ABsea is a third party service responsible for this tour and it is a SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! They advertise a certain price and once you book the debit double and refuse to refund you! The pricing here will be double. I was given a price of 83 Euros and was debited nearly 160 Euros and they just send AI generated email saying they won’t refund. Not worth it! Terrible customer service. They fraudulently steal your money and won’t respond. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

A great way to experience the lights of Dubai by water on a traditional open top dhow. Service was impeccable. The food was delicious and plenty to choose from. The dancer was brilliant, then getting everyone involved. Highly recommend this trip.

A relaxing 90 minute cruise and dinner while enjoying the lights and sounds of the Dubai Marina. The buffet dinner was excellent with a variety of choices for everyone and the entertainment was fun to watch, especially the spinning gentleman. Highly recommended and good value-for-money. Only one minor complaint which is that the directions were unclear. I recommend telling taxi drivers to drop off passengers at the Condor Marina Star building located at the beginning of Al Seba Street and then walk down the side alley and turn right and walk 50 meters to the boat.

The sunset dinner cruise was a highlight of our trip! It was beautiful!! The view was exceptional. I highly recommend the upstairs seating.

Music too laud in the end. Food was ok. And interesting to see Dubai from the water. It gives a very good impression.

The cruise was nice. The weather was lovely and the ambiance in general,was wonderful. The boat moved at a good pace and the music was good. Food was also decent, better than I expected as part of a cruise dinner. The only things to improve would be the service. The waiters seemed always be in a hurry and didnt stop to check in with us. When we flagged one down to order a drink from the QR scan code they provided, he told us they didnt have some alcohol spirits on that boat and we had to wait for it bought over from another ship. That was not professional. Such things should be checked after each service. Also, a welcome and closing announcement should be done so people know we are starting and coming to a close. There was no announcement either about the buffet. People just randomly formed a line and started getting food. Dessert was not refilled, so we didnt get a chance to try any of those choices.

We went on this dinner cruise on our first night In Dubai. It was a wonderful orientation to the city and we sailed all along the water with the dazzling city lights. The dinner was a buffet and was good. There was a little entertainment which lasted about 15 minutes and that was fun to watch. I would highly recommend this tour.

This was a memorable experience for us, especially our kids. The buffet dinner was delicious. The tanoura dancer was spectacular but the entertainment was lacking. There shld have been a group dancing to make the cruise more lively.

They claimed it was an international buffet but it was an intentional buffet only catering for a particular group of nationality having naan, gravy tasting like sambar, the hummus tasted like it was in the fridge for so long that they just hit it up in a microwave. The entire food buffet was just horrible. My entire family did not even enjoy the meal. For the amount of money we paid the buffet wasn’t even justifiable.

First of all, we chose the Alexandra Dhow because of its positive reviews, and the experience was up to expectations. The food and service were fine, nice leisure cruise around Dubai marina, and more spinning dances. Unless you love seeing restaurants and people on river walk, there is not much to the scenery. You would get the same cruise by taking the water taxi and eating at your favorite restaurant. The cruise also sells upper and lower deck tickets. By the time of booking, I was only able to book the lower deck tickets. There is definitely a FOMO for not being in the open air upper deck with the better view. In the end, it was fine but you can tell the mood in the lower deck is different. 4 star because the operation was perfectly acceptable. Just not sure this activity is high value.

Really had great time on the cruise. Dinner was good, unfortunately it got cold by the time we started eating, so food got little cold but overall experience great. Staff were polite and nice.

Actually expected more from this experince than what l got. The food was basic with not many meat options to choose from. The available selections were small chicken portions, sausage and fish. I expected reasonably bigger portions and different types of fish on the menu. Drink choices were limited for those who dont drink alcohol. Please provide mocktails for example for variety! Whilst music was good there could have been much more entertainment to keep crowd engaged!! Would still recommend to a friend hoping there would have been improvements!

Loved the experience. Been given latest updates on all the information regarding the location and meeting point through whatsapp. Got plenty of sail time. And one other thing we noticed that the if crowd were assigned to different boats based on nationality as it was pretty obvious.

This was an amazing cruise. The food was plentiful and yummy. The sights were breathtaking. The best way to see Dubai at night. There was a dancer too. Hotel pick up and drop off would have been good.

