A different and good experience overall . The guide Imran serve us well and explain all .. We upgrade to the premium seating at Aed 50 per person . Camel ride maybe should be longer for those who prefer to experience.. it’s a pity that a camel go 1 round and serve others .. I feel the tiredness of the camel ..

I had to delete my first review because I was forced to write one in a minute by the guide and forced to give 5 star rating. Now I will give my real feedback and what I thought about it as a family of 5 consisting of 2 adult, 3 children age 2,5,8. The tour start with a pick up of 2pm. At 1.30pm, the guide had us come down to the lobby. It was ahead of time, so we rushed down, forgetting something along the way. My husband went back up to retrieve the child’s item. Guide by the name Adib rushed me, who was waiting in the car. He said we were late. On our way to Sharjah, there were no explanations of where we were going first. There was a forced first pit stop to a desert bike ride, which is not part of the package. We were forced to make a decision by Adib to decide what ride we want to do. We paid 250 dirham for a double ride for 20min. The actual location is further down, which is the next pit stop. Perhaps it was his accent, or lack of explanation, we didn’t know what to expect next. So it was a change of ride from his car to a 4x4. It would be nice to have a simple explanation, “this is going to be a bumpy ride, we are changing vehicle” but nothing from Adib. The ride of course, was thrilling. But no consideration of my kids safety. My 5yo almost vomited. Camel ride was included. We had activities there, but chargeable. There was another ATV motorcycle bike ride available, charged. Horse riding was also charged. Even holding a falcon to take a picture is charged. They took photos of us everywhere, and yes, photos are charged. Be reminded to bring cash as all card payment has 5% tax. E.g. if the horse ride was 100 dirham, we pay 105 dirham include tax via card payment. My child was looking forward to sand boarding, but Adib was reluctant to call someone to assist, and kept brushing off by saying my boy is too small and he will get injured. Suddenly a care for safety. I insisted, he resisted, I insisted again and finally he get to try. My 5yo girl was denied this activity because when the other guide came with the boards, more tourist came to our location and began to get impatient. They crowded and hoard the boards. Finally, the next poor experience: dinner. Yes dinner was free, but VIP area was another 50 dirham per adult. Claiming that the normal area’s dinner will be later and we had to queue, while VIP dinner no need queueing. VIP dinner starts at 6.30pm. We noticed that all unfinished dinner was brought to the normal dinner buffet at 7.30pm. The performance was okay. Love the fireshow. The toilets were clean. Free flow of cokes and plain water. Dinner was so so, only butter chicken and grilled lamb was nice. While siting to enjoy our performance, people kept coming to offer toys and oil perfume to buy. I spent close to 1000 dirham from all the extra activity, photos, and gifts.

Kaami was an outstanding driver. He is very experienced, drove safely the entire day, and made our desert safari truly enjoyable. He explained everything clearly, helped us at every step, and always checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. Even at the desert camp he guided us, supported us, and made the whole experience unforgettable. I fully recommend him.
