Visiting the Burj Khalifa was truly an unforgettable experience. The view from the top is absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset when the city lights start to shine. The whole experience was well organized, from the entrance to the elevator ride, which was incredibly fast and smooth. I highly recommend booking your tickets in advance to avoid long waiting times. Whether it’s your first time in Dubai or not, this iconic landmark is definitely worth visiting at least once.

Ascend to the 125th floor of the Burj Khalifa for a 360-degree panorama of Dubai. The journey begins in one of the world's fastest elevators, rising 830 meters above the city to the observation deck. From this height, the view encompasses the city's skyline, the surrounding desert, and the Arabian Gulf. High-powered telescopes allow for a closer look at specific landmarks, offering insights into the building's architecture. As you descend, the observation deck provides a unique perspective on the Dubai Fountain show, synchronized to music. Whether by day or by night, the experience offers a quiet and memorable view of the city.

It was fantastic experience ever
Burj Khalifa is an incredible experience and a must-see in Dubai. The views from the top are absolutely breathtaking and give you a unique perspective of the entire city. Everything is very well organized, and the visit is truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!
Worth paying the extra to ho to floor 148 or above. Yes, it's expensive, but you get a badge that fast tracks you past 100s if other folk, both up and down, and the lounges at the top are great to stop in for comfort and to enjoy the views... including the tops and roofs of nearby skyscrapers!!
I booked two premium time slots through Viator for major attractions in Dubai, including Burj Khalifa and The View at The Palm. In both cases, the local operator attempted to change my confirmed time less than 24 hours before the visit. For Burj Khalifa, I had purchased an 11:00 AM ticket and was informed the day before that they “could not issue the QR code” for that time. I was pressured to select another slot, which completely disrupted my itinerary and pre-booked lunch reservations. For The View at The Palm, I specifically paid more for the 05:00 PM golden hour timing. Again, one day prior, I was told it was “sold out” and asked to move to 03:00 PM — which defeats the entire purpose of paying for a sunset slot. Both bookings were marked as confirmed at the time of purchase. Operational issues, crowd levels, or ticket redemption delays are not the customer’s responsibility. If a time slot is sold out, it should not be sold and confirmed in the first place. This operator appears to sell inventory they do not actually secure, then tries to adjust customers last minute. Very disappointing experience and highly stressful while traveling. I would not book with this supplier again.
The view from the top is honestly breathtaking, especially at sunset. Everything was well organized and the elevators were super fast. It does get crowded, so take your time and don’t rush the experience. Overall, it’s a must-do at least once when visiting Dubai.
A must-do attraction in Dubai
We booked our slot (10:30am) 4 weeks beforehand - and to coincide with the bus from our. hotel. We received reminders of our slot and a WhatsApp message asking us to save the number of the operator - which we duly did. However, after taking the money from our credit card at 10:30am the day before, we were contacted in the afternoon to say that the 10:30am slot was now full and would we like to go first thing in the morning or last thing in the evening instead (research suggests these are cheaper slots but we were not offered any money back). We were only in Dubai for two days and had a full itinerary. But the Burj Khalifa was on our bucket list so it was very disappointing. We can only presume they got a better price for this popular time slot and had no scruples or conscious about dropping us. We flew out of Dubai at 7:30 the next morning and visibility was extremely poor at that time of day due to smog - so an earlier slot would have been a complete waste of time in any case. A total shambles - avoid this company at all costs - or risk being disappointed at the very last minute.
The que was far too long and the way in which people were asked to que caused such a backlog, it took us over 90 minutes from our scheduled time until the time we actually got on the elevator. Need a better system for people flow
We never have our tickets at the booth . Had to buy new tickets , custom service called the operator tour so many times no one pick up the phone .viator is keep sending the tickets which was not valid . Request for my refund
I am so glad to have booked in advance a later slot because I was lucky not having to wait in line. Straight to the top. Usually the wait is 2 - 4 hrs. Amazing view of the city and water show. I got to see the last one that night. Friendly staff and overall it was worth it. Great feat of engineering. You have to experience the tallest building in the world.
Too crowded for us long queue even with pre-booked tickets View was spectacular but you can only take so many photos so we're only there for 35;minutes
Visited floors 124/5 both 9PM & 7AM Pm was busy but not hectic, caught a fountain show, city is spectacular at night. 7AM was very quiet and the views although misty well worth it
We were booked at 7am which was perfect as we were in and out before the buses and buses of visitors. No lines or crowds, so we could easily be close to the glass/perspex to see the view and take photos. It was a bit hazy, but I think that is probably normal. View was spectacular.
Fabulous Experience. From start to finish. Highly recommend. Everything as usual in Dubai is well organised.lift to the top Smooth and fast and wow the views spectacular. We went at sunset which was fabulous and you can see the water fountain show from here too.
An experience not to miss but extremely expensive for what it is. View was very hazy during the day. Hard yo find entrance and no explanation on booking.
Amazing Experience at Burj Khalifa! I visited the Burj Khalifa in the morning, and it was the perfect time to go — not too crowded, so I could really enjoy the view without any rush. The booking process was smooth and easy. Just a note for others: you need to use the ticket that is sent by the supplier via email, not the confirmation email from Viator that you receive right after booking. Make sure to check your inbox for the actual tickets before you go.
The confirmation VOUCHER had not been received by burj khalifa. And they wouldn’t accept my email confirmation or ticket bar code. I was not allowed entrance. Very frustrating experience. I had to purchase tickets directly. I’m hoping for a full refund.