We had an amazing evening on board. Very friendly crew who made sure everything was as expected. Food was delicious with meat and veggie options. Choice of soft drinks and juice which was included in the booking price. Mixed drinks and beer also available for sale( not expensive). Cruise left on time and the views was amazing. Professional photographers on board to capture your treasured moments with digital or prints available. Cost was very affordable too. Definitely a must do event if in Dubai.

My wife and I really enjoyed our Dhow dinner cruise. The trip around the marina was great, with so many lit-up buildings to see plus the ferris wheel. The food was good quality and there was plenty to go round, so several people had seconds. My only negative was the price of wine, with a bottle at GBP50, which I think is excessive. Unsurprisingly it’s best to arrive early as the best tables go quickly. We sat on the upper deck which was open air, perfect in the warm Dubai evenings.

Sailing along Dubai Creek at night, with its endless row of beautiful high-rise buildings on both sides of the canal, was unforgettable. The organization was excellent, starting with detailed instructions received via WhatsApp on the day of the trip. The organizers were delightful in greeting all arriving guests. The two-story lounge features an air-conditioned lounge and an open terrace with tables for two to four or more people. The buffet was very diverse. The waiters were professional, constantly monitoring the tables and offering cold drinks and snacks. And the experience of Dubai at night is unforgettable! If you want to leave an unforgettable impression of this beautiful desert city, don't miss this magical journey.

This was an enjoyable relaxing evening and a great way to take some photos of the Dubai skyline at night. We were on the sunset cruise which departed at 5:30 and returned at 7:15. The buffet of Indian food was yummy and the entertainment included a live singer who was excellent.

I've been with this company before, it was nice, but this time I can't recommend it anymore. Average food, very noisy music with mixed sources (yes, two different songs covering each other and no, it was not from other boats), super annoying. On top of that we spend half of the trip in one spot, not moving at all. Expensive drinks and they had a problem because I don't wanted to pay with cash (yes, they had a card machine). Also, they billed everyone like in the middle of the trip. Overall it was not a pleasant experience I was hoping for.

Cruise was good. Well organized on a traditional boat. The food was OK. Don't go expecting something amazing. Salads, rice, bread, some fried fish in lemon sauce and minced lamb kebab that was dry. Food is buffet style. They fixed the issue with not enough dessert as there was plenty of dessert. Entertainment was good, a dancer that gets the audience involved. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good views of the marina skyline. Get there early, even before gates open! So you can get a good seat on the edge, it's first come first serve even if you reserve upper deck. Avoid sitting near the speakers as they play very loud music Gets really hot on the upper deck, especially if you're seated by the buffet.

We decided to experience the dinner cruise and whilst every operator shows their guests the same view the overall deciding factor should be the dinner which was somewhat disappointing. The buffet was full of bread, potatoes and salad with the curries running out after half the guests were served and the staff saying they have ran out. What was of note when we disembarked was approximately 15 staff queuing outside the boat with plates in their hands, so I would assume they were their for the bread and salad 🤷‍♂️

Leave in plenty time as traffic is bad. The meal was very good as was the entertainment. One of the highlights of my holiday. Such a lovely ambience Customer service is excellent.

Faisal the manager of the boat was good to us as our booked was booked wrong for lower decks but Faisal managed to get us upstairs

Food quite ordinary, service was poor. Wanted to order a drink, handed a menu listing alcoholic choices and ordered a gin and tonic. Waiter returned to say no gin available so changed to vodka tonic. He brought a glass with vodka and I asked for the tonic. He returned finally to tell me no tonic available. So disorganized ! Then when I was going to pay with a credit card he disappeared. I used the cash I was going to leave as a tip to finally pay Entertainment was only saving grace - the Turkish Dervish was superb.

We were given advance notice that we would be on a different boat, but didn't make any difference to us. The whole experience was superb and the staff team were polite and attentive. It was our anniversary and the staff even served a celebratory cake and all said happy anniversary to us. This is a wonderful way to see the night skyline and the trip covers the entire marina, then out by the Palm airport strip and then Bluewater island with fantastic views of the Dubai Wheel. Great communication from their admin advising with WhatsApp messages about all you need to know.

Entertaining, great service from Neayamut, food was amazing and fresh. Would recommend at any time for any amount of people.
