the price does not include all food..They wanted more money so we could sit down and eat decently....

This is One of the scams. They book you on Viator then double book same spots for better rates via other sources. Then they cancel you last minute. This is the 2nd Viator booking which cancelled us leaving 8 of us waiting for pickup until you call and find out.. they will either say nothing or tell you bad weather… we are also not happy with Viator not identifying these scams.

Fun day with yasir we loved 4×4 ride on the top dunes camel ride was funny camp activities was fun to yasir did grate job good day

I booked dessert safari with Rah tourism. Our driver Mr. Umair is very friendly helpful and nice person he pick us timely and very safe driver and reach the safari . Very enjoyable experience in safari . The safari camp is good

I happened to take a tour of the Desert Safari in Dubai through Rah Tours. While we enjoyed the beautiful sceneries - things went a bit too negative for us due to our assigned guide Zaheer Mirza. Car no: 87624. I’m mentioning a couple of events that put our mood off from the safari. And I’m trying to figure why did the guide behave with us like that Just before going for sand bashing, my Co-passenger asked him “where are we going from here”, to which he mockingly and disrespectfully replied , “main gaadi chalaunga aage” While we complete understood that.. We were hoping for a bit more professional answer as to what will happen next as we were a bit unaware of the itinerary. Anyway, we let that go.. Post that he just asked to put our seat belt and drove into the dunes. And started laughing at us looking behind.. It was only later when the other passengers asked him “please hamein itinerary bataaein” .. He explained the itinerary in detail. All this was explained very easily and respectfully to the family who were with us (who I think were Pakistanis from the UK) Later, when I was calling him on the phone to know as to what time will we leave from the quad biking area, he came driving right behind me in full speed and stopped the car right close to near my leg. Again, started mocking at me and my Co-passenger. ramming a fast car and stopping it really close to me or back answering sarcastically when we simply asked him a question.. I don’t know what was the need to do that.. It felt like as if this is kind of discrimination is very common in Rah Tours. We came for a desert experience and not for a negative experience because of something we have no control on.

Absolutely loved this safari! Went with my daughter when she came to visit - Asif picked us up at our hotel and was a great host! He was very helpful with insights and advice. Everything was amazing from holding a falcon to riding a camel, to the all you can eat dinner and performance. The pictures we got were once in a lifetime and the experience to share with my daughter was priceless. Ended up spending $60 a person for EVERYTHING - and that includes the transportation, 2 scarfs, a bag of doritos, a coke zero ($38) the falcon pictures for ($12 total), to camel circle ride (included) Camel pictures ($40) to VIP seats ($27), the show with the belly dancer and more, the sisha and all you can eat bbq was all included - It WAS WELL WORTH IT!

We booked the Desert Safari with BBQ dinner with Rhah tourism and it was an amazing experience. The Desert Safari ride was an unforgettable experience where as BBQ dinner was little chaos with very limited option for Vegetarian people however the shows were good. Many thanks to Aqib who coordinated and drove us from the hotel and drop us back to the hotel. He is very helpful, polite guy and go above and beyond in hospitality..

Enjoyed some parts of the experience including the dirt bike ride and the shows at the end of the day but the tour was extremely rushed. Our tour guide was late to pick us up. As a result, the whole day was rushed. We did not adequate time to take pictures after the dune bashing and we very late to final camp - arriving just before dinner was served.

Our Dubai Desert Safari experience was absolutely incredible, and our driver M. Afzaal made our experience unforgettable. Not only was he skilled and confident during the exhilarating dune bashing session, but he also ensured we felt safe and comfortable throughout the ride. His ability to maneuver the dunes with precision and ease made the adventure thrilling yet enjoyable. He also made sure we enjoyed the sandboarding and took wonderful desert pictures. His hospitality truly elevated our experience. Highly recommend this safari, especially with such an exceptional driver!

Absolute must go for solo travellers. Manan was my guide and he was fantastic, great communication, timely, and also tells you how to beat the crowd. He is also very friendly and observant. I mentioned that it was a bit chilly at night and he offered me his jacket. Five stars for him. ATV is a must, there is another guide to lead youduring the session so you won't be lost. Photos are perfect as it was during sunset. Food accommodates for vegetarian. The fireshow was the best! Very impressive.