I got 2 tickets for a trip up the Burj Khalifa. When I got to the counter I was refused entry because of the tickets Viator had sent me. The barcode would not work. I got in touch with Viator and was refused a refund for some reason. I am absolutely disgusted with the way this has been dealt with so far. I have had a reply to say we can not give you a refund but no explanation. I will never book anything through Viator again.
It's not very good because you buy a ticket with specifed time and then have to queue up for 1 hour then 10 minutes is long enough too take pictures but then another 1 hour queue too get back down so lots of time wasted in queue even with a time specified on the ticket
What a beautiful building and an amazing achievement. It was nice to experience the views from the top. Another one to tick off our bucket list!
Visiting this incredible building was a highlight of our time in Dubai. Staggered times meant there was no crowding, Booking was very easy, thank you Fatima. Highly recommended
We had pre paid but waited over 1.5 hours in a line , during mid morning. The views were amazing once we got there. Would have been good to have been advised of the wait times while standing there!
Even though I have a fear of heights, I had a lot of fun. It's definitely the most beautiful attraction in Dubai. Especial Thanks to Yalla Dubai for your quick response and assistance.
A must do when in Dubai! We booked 7am slot was well worth it , avoided all the queues, not busy at all. Very interesting information before actually going up to the burj. Cafe and gift shop there ,also professional photographer and you have the opportunity to purchase have if you want, we did,a lovely keepsake of our visit.
If you're in Dubai, the Burj Khalifa is an absolute must-visit. The views, the architecture, and the overall experience left me in awe and are something I will remember for a lifetime. I highly recommend getting tickets to the observation deck👍🏻
I booked the 7am tour just after midnight on the very day of my visit, the booking was easy on TripAdvisor and the ticket was issued simultaneously, the bar code being exchanged for a printed ticket at the desk. Yalla Dubai were fantastic, the only one providing an early morning slot, unlike others that start at 9am, take the first slot is ,my advice if you want to avoid long queues despite having a 'ticket' in normal peak hours. You also get to see the sunrise.
We moved to 8:30 am because our ship left early. I recommend an early time. No lines, great experience. Photos that are spectacular, and views all directions. The best place to see Dubai.
Ordered three tickets for the same day a few hours later for my family and half an hour later I got contacted that the tickets for my timeslot were sold out. They immediately offered me an alternative slot and sent me the tickets over whatsapp. Everything went smoothly and we had no issues whatsoever. The burj Khalifa is while I understand a must when visiting Dubai I would do it again. Had to wait with my family for two hours in line to get up and no water was offered. My boy was exhausted and cried so for me it‘s a one time only recommendation.
Be prepared to queue for at least 1.5 hrs before getting to the top. Views from the top were spectacular though.
Excellent service with the tickets WhatsApp’ed directly to my phone as my email was not working. The visit to the Burj Khalifa is one not to be missed.the tour operator can be highly recommended.
Best expiriance, all best for this view. 100% need to go. Must see and go. There were a lot of people but all went fast and good.
The views from 125th floor are beautiful. Please pack your patience. The lines are long to get up and longer to get back down. However, the customer service and the way they move you along is great. We ran out of time and didn't get to go to the aquarium. The pictures they take are fun and absolutely amazing. But they are costly.
We crammed together for 2 hours when cattle have to queue and only then take the elevator up. Upstairs you obviously had a great view. We stayed upstairs for half an hour after which we had to queue again for half an hour to go back down with the elevator. The elevator down was literally stuffed. I can't bear to think that it had stuck because of a malfunction. And that for this expensive ticket price. We had booked an access lock at 2pm. However, they continued to sell tickets locally despite the mass of people already waiting in line. What is the point of working with access locks? If we had known this beforehand, we would have fitted for this visit.
I'm saturated having to queue up the two-hours to get in. Really once you climb there is nothing so spectacular to see. A thousand times I would have preferred to take a thousand pictures of myself from below that you have the fountain and the burj with a beautiful view
All very fast and without lining up, just show up at the set time. Worth the visit is amazing what they have built
Excellent option to book your visit, communication at all times, before, during and after the visit, thank you.
We bought tickets two days earlier. Got the tickets in the mail. In the morning we get a reminder of the trip. I took a taxi. It was hard to find. It was a huge queue, after about an hour we arrived at the counter and the tickets were invalid. We contacted, but received no help. We had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. But we will not be refunded the price difference. About the tour itself, lots of queues all over, get up the tower, no tour, great views. So half an hour in line to take the elevator down. Great to have been there, but $750 which is equivalent to $75 for taking an elevator is all too much.
The view from Burji Khalifa in the evening is fantastic. But after 1.5 hours in the queue between so many people and sometimes very bad air, was a patience test! On the way down, people were even more impatient and pushed themselves very cheekily until a guide finally stepped in! Wouldn't I do it again, maybe during the day is not such a crowd!
Upon arrival, the voucher is not valid and no booking has been made by the intermediary. That's why we couldn't go upstairs. Phone number and WhatsApp not reachable. And money gone. Incidentally, seen on the spot that the tickets are much cheaper.
Great view. Unfortunately, incredibly crowded. An hour up, an hour down with total chaos and completely overcrowded.
A unique experience is to climb to the top of the Burj Khalifa and see all the beautiful sights of Dubai. In addition, buying tickets online saves us time and energy.
Fantastic. I visited six years ago in the evening and this time in the afternoon. It's always breathtaking. In the evening it is much nicer, with the water features, but also much more expensive. Absolutely must do
I visited six years ago in the evening and this time in the afternoon. It's breathtaking as always. Just fantastic . Fantastic view of Dubai. In the evening it is even nicer, but also much more expensive, since can wonderfully watch the water games
