Combo: Morning Dubai City Tour And Evening Premium Desert Safari With Dinner

The transport company was more interested in profiteering than customer safety. For the journey from the hotel to the desert, they squeezed in 7 passengers in a vehicle meant for 6 passengers. In the end, my 3 daughters sat in the back row meant for 2 people. Although there were 2 seat belts, all 3 could not put them on due to the strange sitting positions. When questioned, the driver argued that it is only mandatory for the driver and front seat passenger to put on seat belts. After the desert show, we came out to find our vehicle missing. Another driver from the same company told us our driver went off to ferry other customers (more income for the company). In the end, all other vehicles left the venue leaving my family of 3 young daughters waiting in the middle of the desert in a foreign land. Luckily, we pleaded for another vehicle (from the same company) to wait together with us. The passengers reluctantly agreed. Eventually, our driver returned. It would have been a horrifying experience if the other vehicle refused to wait with us. Even the performers of the show had driven off. There was no one else in the desert. This has been a terrible and frightening experience for my family. I urge everyone to avoid using this transport company.

RAH Tourism did not follow the booked itinerary and tour was not guided ( just taxi ride ) We missed the stops on itinerary. 5+ hours of unnecessary drive back to Dubai and back time not included in the agenda. Communication was not possible as our calls were blocked by RAH Tourism agent. We did not receiving the Tour we paid for.

City tour OK. Saw what we wanted to see, but driver not very knowledgeable. Long way to get to Dune Busting activity, and unless you are a thrill seeker, quite scary. 6 people crammed in to one vehicle with dicey aircon was also a downer. But dinner and show was excellent, and camel ride fun. Overall a good day out, but dune busting and buggy rides not for us oldies.

The dune bashing was amazing but the city tour was terrible we were picked up late and we were taken to site which were not part of the itinerary

The trip was terrible . Firstly, did not receive confirmation of trip by the local company - RAH tourism until 0100hrs in the morning of the trip due to start at 0900hrs. Secondly, the Dubai morning tour is generally a car drive - the driver/tour guide was just a driver . He did not explain anything at all. He just drove and stopped us at different stops and merely says 10minutes, or 20minutes . No description, background at all . When asked if he was driver or tour guide he said he was both but his interaction suggest that he was just pulled up to provide driving service . Thirdly, the desert safari was marginally better - the driver/guide was a little more interactive and he did a good job sand duning . The stops were very questionable especially the ATV rides as anyone without a license can hop onto them - that is very dangerous . At the dinner place/ entertainment place - the food was canteen style “buffet” that was carb rich and very little proteins . The people were terrible, using their hands to grab the naan and not bothering to use the serving spoons - as such the hygiene standard is questionable. Most alarming was the treatment of camels who were made to carry loads of overweight tourists every 3-5minutes and were caned with an iron rod . The falcon was constantly jerked to startle it for it to spread its wing for photo opportunity for oblivious tourists who don’t understand or don’t support animal welfare . In short - the dinner and entertainment was crass cheap tourism that I do not approve of . I rather pay more for tours that look into animal welfare and better food hygiene . By the way, they offer to upgrade you for 50dirhams to have a better buffet where you will be given plastic trays rather than styrofoam plates to get your food as well as you get the privilege of eating 30minutes earlier than everyone with slightly better food at a different tent . Lastly I don’t understand the concept of a woman’s line and a man’s line to get food . It could be a cultural thingy to me . For me and my family- I won’t go for this tour due to the poor quality of the driver/guide, poor treatment of animals.

Like the Jeep safari it's scary but Driver is so expert in his field. Expect a sunset at middle of dessert, but we are sitting in road side base camp probably. Morning tour is delayed by one hour so we are in hurry, not even took our lunch. Time management should be perfect, as we travel with limited periods of time and date.

Very nice experience morning time dubai half day city tour and evening desert safari. Experience was amazing very nice views in Dubai and in desert dune bashing,BBQ dinner. Everything was perfect. Guide cum driver Syed Safeer was very helpful.

Amazing day in Dubai with perfect guide Hamid. We discovered old and new Dubai, walked through Dubai mall and drove quads and a 4x4 in the desert.

