Desert Safari Dubai With Dune Bashing, Sandboarding, Camel Ride, 5 Shows, Dinner

Sucha bad n pathetic experience they were charging extra for each thing so called VIP stuff although nothing was vip n dune bashing was on small desert mountains no fun at all

We waited more than 2 hours at pick up location on planned time 2:30pm and no one called us or picked us up until we looked up their phone number they came at around 4:30pm... So unorganized...

Literally an organized rip-off: there was no sandboarding, and you had to pay for everything if you didn't want to wait 3 hours in a 35-degree temperature queue for the 2,000 people to help themselves (bearing in mind that we were made to arrive at 3pm and dinner wasn't until 7pm). Endless queues, too, for the poor camel, which has to take 30-second turns at a time. The whole organization is shaky, and they suggest you add 100 AED / person to avoid all the inconvenience of this package (supposed to be complete: unlimited drinks and barbecue) doesn't actually offer anything at all. We had to fight with our driver (whose English was more than a little shaky) to get out of the place, and everything was hellish. To be avoided absolutely.

If you really need save some money, please don't go there. The labor camp, despite having a good name, has a rating of 0. There's nothing special about it. People were fighting for food, and there was too much rush. There's no tour guide, and despite claims that people booked their seats, it's just a general seating area. I am advising you; the service is very bad, especially for Pakistani workers in the camp. There's no proper management. I just paid for a group safari. The snacks are excessively salty and not suitable for consumption by either kids or adults. There is no tasty food available. If you need food, you'll have to stand in the long line and fight for it. Only those with the courage to endure the process will be able to eat; otherwise, you will be notified that no food is available . Finally if you see more star its fake review or they used VIP service . I paid 60/Person for small group .

This tour was absolutely horrible. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. We didn't get to do none of the activities that was listed. The driver didn't know what location to go to. So he dropped is off at the wrong location and sat there for over a hour. Wasn't able to get food, do dunebuggies, nor sandbord. Please avoid this tour company. I am requesting a refund.

I don't recommend it at all, it was terrible, they didn't pick us up on time (the pick-up time was 14:30 and they picked us up at 16:00) on the itinerary it says 20-30 minutes in the dunes and it was only 4 minutes! I know why I recorded a video throughout the collection. Since we were picked up late, we couldn't arrive in time for the sunset either. I don't recommend this tour at all, I asked that I wanted to leave the place and they couldn't do that either, I had to wait because they couldn't send the driver to take us until the show was over.

It was an amazing experience. The person who picked us up named Amir Raja was really nice. He guided us throughout the trip especially at the evening concert place. We got wonderful seats and the food came to our table. Would book it again anytime

Raja was the absolute best guide we could of had! The overall experience was amazing and I would highly recommend booking and having Raja as your guide!

I suppose to be pickup from my hotel at 2:30, no one show up. I called, texted and emailed them, finally I called a number from US and the customer representative said she could not get in touch with the company… Not Good!

We booked a tour on Tuesday night for Wednesday and we’re never contacted or picked up. We tried to reach out to the tour company via chat and had customer service try to reach out and we’re not able to contact them. Our hotel was able to establish contact and encouraged them to check their messages. The tour group responded via chat and said that this group is no longer providing tours for the year but could still pick us up for a higher price. I wish I could attach photos of the conversation, it was very sketchy. I would recommend using a different company.

Bus did not turn up,so review for me would be disappointing and unreliable as had my tickets paid for and vouchers printed,and 1 jour 45 minutes waiting sonot impressed at all.

Trip did not happen as the driver did not show up. Upon calling the tour operator number provided by viator I was told that the tour company had closed down and the offer should not have been available to book. Requested a refund and currently awaiting processing to complete.

I booked an evening safari with an overnight stay. Spent more than 1650 AED for a tour that was initially priced to me at 1000 AED for 2 people. Aside from the fact that the place is essentially a tourist trap (sandboarding is a fake just-for-the-pictures experience and every experience outside of the dune bashing is priced as extra at a quote of 40+ AED per couple), the only good thing of this place is the chai they serve, while the rest (entertainment and food) is very average and poorly serviced. The worst thing is that since the "overnight stay" is not "usual" among tourists, whomever chooses it finds itself in the following nightmare scenario: - you are being left completely alone inside the tourist trap while all the other guests leave and the trap service people are dismantling the show (i.e. taking away the chairs, cleaning the food service station and....opening the sewages of the toilets...I let you imagine the stink) - the organizer coming to you after more than 30' to tell you they will "probably organize a tent somewhere" in the stinking place without any further explanation, and only when you ask about breakfast they tell you that "soft drinks are included" (a refrigerated box with some coke and water in it) and maybe "breakfast will be included" and that "all electricity and wifi goes off after 10 pm" - after further 30', when you complain about the (dis)organization of the overnight stay and ask to be accompanied back at the hotel, the only thing you're told is that fees aren't refundable - while you're headed back home, the driver stops in the middle of the desert and asks you to exit the car as he has to trail another of his fellow drivers' car who is stuck in the sand. Summarizing: terrible experience and a total rip-off. To be avoided at all costs.

Excellent guide/driver. He made us feel very welcome and relaxed. He looked after us very well. The whole tour was amazing. Quads especially. Wish we had longer on quads

The most exciting part was dune bushing - and we skipped everything else. It was kind of extreme :) good thing that we was a small group (just three vehicles);- we saw there groups of 20+ cars so it was crowed

We are pleased by the hospitality of Atlanta Tourism.it was a unique trip for my family.pick up was the same time as expected our guide provide us the extra face mask if required later which is a very nice gesture)) starting with the dune bashing we drove in a Toyota Landcruiser and our guide was soo much trained and well known the desert location which is like a puzzle for a new person. photo session on the dune and a beautiful view of the sunset (what else you want more in picture point)then we reached the camp where we did camel riding. the ride was fun though short we ride again after 30 minutes the starter was Arabic falafel with fresh bread and sweet (don’t know the name) 3 shows including a fire show, belly dance, Tanura show.in between the shoes, they served us dinner and their management tried hard not to make a gathering in the buffet area. we reached the hotel by 9 30 pm overall 5/5 I would highly recommend this trip

what an incredible journey real professionalism from the pick up time till the drop off back to my hotel.The best part me and my wife enjoyed was the Dune bashing and photo point near the camels farm i would highly recommend this tour and in my next trip to Dubai i would definitely book again overall 5 * Note: Keep your mask on there staff is continuously checking which is a good sign that they care about their customers
