i booked the hot air balloon with my friend and it was a wonderful experiences staff was cooperative, our pilot shared safety brefing and specially balloon experience was great, overall good once in a lifetime experience

Horrible. They did not pick us up and we tried to contact them but they were not responding. Shady business that wants a lot of personal information.

Amazing tour. Really wonderful staff and friendly. Captain was excellent and funny! Falcon show was amazing. Really worth doing. First class. Definitely try the balloon ride. Not to be missed.

The worst experience I had in Dubai and all over the world. I paid for the service and they just disappeared. And I spend my whole birthday for any information from their side. Hope karma hit them 10 out of 10! Avoid Dubai Ballooning!

AVOID at all costs. We were due to do this tour on the 25th January. They told us they would contact us the day before with a pick up time. Despite lots of WhatsApp messages and calls I have not heard anything from them. We received a text msg at 2am to say not going ahead due to wind, understandable that it had to be cancelled but no contact doesn't help. We bought this through a 3rd party and now have to fight to get our money back. So disappointed. Edit to add. We re-booked for Sat 27th and again we were promised confirmation before 10pm day before. We revived nothing. At 2am I finally got a text to say it was cancelled 2 hours before the planned 4am pick up. Again due to weather again understandable but some notice would be great. When we booked the trip we were told by the company to redeem the voucher in order to book. Now grupon are telling us that because the voucher was redeemed there is an issue with refunding us. I have screenshots of all the conversations. Avoid this company at all costs.

Based on the reviews had booked sunrise balloon flight with Dubai Balloon. The flight was cancelled at due to bad weather, this news we got at 10:40 pm..it was one of the most gorgeous days so it is unimaginable that weather conditions were bad. But hey safety first! We will not recommend this company due to absolute lack of communication - irresponsive and unclear till the last minute.

Paid over $700 for this experience for the host to not pick me up at all. Did not liaise with me after multiple attempts to call, email and chat via tripadvisor. Disappointed and requested for refund.

Booked this experience on our latest trip out to Dubai. Early start as collected at 0400. Driven in air con minibus to the balloon site. Several balloons laid out on the ground with ground crews around. Take a light jacket and sensible footwear as it can be a bit cooler in the early morning in the desert. Good safety briefing with water and coffee provided. No toilets so bear that in mind when you get on the balloon. Balloon inflated and aboard we went. Our pilot was Andrew a Kiwi and a world class pilot. The flight was great breathtaking views and a sunrise with a difference. A soft landing then a short ride to the vintage Land Rover drive which took us to a desert camp for breakfast falconry and camel rides. Food was varied but delicious. Back in the Land Rover to the minibus point and dropped off at 0930. A great day or early morning. As I said wear sensible shoes and a light weight jacket or fleece to take the chill off. Also no toilets until you get to the camp for breakfast. Great staff great views and food and money very well spent.

Great experience ....I fear heights but this was kind of a mediating trip. It's very well organized and the pilot was confident , engaging and explaining at evet step what he will be doing. Love it and recommend it!

Words aren’t enough to tell you how beautiful the place is hence I am uploading a lot of photos. We see this type of view mostly in movies. Its for real and its in Dubai. Just wake us early and you’ll have the best day of your life. Note - Its very important to book you ride in advance.

What an amazing experience. The crew and the captain were amazing. Beautiful scenery, great memories were made. Very smooth take off and landing. The sunrise was spectacular. Camel ride was a lot of fun. Breakfast was excellent.

Just wow. Absolutely magnificient and astonishing. You must come here at 5 in the morning, so wear something good as it is very cold at that time. You just dont get to see a placa like this anywhere. You can even ride a baloon but it is a bit pricey at 1250 aed per person. I didnt ride it, i just stared at the amazing view of Dubai desert

This was our very first experience in a hot air balloon.This team made it one of the greatest memories for us and to love the hot air balloons rides for ever. What a team work and a hard and fun working team. Ahmad is the best we have no other words than saying thank you and thank you for all experience. This team is the best team in dubai.We enjoyed the background and all the side stories that jeff told us. You will love the lading and the fun you will never forget it.Keep up the great you all do as a team.ahmad thank you so much again. We will tell everyone about you and how much fun it was. Note : We took the ride in October. Rememberber to have as jacket or sweater with you in the morning you will have to wake up at 3 am to get ready the soil around the lading and lording sites are very dusty.dress accordingly.

A bit of a delay, woke up at 4, got there by 4:35 and didn't get on the balloon until 5 am. It was unnecessary to be up so early. Also, the snacks they provided included cookies, maybe some pastries or donut would have been a better morning option. Now MIKE was AMAZING, very friendly, kind, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Made the experience more exciting and fun. I bought my tickets through groupon but I thought the price was acceptable for the experience. Enjoy one of the coolest experiences in Dubai. Come fly with me at dubau premier balloon company. An absolute must if you live here or if your on vacation. Champagne toast after flight and beautiful views of dubau ballooning and a friend memorable experience.

We called in their helpline and a person name was ahmad spoke to us answered all of our questions he was polite and we booked deluxe flight for our guests came from new York. That was smooth and fantastic experience e. Highly recommend this adventure

Loved it ! The wind just takes you where ever it wants and you just float along in the sky. We even had a crash landing which sounds worse than it is but it just added to the excitment of the experience

It was fantastic . Our host and pilot "Doug" made us comfortable during the ride and a great salute to his sense of humor :D :D One which i remember of is " How to scare a bee ? " hahahahahhaha

They had exceptionally polite knowledgeable and fun staff, trip was adventurous they explained everything and made experience so fantastic

My wife and I loved the peace and beauty of the ride and our French pilot was great, it's very smooth ride and the landing was easy. They are of course experts at flying but they made it look easy. We can't wait to do it again

Our guide sher pick us from our hotel with other guests in Nissan petrol, reached the point and had 60 minutes amazing balloon flight. Highly recommend

Great experience overall! Bill is an awesome pilot who makes you feel safe the entire way, while also sharing his knowledge. Great job by the rest of the crew as well. Very smooth flight and loved seeing the sunrise over the mountains. Would absolutely recommend it when you visit Dubai.

Heart stopping experience! If ever you are in Dubai, do go for hot air ballooning. The Ariel views of Dubai Desert are just enthralling. The pick start real early at 6 am. Then you board your balloon. You are served a small breakfast with tea. you take a suv and go to the hot air ballooning ground. Each balloon generally has 12 to 16 people. You can opt for special experiences with lesser people but honestly it does not make much difference only you are up in the sky. I was extremely lucky as our pilot Mr Ahmed was very efficient and informative. The take offs and landing were super smooth and the air time was around an hour which is really decent. All in all, it's been one of my highlights of my Dubai ballooning!

It’s always been a dream of mine to fly in a balloon over the Dubai Desert in a balloon and I chose the top number 1 balloon company to do it. My mum is 80 and she has very bad mobility, she uses a wheelchair too and I was nervous of taking her to do it but captain Omar and the team at Dubai Balloonig were outstanding in their service and looking after us brilliantly. I would definitely fly again with Dubai Ballooning 100% they really do look after you and the landing was so smooth, Omar is a very very experienced pilot and safety is his and hod hods number one priority. Definitely a fantastic once in a lifetime experience with the best company in Dubai.
