Lovely experience, good choice of food food & interesting entertainment. Was picked up at the hotel & returned which was excellent as we were staying in the jumeriah beach area. Was the right amount of time. Lovely photos taken & reasonable to buy which is a good souvenir.
This was not a 3 hour cruise. 1 hour 35 to be precise. Pick up was 45 minutes late and no contact other than me call the company twice!! The staff were more interested in selling drinks, photos and getting trip advisor reviews (selecting 5 star for the customer!!) all round very disappointing....

Food is average, No bellydancing as advertised and transport was late for the return trip. Have to wait for 30 minutes and several calls.
It was a wonderful experience. The food was great.The children enjoyed themselves. The only downside was not being picked up on time from our hotel.
The quality meal was served with soulful music. The atmosphere was pleasant, and it was like a family on titanic. We danced on the upper floor and lot of people enjoyed it. Would love to go again whenever I visit Dubai.
Not what they advertised . No Arabic dance as what was mentioned in the advert. Food was cold . It said 5 star menu but I will grade is max 2 stars . Not enough spread . Utter disappointment

I expected the cruise to be more exciting taking us through the Burj Khalifa. There was no special entertainment on the cruise
As the first to arrive at the dhow we had to wait nearly an hour for the other 100+ guests to arrive with the buffett taking another hour due to only having one queue (they could easility have had two). Unlimited soft drinks consisted of 3 small glasses and some guests got coffee whilst others were ignored. The food was good and plintifull with the views along the river really good.
It was a great experience with my family and my friends. Good food and good trip on Dubai Creek. To do one time in a life.
We ware picked up at the Hotel around 06:45pm, we enter to the Dhow Cruise at 07:25pm and we were sitting without any movement or food and drink untill 08:35pm, this was no good.

The food was horrendous and incredibly salty. We spent longer on the provided car journey which was hellraising as it was running late. Nothing on the Doww regarding info of Dubai or the creek. Rushed dinner service for those guest that tried to eat the food. Then it turned into a party boat when they crancked up the music so you couldn’t even speak to the person next to you. Overall very disappointed as it was part of my mums birthday treat whilst in Dubai

Good food, cheerful attractions.But the desserts are weak and not good and the DJ repeats the playlist too bad too many times. I traveled to the other side of the world to hear good quality regional music.

The dinner in the boat and the atmosphere was very good , cheap and best. with the reconfirmation from the strong customer care team of grayline , i have been connected the whole time with mooth pickup
The experience was good, I attended in summer weather and the temperatures are very high in the street for that reason it is good option because they take you to different important points in an air-conditioned bus. The guide is very attentive

I'm here to tell you how much this agency is DESONESTA, we bought through the Decolar the tour confie and described above, the day by zap to KALEEN made a confusion of schedules, they arrived at the Hotel before the scheduled, we didn't have time to arrange, and they took us to a low-cost "catamaran" as well as Rafi (manager) even said to me at the RAFI, and the worst of this agency, we didn't make the mistake in any way, we lost the Saturday night when we were so much waiting, the dinner was in a horrendous boat, we didn't buy all that horrendous food, NOJENTO women's bathroom, local people, we got totally stressed with everything, and we got dinner in a restaurant, and we didn't buy them, we didn't buy anything, and we did not solve it with food and food,

The tour was ok, but relatively minimalist in design and not of much memorable value. The pickup at the hotel did not work, so we had to drive to the port ourselves. The food was mediocre, not really warm, the drinks were served very late. What was also missing was some information on board, about the ship, the tour schedule, the sights etc. Price/performance was disproportionate compared to other tours. Nevertheless, it was a cozy evening
We were invited first to take from the cold buffet and sit down. We were sitting at the back and with our backs to the buffet, no one warned us about meat and dessert. When we asked it was finished.
At table with other people by chance we fell quite a bit and the average meal an explanation of the places we were visiting would have been nice

overbooking we end up with unknown people at our table. the staff is unqualified and responsible is unpleasant or even insolent, not listening at all to the customers. Poor air conditioning and dirty boat, no toilet paper. The music is deafening and the light inside is too strong. No Spoon for Buffet Service, Pasta is Cold and Water is Hot We are confirmed a 3 hour excursion while the tour is done in 1h40 with a departure delay of one hour It's a real scam.
I booked it for me and my girlfriend with dance. But we got without dancing. We wanted to sit upstairs but we weren't allowed.
We went with great enthusiasm, looking for something traditional and in principle fulfilled it.. in the Mood was great until they decided to change traditional music for reggaeton and Latin music just because there was a group of South Americans... terrible experience endure reggaeton at full volume the last 45 min of journey...

We took this trip on the Dhau, traditional Arab boat with dinner. The organization is excellent the food is not great but it is worth a ride on the Creek to see Dubai from a different perspective. Tour for price-Quality recommended.
As agreed the claimant picked us up from our hotel then took us back. We had a very pleasant time. The view is beautiful. There's a clean boat. The food was good The staff was very attentive. To do.
