Great evening. Food was delish and good entertainment. Recommend to maximize time in DXB. Only downside was the late pick-up due to the “proverbial” DXB traffic!
We had high hopes for this experience however it did not live up to the expectations. Unfortunately, and not the operators fault necessarily, there were only a handful of other people onboard so there was no atmosphere. The food was hit and miss. A couple of really nice hot dishes, but everything else only lukewarm. The boat was old, to be expected I suppose, but chairs rickety and a little unsafe. Just overall a pretty disappointing night.
Well organized and fun trip. We opted for pick up and return from our hotel which was included in price. This made the difference for us. The service on board was excellent, the food plentiful and varied. Entertainment from a colourful 'spinning' man was unusual and enjoyable. The only downside was the wait to get on to boat and then again on board before we actually departed. Al in all, a great trip with exceptional value for money. Recommended.
The communication about our transfer was good Arrived at the marina and took a walk "at pace" to join our queue Issued with a table number Another walk "at pace" to our show Joined our table with another couple There was minimal room in between tables The indian buffet food was tasty and hot we had soft drink with our meal Plenty of opportunity for taking photos Photographer on board 75 aed per photo he takes 3 we bought 1 Entertainment was enjoyable a man dancing around and around with lights on his clothes After 2 hours back in the marina then a good walk back to the mini bus we had 10 minutes to get back The reason for 3 stars was really about the walking with no consideration of a person's mobility I have asthma and it was very difficult for me Some tours had golfing type carts to take them to the car park, this would have been a great option for me if it had been possible

Whilst views where spectacular and entertainment was very good, the food was very disappointing also be prepared for a lengthy trip to and from the boat which was not clear when booking
Upper deck would have been fantastic. Lower deck was awful. Food is mediocre. Ask to be seated upper deck at time of booking.

I wanted to give my experience 5 stars, Staff and crew were excellent! They uniformly were professional, warm, helpful and empowered to make guests happy. Food was very good, The "Dancing staff" party was great fun and guests had a great time. Thanks DTA for the providing best Cruise.
Never believe that the driver will pick you up, it's unreasonable. They sent us to a location 40 minutes away from the cruise, and we got lost. To get home by taxi, you have to walk for 20 minutes. We felt really depressed. I would not recommend this cruise to anyone. It was not up to customer service standards. They are even aware of their mistakes. we did not get refunded was ruin experiences with them
We spent a lovely night time in Cruise, after a long time we enjoyed this type of entertainment all the staff were very friendly. Food was also very tasty with good balanced Salt and Spices. Overall Lovely Experience

The weather was perfect, the dhow beautiful workmanship, the food okay, the entertainment interesting. The flickering lights of the skyline magical.
The timeframe provided does not match the dinner timeframe. We were scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. dinner cruise and we didn't get there till 8:00 p.m. due to the time set up with the transportation. The name of the boat also did not match what we signed up for and I was not aware of that so I felt like we were on the wrong cruise but her name was listed.
The experience was really good but you have to get there early if you want to seat on the top deck but other than that I loved it!

My family had such a nice time on this Dhow experience. Pickup was smooth from the hotel and the process to get to the boat was easy. On board there was a nice range of food and drink. The music was nice, too. The views of the Marina were amazing, then to finish by the Ain Dubai and the fireworks were a nice touch. We then had a wonderful traditional dance, which was really beautiful to watch. We had fun!

The cruise was decent. The staff were very friendly and service was great. The food was ok and the scenery was beautiful. It was a relaxing dinner through the city. If you are expecting a high end experience, this was not it.
Buffet food was ok. However, we did this more for the cruise and to see the skyline. This would not be something we do again.
THE BEST BOAT I’ve ever been on, brilliant night, boat was beautiful, food was lovely and plenty of choice. Staff very nice , friendly and professional. Good music and fantastic views of Dubai Marina . I would highly recommend anyone do this trip
Wow, was this disappointing. The food was mediocre at best, the service was disorganized, and they kept blasting loud music even when people complained and asked them to turn it down. The whirling dervish show was good, and the light show at the giant ferris wheel was interesting. But overall, a huge disappointment.

The trip gave an authentic experience. The food was reasonable for the price. Not able to use the pick up transport as our hotel was not on the list. Used an Uber from the hotel and a taxi back was easy to get. Allow plenty of time to get to the port (at least an hour ) as the traffic at night is horrendous! Dubai is Magical at night and a slow cruise around the harbour is an experience.
The experience in this dinner cruise was amazing. Seeing the Dubai skyline in the night time was a beauty. The food was good and the entertainment was better. The entire staff was friendly and very attentive.

The staff provided a photo shoot which you purchased the photos at the end. The food was nice and had a pasta station. The entertainment was great. It was a nice cruise around the harbor with great views.

DONT GO WITH THIS TOUR. I booked a boat tour of the city by night, saying they show you the famous sites, with buffet service and hotel pickup. They arrived nearly an hour late, the people in the bus had been in it for over two hours. On arrival we got into the boat to see a large Indian group already eating. They were eating with their fingers and had already eaten all the dessert. The food was pretty awful the only nice thing was soup. I went with my daughter, on the bus there were 2 other Australians, 1 French lady and a family of Asians. We seemed to just be going in circles under the giant Ferris wheel then the music started. It was Indian music and they all got up and started dancing and being incredibly loud. We went upstairs hoping it would be quieter but no and it was too hot. On returning down stairs there was a man ready to do a traditional dance which I was looking forward to, unfortunately none of us could see it because he stayed at one end surrounded by the Indians. I’m not a racist but I booked this tour for what it said, traditional dance and cruise the harbour looking at the city landmarks at night. We stayed under the Ferris wheel just doing circles, the Indian music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation and when the Indians became rude and obnoxious I’d had enough. I was not alone in being angry, the Asian family hated it, the French lady was lost because of language barrier and the other two people also hated it. If I been informed it was an Indian party I would have booked with another company. We all wanted the city tour and got Bollywood instead. There was also no bar to get a drink, the choice was water, spite or coke. I went a complained to the boss and he shut it down and returned to the pier. Please don’t go with this company, even if you got on with quieter people the food is still awful.

Very good experience, one of the must do things in Dubai. Alishba dinner cruise, the staff is courteous and friendly. The Dhow cruise is clean and the food is good as well, good vegetarian options. The communication with Dubai Tourism Agency was constant, thanks for the good experience! They provided the details ahead of the time and the driver was a little ahead of the time to pick us up at the our hotel and waited for us to arrive.
The boat ride was good. Food was good quality and plentiful. They provided water and soft drinks. After dinner entertainment was good it was lovely to share the evening with others and their families. Can highly recommend this. I used the transfer service
