Watching the city from the top of Burj Khalifa at night was unforgettable. Seeing Dubai transform from daylight into a sea of glittering lights was magical. The views stretch endlessly in every direction, and as the sun sets, the skyline feels even more surreal. It’s one of those experiences that truly lives up to the hype. It was crowded but the staff was very good at handling the crowd and people kept to the queues and their time slots.

Got instant confirmation from local company that my tickets were good to go and that the actual tickets would be sent to me 24 hours prior to the date of the visit. Approximately 16 hours prior I hadnt received anything so I wrote the company and received no reply until 3 hours prior to the visit saying that the booking was cancelled and I would be refunded. There was no other correspondence - just a "sorry." Had a huge impact on our schedule and day.
You’ve got to do it in Dubai haven’t you! We went at 10am and it was really quiet, no queues whatsoever and not too busy at the top at all. Husband and son don’t particularly like heights so we weren’t up too long but long enough to see all the great views.
This was hands down the worst experience we had in Dubai. We booked the 7:30 PM , non-peak, Thursday night time slot expecting a smooth, premium experience and a stunning city view — what we got was 3+ hours of standing in queues with no seating, no food or water access, and zero communication from staff. When we finally made it up, the deck was so overcrowded we couldn’t even enjoy the view. To make things worse, there was a disturbing incident where a man was allegedly sexually harassing another guest’s sister, and staff did absolutely nothing. They just continued shouting at people and pushing crowds along like cattle. It then took another 2 hours just to get back down, again with no guidance or crowd management. I had my children with me — we were exhausted, stressed, and stuck for hours in what felt like chaos. There is no transparency about how long the entire experience actually takes. If I had known, I would never have gone. This is marketed as a world-class attraction — in reality, it’s an unsafe, overcrowded, and shockingly mismanaged tourist trap. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.
We have recently visited Dubai to see friends & spent 8 nights there. We experienced many wonderful sites during our stay but without a doubt to have breakfast on our 1st morning overlooking the landscape of Dubai on the 123rd floor of the Berj Khalifa was truly jaw dropping. When we arrived at the hotel I couldn't believe the shear size of the building & how imposing it is on the Dubai landscape. When we entered the lift to go up to the restaurant it only took a few seconds to get to there & during this brief ride we experienced ear popping probably due to the quick change in height. Anyway, when we got to the reception area we were greeted then taken to our table which was fully over looking the city. Words cannot describe that initial view from such a high vantage point. Now, we get down to the food, surroundings & service. It was all exceptional and it enhanced our experience. Our waiter looked after us in style & he was also humerous so we enjoyed funny exchanges which I feel he enjoyed. Once we had finished our food - the eggs Benidict was to die for, we just sat and chatted with our friends & just enjoyed the totally relaxing ambience. To recap, this experience for strangers to Dubai was unforgettable but it was enhanced by the true beauty of the building internally & externally. In my opinion the cost of what we received was exceptional & I would recommend everyone look into doing this.
The tickets never came in time had to pay again at counter awaiting full refund I was told by Viator no slot available for time I selected yet still took monies
Terrible experience . Went to Dubai and went to pull up my tickets at the event which was confirmed and paid for months in advance to find out they canceled the day before for no reason. I called and they gave me some bs excuse and told me there was no other tickets available for that day. I went straight to building and was able to get tickets for cheaper and for that same day. I will never use Viator again!
Not only is Burj Khalifa the world's tallest building but it has also broken two other impressive records: tallest structure, previously held by the KVLY-TV mast in Blanchard, North Dakota, and tallest free-standing structure, previously held by Toronto's CN Tower.
They never delivered the tickets. We stood near the ticket counter for an hour, with no response. Thankfully a full refund was issued, but I definitely would have rather got the tickets. Better to just buy on site or on the Burj Khalifa website.
We went on NYs eve at 4.30pm. The day was a bit foggy but you could still get good views. I'm not keen on heights but I made myself do it!
