We booked a day time desert safari. Booking was seamless and easy. The driver/guide Mumtaz was really friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. 2 adults and 2 children (aged 12 and 5) thoroughly enjoyed and created a memory of a lifetime. Thanks to elevate and Mumtaz

We did two trips with the same company which we booked with our rep Ghadi who has been so accessible and helpful. The trips were very reasonable. Ghadi gave some great Tips about where to go and how to barter ( I was worried about this) 1) Dubai city with a private driver where we did the spice and gold souks. Then we went to two other markets - all were ok but I’m not used to such pressure to buy. The water fountain to music is incredible as is the mall and the marina. 2). The safari , this was amazing, a bit slow to start but we were taken to a camp and did the camel ride , dune bashing , henna tattoo and enjoyed the show. I was worried about the food but I can honestly say it was lovely. The people are so kind. A special shout out to our driver who took us and drove the dunes - he had the day for us , his music and his personality was great.

My family and I had a great experience on the desert safari. We book it with Ramy who was very helpful not only with the safari, he organised a driver for the day to take us into Dubai.

Great service, we told Ghadi what trip we were interested in and he explained it all to us and made it very easy. We were picked up at the said time and had a marvellous experience. Ghadi is very knowledgeable and friendly, I loved that he did not try the hard sell and listened to what we wanted and was respectful to our budget. I would definitely recommend using him for booking a trip.

LOVED our time in Dubai! From the hotel to the excursions, from the weather to the people! Absolutely amazing! A particular shout out to Ramy, our organiser, always on hand with good prices, great experiences and help/advice. Our Dubai tour guide Arslan, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and Mumtaz, who took us on our dune safari experience. He was great fun, funny and a real great guy! Would highly recommend these excursions with these guys.. when you go to another country, you're out of your comfort zone... these people are reassuring, helpful and friendly, which help make your holiday and experiences, one to always treasure and remember forever!!

Ghadi recommended this tour as one of the best without any pressure. We went on this trip as a family of 9, we had the best experience ever, all the family said it was the best afternoon/evening they had ever had. We got to see a camel farm, driving over sand dunes, an amazing bbq and free drinks. Food was wonderful and everyone enjoyed the entertainment that was provided including the camel rides. Thank you for the recommendation, we created the best memory of an amazing holiday! 😊

We had a fantastic time at the Desert Safari, it was very good value and was fun packed for the 6 of us, particularly the off-road 4x4 sand dune driving! We booked a few excursions (Dubai sightseeing trip, Driver for the day, Aquaventure Waterpark, etc) through Ghadi at Elevate - Ghadi was incredibly helpful and friendly. He organised everything for us and the whole process was very easy. I would highly recommend Ghadi and his team, and others we spoke to whilst away also agreed. If you want a stress free experience in RAK, Marjan Island or Dubai - Ghadi is your man!

Absolutely amazing service. From the private airport transfers which may I add has been the easiest and smoothest transfer ever ! no hassle whatsoever. Amazing service when it comes to arranging trips - we literally ticked off everything we wanted to do. Ghadi was very helpful and full of knowledge - he knew exactly what we wanted and the trips did not disappoint ! Definitely recommend the safari - as a family of five we absolutely loved this one, so much fun ! We visited Dubai and the Burj Khalifa which again.. unbelievable. Lastly Atlantis Waterpark which was fantastic! Elevate always picked us up on time and was waiting for us at the end to drop us back to our hotel. Ghadi was always just a message away and he always came back with a quick response. Will definately use for future trips and visits to Dubai, thanks for helping making it so memorable 🙏🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The sunset desert safari was an absolute must do trip. Our driver, Barbar was superb. Chatty and informative and an excellent driver. The dune driving was amazing. The entertainment, included belly dancer, fire show, camel and horse riding, henna tattoos and fabulous food. It really was a superb trip. Definitely recommend. Our only issue was at the stop after driving the dunes, where we had stopped to try sand boarding. On stopping, there were 2 other 4x4 cars also there and a guy with a bird of prey holding several headscarves. Having read the itinerary, we expected to have the opportunity to wear the traditional headscarves and interact with a bird of prey so we were surprised when he told us (after putting the scarves on) that there was a cost of 50 dirhams each! We had only taken enough cash to tip the driver so were unable to tip Barbar at the end of the trip. He was also charging 25 dirhams to have the bird of prey on a persons arm (we were wise enough to ask about cost so didn’t fall foul of that one!) Upon arrival at the entertainment venue headscarves and bird of prey were there, included in the trip cost. Presumably, the guy was known to one of the tour guides and trying to make a bit of cash. I have no problem with that but it would have been nice to be pre warned.