The entire day was very well organized.. the tour guide and our driver Ali Raza was very helpful and courteous.. Ali ensured we get top class service during the entire day.. as we were touring with young kids we were a bit worried on they getting exhausted.. but Ali took care of all that.. we did a 10 days Dubai visit our of which this day was memorable .. thank you RAH tourism and Ali Raza

This tour was absolutely amazing. We were so lucky to find a tour that combines the Abu Dhabi mosque and desert in the same day. It really saved us time. Our tour guides were fantastic, Rahman was our tour guide to the desert, he played fantastic music, gave us history of the building, etc. and made us feel safe. 10/10 this particular tour guide is worth it we followed the desert with camel rise, Henna and a buffet. I recommend 100%!

I really the thing that the trip was planned as such tht there were all other Indian passengers other than me, so I was very comfortable.

Mr Alyas was a very humble and informative for all our tour and he gave insights of all places we visited.

So this tour package is a two-in-one combo tour. The first half was a city tour of Dubai and honestly, if you're looking for a driver to take you from place to place - that's exactly what this is. Our tour guide could barely speak English and had no idea about the history of the city. The only thing we learned was that the Marina and Downtown Dubai are the most expensive areas around. The second part of the trip was to the dessert - this part was really awesome getting to ride in these big SUVs that drive through the sand dunes. We then finish the night off with dinner and a show. Note: although this package says there's a lot included, the people there push you to do all these add-ons: the "VIP package" for a buffet from once you get there, Henna designs - if you want something nice and traditional, be prepared to pay extra - otherwise you get a quickie flower that a 5 year old could do and a scowl from the lady. Want to try on traditional dress wear? You get two sad options, otherwise you need to pay more. Wanna try the Hookah? You have to go stand under a tent and they don't give you your own pipe to smoke out of, otherwise they'll sell you flavors at your table and push and push you to buy some. Overall it was a cool experience but honestly if you can find another place to go to have this experience, I'd recommend trying another tour package. There's so many options out there, it's worth it to pay more in the initial price vs be hassled with add-ons when you get there.

Ghulam is very nice & helpful person as a guide tour. This Safari tour is very worth it, fun and also affodable. The main dishes most of it are delicious. Entertainment shows are really nice to watch. Our score 10 out of 10. Thanks for the experiences.

Husain made our day the best! He is personable and very informed and willing to go above and beyond ensuring that we knew as much as possible about Dubai, it’s culture, it’s inhabitants plus more.,The city tour was just perfect. Then the evening tour including Dunes bashing, BBQ dinner, shows, etc was amazing. I highly recommend Husain and this tour company. Great deal and full day. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He also provided some very cold bottled water just when we needed it.

Our guide Alyas was excellent. Very knowledgeable and started sharing interesting information about Dubai the moment we stepped in the car. The saffari ride is one of the best experience I have had. Thank you soo much Alyas ☺️

I wasn't sure if I could contact with driver. BUT, Alyas contact me previous night through WhatsApp and arrived hotel on time. He guided us friendly and comfortably for whole tour. I cannot say thanks enough to him because he brought back my boy's sunglasses which was left his car accidenlty.

We paid in full in advance. The driver / guide never showed up. They promised to pick-up us between 8am and 8.30am. I waited with my children from 7.50am to 9.30am at the main entrance of the hotel. Called RAH tourism over 15 times while waiting for their driver. No one answered the phone. They neither called me nor showed up. Very bad company. One and the only cheaters I have ever had to deal with in the tourism industry in UAE. The contact number given by them on Trip Advisor is also fake and not working at the time this review is being written. Avoid these people at all cost.

Our guide Syed was very professional and punctual. The whole experience was drunk from sand bashing to camel riding to the desert buffet. We had a different guide in the Dubai city tour but I couldn’t remember his name (if I’m not wrong it’s Alyas). He was also very friendly, punctual, and informative. The vehicle used was also clean and comfortable. The half day Dubai city tour is a good option especially during the summer because the heat is unbearable so having an air conditioned vehicle is very good. Overall a great experience that doesn’t hurt the wallet.

First of all, thanks to Rah Tourism for organising everything in a streamlined manner. Being professionals not only they assisted us providing best of their services but also created an atmosphere full of joy. Day tour was with Mr. Zeeshan who left no space and showed every possible site and made the city tour a wonderful & memorable one. On top this, our safari guide Mr. Aleem, I must mention is such a joyful person who made the eve an unforgettable one. Desert safari followed by dance & food was really well managed. It is rightful to say - time spent with some people will always be in our thoughts for times to come and Mr. Aleem is among those people. We are back home and me & my wife were cherishing the time we spent with Mr. Aleem during the activity and there were smiles at our face and happiness in our hearts. I recommend following Rah tourism for people travelling to Dubai for vacations if they really want the time to be full of happiness and gather moments to cherish for lifetime.

