. It was really cool to see the secret shop and we were able to stop and get some street food along the way as well. The shopping experiences covers a little bit of everything as well as some speciality stores as well. We were more than satisfied with Ali’s quality service as well as with the excellent customer service we received at each stop. Would definitely book this again for next time.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our shopping trip with Ali today! I worked in the Middle East several years ago and was a little nervous about how it would be since the last time I visited the area. I got overwhelmed a little at the Gold Souk, so much to see !!!However , Ali kept us moving and helped us to get to what we wanted to see and buy. Ali was patient, kind and very attentive to what we needed and was readily available to help with suggestions.We got some nice luxury goods and also great souvenirs for friends and family. I am a travel agent and will recommend this trip to my clients.

It’s a nice experience if you are looking to buy some cheap gifts to family/friends. First you go to a big store, cheap items After that to a gold store - didn’t buy anything And after that to a perfume store ( they make the same perfume as other brands so you can buy it cheaper but it’s not original) and at the end watches and purses. A lot of fake brands, be aware of that and search for prices before buying things, people try to sell you more expensive than its value. After all I would recommend because I wouldn’t go to this places by myself and I got cheap presents for my family. But if you are looking for real brands just go to the mall.