This is a typical tourist attraction, so if you really want to do this, buy a SKY ticket or FAST TRACK if you are planning to go at peak hours - it will make the experience so much more enjoyable. The tickets from this vendor were "general admission" and didn't skip any of the lines, other than to buy the ticket itself, so there was no reason to pay the extra cost. At 3:30 pm, we waited for a least 1 hour to go up AND 1 hour to go down. I actually bought a 4:00 ticket and was told I couldn't have that time after purchase. As for the attraction, it's a tall building with some nice views. If you are there with kids or a special occasion, they have photographers there to sell packages. While there, I saw advertisements for "experiences" on floors 140, which might be less touristy.
This is a must when you visit... the views were simply AMAZING!!!! The only negative thing I have to say the gift shop was over priced $75 for a picture. But other than that please visit
Getting to the top was organised, but coming back down was not, people jumping queue. There was a simulation but wasn't working or if it was there was no one to ask how to use it.
Over one hour queue to the lift, upstairs 10 minutes because is too many people and views is not possible:-( then another 1 hour in the queue to go back to downstairs
Dubai view at night from top of 124th floor was amazing. Lights around was also marvelous. Had pre-booked tickets and was confirmed at 7.30pm. When downloading tickets it was not confirmed and was asked to consider for 8pm slot. Though we checked in at 7.15 slot with no difficulty. Is it a marketing gimmick? Really got confused.
We ķnew we were visiting the worlds tallest building. Yet our tickets thru Trip Adivisor put us miles ahead of others. Kachina! The history of the constructruction, the vision , and the grandeur was awe inspiring. You gotta go. My photos were awful as it was so hazy, but that was wasn't what hit me. More that a human being want to built this to inspire his countrymen.
what a great day out, we went up to the 124 & 125th floors and then came down and had some lunch and was able to stay longer to watch the fountain show……:amazing
One of charming view in this world. And it was a good experiance, Top!!! Nothing else to say. Plenty of things to do at burj khalifa and around
On ticket should be explain how you can arrive at starting point. Entrance is at LG floor in Dubau Mall
I was not able to get in. My husband and I were left outside after saying that our tickets has been voided.
Too busy … waiting an hour in a que to get up and half an hour in a que to get back down. Would not go again
This was a scam Booked for 7:00 and they confirmed. Got their and they said it was for 930. They never contacted me backed and 930 was too late for me. Burj Khailfa they told me the 700 time slot was sold out the day before
The views from the 124th and 125th floors are amazing! I was a bit nervous being up that high, but the experience was definitely worth it.
Wow!! Just WOW! if you visit Dubai, you have to do this, it's the tallest building in the world with views over the most outrageous city in the world, looking down on high rise buildings, roof top swimming pools, the people below and the desert is an absolute must!!
On the sales advert it’s says guaranteed to skip the queues! We waited an hour an Half to get in the lift with my elderly parents in a queuing system with no aircon. I questioned this and they said oh it’s in the small print that it’s not a fast track pass and it was my mistake, they also said there is no fast track in yet 30-40 people pushed though a separate lane. Read the advert before you pay! Once we arrived to the top it was amazing but the getting to that point was hard work and in my opinion ruined the experience.
Good buy, just make sure you go during off peak hours. This time is around 10 am to about 130 pm. The line gets very long around 4pm. I mean it’s a nice view but not worth sitting there for hours s upon hours. It will end up being a waste of a day if you do .
I have had a positive experience with Holidayys.com. I contacted the vendor days ahead of my trip. I received a response in no-time to my question. I received my vochers via WhatsApp the day before my tour as promised. My vouchers were negotiable and I enjoyed my tour of the Burj Khalifa. It's a must see in Dubai. The architecture is magnificent. The light show at night is beautiful.
Very breathtaking! So much to see. Very informative on how it was built. Make sure you bring $$$ and be ready to spend $$$ as the Burj Khalifa is a smorgasbord of adventure and stores to explore.