Abdul was good driver we had combo tour Dubai - Abu Dhabi - Safari. Pickup on time, and had amazing dinner at evening at unique safari camp.

Harun was the best guide you can have. Desert safari was one of tge most thrilling experience you can have in dubai and harun made sure to go beyond our expectations. Morning city tour with Zeeshan was amazing as well. Seeing the dubai from local person’s vision was the most amazing thing about this tour.

What a day!!! Planning this on our very first day is the best decision… Because they covered many places and Zasheen our guide offered a lot of info about Dubai. Zasheen is a good guide as well as good driver… His driving skills in Desert Safari are too good… Camp events are excellent. Belly dance, Tanaura show and Fire show are so good

We really enjoyed the tour this morning. The driver/guide, Haroon, was great. He made us laugh, gave good insight and made good conversation. He has a great attitude. He picked us up on time and gave us ample time at different locations to explore and take pictures. We booked the combo package so will update after the Safari experience .

Suliman provided an unique experience for me. It’s much more than I ever expected. And I did a couple of tours all over the world. I can strongly recommend any tour with him. He provided lots of insights, which I never received from any other tour guide. It was fun all the day.

Wonderful experience of knowing about Dubai city along with knowing the history and culture. Suleman is a knowledgeable and smart guide and a wonderful driver too.. He suggested few great activities to add into the list and also displayed a great gesture by adding few items which were not a part of the package.

We did the city tour and desert tour with Rah tourism. Zahir was our guide on the city tour. Farid was our guide in the desert. Both were great guides, punctual, great drivers and also good people. I recommend the tour. And we will book other tours with Rah during our stay in Dubai.

Worth for money, friendly and experience staff. visited all the tourist places in dubai with Guide,after dubai tour we did desert safari in same day, car was clean for both tours. Food is delious, Arabic tea is good. Everything well arranged for us. Thanks to our tour guide, Mr.Asrar. He is super good, attentive to details, good photographing skills and care our elders in my family. Highly recommend this RAH Tourism.

I have booked couple package of Desert safari from Klook at around 3200. The company that managed thr trip was Rah Tourism and our guide was Farid tour guide. The guide was so professional and highly helpful. He cliced photos for us while sand duning. He advised us to from where we should buy or not like what is free and not.he also provided us free opportunity to have phalcon photo. Moreover he also helped us for various transport choices to go to others places.

We were picked up around 0930,fantastic and attentive tour guide named Suleiman. For the dubai tour in the morning he asked what we had already experienced in dubai as to not duplicate our experiences. This was helpful as we were able to spend more time in places we hadn't seen. We also got to see more of the presidential palaces and other great sites he knows as a guide. We did the desert safari in the afternoon. Again Suleiman was incredibly attentive, listen and answered questions. He has some incredible knowledge and facts about dubai and the Royal family which made me love Dubai more. The safari was incredible but not for weak stomachs. I did feel queezy at one point and found that focusing on something ahead helped. Not for the faint hearted. Food was plentiful, atmosphere was amazing. My sisters did the quad bikes and really enjoyed it. I would recommend this 100% I booked it through my own travel agent engine and it came out two thirds cheaper than a secondary or another online source. Suleman was also an incredible photographer. Took some great shots that are Instagram worthy. Thank you Suleman 😊

For the Dubai city tour, we were picked up by Suleman who was very courteous, on time, offered the tea and showed all the places with the historical perspective. We learned a lot about UAE/ Dubai from him and got our appreciation for the city. For Desert Safari, we were picked up by Humayu who was very professional. We had excellent time on safari. We will highly recommend this trip. After city tour, we were dropped at our hotel for lunch and little bit of relaxation before being picked up for desert safari. I think that was a good idea. IF we were to do it again, we will choose this company RAH tourism.

we really recommend RAH Tourism perfect service we was having stopover in Dubai then we booked this combo tour Dubai City Tour in morning and Desert Safari in evening we was picked us from Airport Terminal without any extra cost and drop also back after finishing tour Guide was very informative, desert safari was best experience we loved it, Dune Bashing was extreme and our child loved camel ride.