The company's booking system encountered technical difficulties, resulting in our tour reservation being left in a pending status. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and WhatsApp, we received no response. The only way to elicit a response was by posting a negative comment on their Facebook page. Subsequently, we received a confirmation email stating that we would be picked up from our hotel between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. However, at 3:40 PM, we were still waiting at the hotel with no sign of the tour operator. Our attempts to reach them via phone calls were unsuccessful, and the hotel staff's efforts to contact them were equally fruitless. Despite our persistent efforts, they refused to communicate with us. Eventually, we received a WhatsApp message inquiring about the reason for our calls. Upon providing the booking number, they expressed difficulty in locating the reservation. We forwarded a copy of the confirmation email we had received, but it took an hour for them to respond. They proposed an alternative tour date, which unfortunately did not align with our schedule. Consequently, we requested a refund, but two weeks have passed without any resolution. The sole response we received indicated that the refund was being processed, but no further communication has been provided.

Mubeen picked me up on time. The dune bashing was really amazing experience. All the love shows were great especially the fire show. Very tasty buffet dinner and unlimited soft drinks sprite and cola. It's really worth it

We experienced trough events like dune bash for about 30 mins, then at the desert village they had the dance show, dinner buffet (good options for non-veg, and the fire show. They also had free hookah options available. Water was supplied throughout the trip of approx 6-7 hrs including pick and drop. Our pickup person Aqsem was a wonderful person, his hospitality was wonderful. He also was a guide and showed us couple of sight seeing point while travelling. Overall this is a must try experience, value for money and good show with nice people like Aqsem. Thank you the entire team and specially Aqsem...😊😊

Our desert Safari with Mr. Usman was an extraordinary experience. The desert's beauty with its golden sands formed into unique landscapes left us in awe.  From thrilling dune bashing to camel rides, we got the opportunity to experience a range of activities. Mr. Usman demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness, by prioritizing our safety and comfort throughout the journey. We highly recommend Mr. Usman's services and we will surely embark on another unforgettable journey on his guidance in the future.

One of the best trips ever!!!!!! I went to the Desert Safari trip on 17.02.2024 together with my sister and it was such an amazing experience. We are still in awe. The package that we took included Dune Bashing, came ride, dinner buffet, shows and henna painting. A big thank you to our Tour Guide, Usman Sir for guiding us throughout the tour, explaining about every step. He put everyone at ease and made sure to cater for our needs. I definitely recommend this tour as well as the guide, Usman Sir to everyone. Everyone should try this atleast once in their life.

This was a total waste of money. Really don’t see what all the fuss about a desert safari is. It was just an opportunity for hard sell of lots of naff products. Vendors very pushy and became rude when you politely declined them. No opportunity to see sunset as advertised, lots of waiting round for other vehicles etc. Don’t waste your money

Alyas the driver was so nice and helpful. He drove us to the desert and back. However, the tour it self it wasn't gret as the camel ride was only for 3 mins ( just for the photo). The weel drive experience was good but the dune bash wasn't. We were 4, but they had only 1 slide board, so we have to take turns. Alyas picked us up by 8 and by we completed the activity before 11am. We paid extra on spot to do the quad bike (Alyas helped us to do that), which was a good experience.

It is a good half day trip and the desert safari was a fun experience..Kudos to our guide cum driver (Alyas) who made the experience better as the drive to the destination was almost an hour one way..He is knowledgeable and communicates well..overall a great experience.

One of the best adventure in Dubai is the desert safari. Mr Imran give us very good service and camp was nice.

This was not a good experience. The staff rushes you the whole trip and it seems like their main purpose was to extort more money from you for additional activities . They were not personable at all, and the manner in which they speak to you is not hospitable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOUR!!!

First of all hospitality was good, driver (Ahmad)give clear message what time and place he is going to pick up.Then it was a good experience and he guided every single place very well.

Majority of my Desert safari trip went very well. Driver Mr. Amjad was there for our pickup and drop and was great at his job. However, in the Royal Eagle Camp, the AED 50 per person for VIP seat was not worth it and the quality of the food was quite average. To be honest, not up to the expectations which I had, with respect to my past experiences. However, the performances and the Desert Safari in itself were very enjoyable.

Our driver was Ali (car registration number: X19154) who arrived very punctually. He guided us very well all along the way, we felt safe. He helped us during the entire program. We had a very good experience with the entire safari. Ali deserves all the recognition and the high salary

Afzan was very accommodating and helpful at all times. Polite and informed about Dubai history and Dubai present and future. The Desert safari was amazing, photo ops were amazing, sand dune driving was terrific. However we did not do sandboarding as advertised with our ticket.

It was an awesome experience. It is a must do when in Dubai. The service was excellent. Shams and Ali made us all feel like part of their family. It was the best part of my trip and I would 100% recommend RAH tourism it to others.