Visitor platform is not even close to „at the top“ - it is only at 430 meters height (building is 828 meters). Not really worth the money
Overall good experience but the tour guide could have at least reiterated that a physical ticket has to be retrieved at the counter not assume that all customers understand that e-ticket isn’t automatic entry: Don’t expect to be welcomed or guided by someone on this. You take yourself there and do as you please so that’s no difference between booking here and booking at the Bhurj Khalifa directly. No need for a tour agsncy to book this.
I booked the tickets via viator and when i got to the counter, my tickets weren't actually booked although money had been taken from my account. It caused great stress to me and my family members and had to buy new tickets. I am still waiting for the viator to refund my money back and have not heard anything back. I would not recommend booking from this website.
Every inch of the tour of the Burj, was an awesome experience! The views were amazing! I loved the picture of the wings on 125th floor. The gift shop was nice too.
Headed straight to the Burj K. before the lines were long. Picked up my tickets and it was all easy! What an amazing building! LOVED the views!
Perfect trip and memorable experience. Everyt was very well organized and fun to visit. Definitely gonna recommend
Company that we purchased tickets with through viator took my money but did not send me the tickets. After arriving at the burj and waiting online I was told that I had to call the company to get the voucher number for the tickets. I called and was told we would be called back. We were left just waiting there.the woman finally called back but only gave a voucher number for 1 ticket although I purchased 2. I had to call her yet again. This was a mess. The experience at the burn was also not worth the money I paid. It's hard to see anything outside with everyone blocking the windows. The wait for the elevator to go up to the top and back down is a very very long slow line. I definitely could've skipped this experience.
Waste of money!!!!! Extremely overrated!!!! Long lines and took us almost 1.5 hours to get the elevator down. Save your money for better things!!!!!
It was amazing. The only drawback was the large crowds event at night. Will look into having a private viewing.
Never received the tickets spoke with the company and they stated the ticket was sold out and that time shouldn’t have let me select it. Was told I would be given a refund from Viator and a email to confirm my refund never received anything and can’t contact Viator.
It’s better to go around 4:45- 5:30 so that you can experience it daytime and nighttime. The night view is much better but you get to see the difference as the sun goes down.
We were very annoyed and disappointed by the fact that we paid a lot of money to purchased a tickets to skip the queue but we ended up standing in a queue for almost two hours , and another hour to exit. the top is so crowded that you barely can see so, the experience was very disappointing
Something you have to do if you go to Dubai- scary but such a wonderful view of the city. We went at 2.30 and it was really quiet, no queue at all!
Taking my hubby as this was his 1st time. My daughter and I have been before and it was amazing then and now
Went at night. We were stressed because we were late, ticket was still honored. Views were amazing. The fastest elevator.
Not worth the price to go up an elevator and walk in circles. The view was nice though, went off peak hours.
Great experience! Easy access to Burj Khalifa. Nice pics. Nice gift shop. I recommend this tour. My family and I attended at 10 am which was not a prime hour but still there were a lot of people.
We had the most amazing time thanks a lot and will recommend to our family and friends and place it will visit again
This is a must do when visiting Dubai! The views are amazing! The shop has great souvenirs and the original plans/blueprints were available to see.
Was expecting queues after reviews but none! Went just before sunset and there was no hurry and we could stay as long as we wanted . Slightly overpriced but everything really is so have to just get on with it and expect.
We had a great experience with this operator, tickets were delivered through email and WhatsApp with clear instructions, all questions were answered promptly through WhatsApp. The structure has impressive architecture and amazing views at the top, a testimony of human spirit. Highly recommend.
On this tour, you'll get to visit all three of the observation decks. First, you'll go to Level 148, where you'll be treated to stunning panoramic views of the city below. Then, it's up to Level 125 for even more incredible views. Finally, you'll ascend to Level 124, where you can step out onto the open-air terrace and get an up close and personal view of the Burj Khalifa fountain.
