We had an absolutely amazing experience with Pearl Desert Safari! From the moment we were picked up, everything was smooth and well organized. The dune bashing was thrilling yet felt completely safe thanks to our skilled and friendly driver. The desert sunset was breathtaking — truly a picture-perfect moment. The camp experience was fantastic, with camel rides, sandboarding, henna, and wonderful live performances that kept us entertained throughout the evening. The BBQ dinner was delicious with a great variety of options. The team at Pearl Desert Safari was professional, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. We bought last month before war 'PREMIUM VIP PACKAGE ' but dissappointed. First of all maybe the oldest vehicle we had, driver ( guide) communication is zero and no explantion nothing. We stop for atv ,its much more expensive then normal ,better you book your own. No sunset point for photography , no Sandboarding Adventure, no sisha ,no belly dancer, no dj ,no live music. Food is lower than avarege ,so not recommended and you can book at GYG more nicer and cheaper as well

Very satisfied with Pearl Desert Safari. Driver Haroon took great care of us and stayed connected throughout the trip. Food was tasty and the package price was affordable. Definitely recommend.

If I could give a zero I would. Went on a tour with my family, including my 4 year old nephew. We were told we’d be back home by 9:30pm, we didn’t actually leave the camp site until 9:45pm and would not get home until after 11:30pm. Although we asked to leave early they refused with no explanation. We ended being the last people there with the music extremely loud and the driver told us that his brother is coming with a car. No explanation as to where the car that dropped us off went. When we called the Pearl Safari office they ignored our calls until we called from a new number and they thought we were calling to make a new booking so they picked up. And when we asked them if they could drop us off in 2 locations since they were late, they rudely responded saying we’re not your taxi service. Abysmal.

These are liars,u educated & unplanned trips, They pick my family at 1:25Pm and give us a dune bashing at 6pm where it’s all dark and we cannot even click the pics and that dune bashing it’s just for 10 minutes like a formality as the driver was after us that make it fast for everything.They promised but they didn’t delivered.Please avoid

Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The so-called luxury vehicle was dirty, smelly, and outdated. Poor time management resulted in a one-hour delay, causing us to miss key activities such as proper dune photography and the 4x4 experience. Promised inclusions like welcome tea, Arabic coffee, dates, and sunset photography were not provided. The guide was disorganized and uncoordinated, offering little assistance throughout the trip. This experience did not meet the standard that was advertised.

It was a very, very bad experience. The driver was more than 15 minutes late from the time you gave me. I tried calling him more than 10 times, and he didn’t answer. When I told you about it, you said, “If you want, cancel the reservation,” even though you knew I couldn’t cancel it after arriving there and traveling a long distance. The driver then informed his friend to take me instead. However, his friend just drove us around for 5 minutes, then dropped us off at the campsite and said, “Go in,” and left. At the campsite, no one knew anything about the reservation. And when it was time to return, there was no car to take us back.

Worst experience ever! The whole day was a shamble from start to finish. Initially, the driver was an hour late and upon arrival, there were 7 people booked on the transfer but only enough space for 6 so we had to make our own way to the base. When we got there, we waited ages even though no one in the group was riding a quad. We still had to make our own way through the desert to get the the next location for the show. We thought we would be going in the jeep for the dune bashing but that didn’t happen at all! We got stuck in the sand for 30 mins as our car was not designed to drive through sand. We had 5 minutes on a quad bike that we had to argue for which- even though it was included in our booking-and it was really slow. After all that, we only managed to watch 5 minutes of the show and had leftovers of food. Such a disappointing experience.

Desert safari? 10/10 would scream in the dunes again. We were 5 girls (19–22), and honestly, felt super safe and well taken care of the whole time. Shakeel was an absolute gem—made sure we were comfy, fed, and not lost in the sand. Pick-up and drop? Bang on time. No waiting around in 45°C. Laughed a lot, screamed a little, danced under the stars. Perfect vibe.

Noman very friendly easy going. The dinner is fine, the live entertainment is good. However camel ride provided is for photography, ok for short experience.

Would absolutely not expose your children to this trip. Very uncomfortable and nasty. All the nasty people touching the food, flooded toilets, no hygene what so ever.

Of everything they say will happen on the tour, the only thing that happened was a 10-minute ride on the dunes and a barbecue with horrible food. There were no camels, no photos, no clothes, no henna, no sand boarding, etc.

The dune bashing was thrilling (shoutout to our driver for that adrenaline rush!), and the camp activities were great—camel rides, sandboarding, henna, and some solid entertainment like the fire show, belly dancing, and tanoura performance. Shakeel, our Driver & tour guide, was absolutely amazing. He made us laugh, supplied an amazing service and stayed with us throughout the activities. He performed the Dune Bashing too which was totally awesome. We hired the quad bikes as an extra and we re glad we did. Riding the desert on a quad was fantastic experience. The camel ride, we paid extra for to jump the queue, which too was very enjoyable. The family from California we were in the jeep with were also amazing; we got on great with them. Entertainment and food to complete the day with was very good. I'd recommend this company and this trip to everyone.
