A friend booked the Safari tour. Ravi was our guide. He picked us up promptly at the hotel. We are two adults and had two young children 4 1/2 years old. For the children, the ride was initially scary as the nice Nissan Portal hits the sand dunes hard to give an exhilarating time! As an adult, that was the super fun part! Ravi’s customer customer service was excellent. He made sure my Tea young girls were safe felt comfortable. OK the whole time. Checked in with his regularly. Great guide! Booked this desert safari on a friend's recommendation and was pleasantly surprised. The entire trip felt well - organized. I really enjoyed the Tanoura dance and sunset views very peaceful. The BBQ dinner was decent for the price, though I feel the veg options could be improved a bit. Henna and camel rides were quick but nice additions. Friendly team and smooth pickup made it stress-free.

The desert safari was overall a great experience. The fire show was seriously impressive and the dune bashing felt adventurous but safe. We had a slight delay at pickup, which was a bit frustrating, but the staff apologized and made up for it with good service throughout. Tea and snacks on arrival were a nice touch. Would still recommend.