A big thank you to Remy for organizing the private jeep safari for me and my family. It was an incredible experience, made even more enjoyable with our skilled and friendly driver, Hamza. His company truly enhanced the journey. This is an experience I would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

We booked the private evening desert safari with this company which included dune bashing, camel ride and a traditional evening on Attraction Tickets. We didn’t know what to expect really as it was August and SO hot in Dubai but we got picked up in a large air conditioned 4x4 at 4.30pm by Babar who was our driver & would be looking after us all evening. Thank you for the BEST experience Babar, you were fantastic!!! We drove about 45 min to the desert then drove up and down the dunes for around half a hour which was so exciting, we were screaming with laughter!!! We also drove past the camel racetrack and camel farms which was interesting. Then we had pictures in the desert at sunset and did sandboarding, got our headscarves for approx £10 per scarf. It’s definitely worth doing the private experience as we passed a tour where around 40 people were having their pictures all together in one area and we drove past them to a completely deserted area of sand dunes. Then it was onto the traditional evening where there was entertainment and we had mezze style buffet & soft drinks, camel / horse rides, henna all included. You could buy other things like jewellery, ornaments etc. it’s a little bit like a theme park - there are permanent buildings and proper toilets. Very clean. It was all over by 9pm and then we met Babar to drive back to our hotel. Such a wonderful evening, 100% recommend!!! Ps apparently in peak season the traditional evening bit has up to 1000 people there, there was only around 70-100 people there when we went and it was such a nice experience. It was hot but not too hot, so don’t let August put you off.

5 star trip nothing was a bother booking this trip very helpful and the trip was fantastic 100% recommend booking with these and definitely doing the safari trip

It sums it up when my daughter said it was the best day of her life. The screams on the sand dunes with pumping music helped with a really exhilarating ride with fantastic sunset photos. Our driver was superb not only in the dunes but throughout the experience. It was capped off with a delicious meal and camel ride. A day never to forget.

The trip was very well planned and organised throughout. The camp was a delight and felt really authentic. It was good to be able to experience the desert but also to have toilet facilities, a bar and some wonderful food. The staff were very helpful, particularly the man who helped my children with their sand dune boarding…he was fabulous with my little girl and worked so hard in the heat carrying her back up the dune for another go! I’d definitely recommend the VIP experience.

We had a brilliant time on this tour, it was a fantastic experience for us and our children aged 6 and 2. The day was so well organised for us by our rep Ghadi, who also arranged another trip for us very last minute, we couldn't have asked for more, thank you so much.

Don't trust the Elevate Desert Safari driver. They are racist against Asian women travelling alone with children. I was threatened to leave the van and abandon the trip, catch a taxi and get out in the middle of the desert by the driver for a simple request to give my child who is 185cm tall a seat with more leg space. Later at 10.30p.m after all the activities were finished the driver was leaving us and abandoning us in the resort because he was not willing to drop us back to our hotel. Elevate Safari driver gave me serious PTSD and panic attack and a very traumatic experience which I shall never forget.

A fantastic thrilling adventure into the desert. The sand duning is not for the faint hearted! It is full of thrills it thank fully no spills! The food and entertainment was very good and the people were lovely and polite. I would recommend this trip to other travellers.

Great trip, beautiful views in the desert to watch the sunset on a jeep safari. Camel riding in the camp with other activities, food was lovely too.

The 4x4 tour was great… really fun! The camp was good too… the show was really good, the children loved the fire show! The food wasn’t brilliant but overall had a great time!

Absolutely amazing experience and highly recommend to everyone!! Ramy and the Elevate team arranged everything for us including pick up from our hotel and the experience itself. Camel rides, sandboarding, desert safari in a 4x4, a stop to take pictures of the sun setting, quad biking, amazing dinner and then entertainment under the stars. Just incredible and you cannot visit UAE without experiencing this excursion!!!

On arrival I had a message from Ghadi welcoming me to the UAE, and arranging to meet in the lobby the following day, We booked Dubai's desert safari Dubai day trip Dubai zoo Oman boat trip All the details were explained to us and there was absolutely no pressure tactics at all! Everything was taken care off and we were kept informed of Times and dates of trips. Highly recommended, very polite , and best of all was very accommodating

The trips arranged by Elevate DMC were the highlight of our holiday. We had an excellent day at the Musandam Peninsula snorkelling and then a great afternoon and evening on a desert safari. This was a real highlight - experienced driver taking us over the sand dunes, a chance for the children to get on a camel, albeit for only a few minutes, and a fun evening of entertainment. Boys can’t stop talking about it. Arranging the tours via Ghadi, our rep, was very easy. In hard sell and always available to answer questions. Thank you.

The tour although not cheap was excellent with fantastic attention to detail. The jeeps were great, the camp authentic with amazing food (beautiful lamb cooked all day, great kebabs, camel stew, nut and lamb rice, so much incredible food). The whole trip was outstanding.

It was an awesome safari premium experience. We had so much fun. Our driver and guide Ali Mumtaz was amazing, he is friendly and warming, he looked after us really well. His driving skill was so professional. He made the entire experience so fun, he is so funny, not boring at all. You should ask for his service when you book at elevate. The overall experience especially at the camp was magnificent.

There were slit of things in this excursion. However, at the the camp it was extremely annoying to have people constantly trying to sell things to you

Family holiday.From the start Elevate DMC and their representative Ghadi meet our expectations.As our hotel was over one hour from hotel we have booked safari,water Park transfer and airport transfer through Ghadi.Everything was just smooth.Safari experience was the best.Me and my daughter live it.We teamed up with another family from UK and it was just brilliant.Dubai has so much to offer and we definitely will be back.See you soon Dubai and thank you Ghadi.

An excellent experience with friendly guides and with wonderful views. The cultural experience was incredible with brilliant insights, we got beautiful intricate henna and ate well! The show was amazing with lots of excitement and the camels were lovely!

We had the private transfer from airport to hotel and return, plus we chose the safari and Dubai guided tour with river cruise and meal. Ghadi was our hotel contact who set up the tour trips for us, he was great and offered advice on local customs and what to look out for; really nice guy who looked after us. The trip to dubai was great and the guide was first class, knew everything about Dubai and took us past the palaces (and much more) and explained everything. Everyone connected with the company was 1st class, the drivers, guides, and hotel contact Ghadi were very good. I am glad I booked thr airport private shuttle/taxi. Thank you.

Ghadi was amazing! He booked our tours, tickets and anything we wanted. Desert safari was good, personal/private drivers where good and reasonably priced, ghadi also arranged our tickets for the Atlantis water park, very helpful, very professional, would use again if we decide to return. Thank you

Amazing. That’s all I can say. We booked this experience with Ghadi the Elevate rep at the Hampton Hotel and went out for the afternoon on 17th August. It’s about a 20 minute drive then we were given a taster of the safari terrain trail. We were then taken to the camp and given the VIP experience which includes a camel ride, sand boarding a small henna tattoo and the desert tail and photographs. We did not feel pressured in buying anything onsite - we had the choice. We had a balcony view with free food and selected drinks which were brought to our table staff were amazing. There is the option of hiring quads at 150 AED for 15 minutes and an ice cream stall along with little market stalls. The entertainment was great and it finished around 8:30. A brilliant experience at a cost of around 300 AED p/p - would highly recommend. Thank you Ghadi
