Burj Khalifa Platinum Experience – The Lounge 152, 153 & 154

An amazing experience from start to finish, the lounge staff were amazing. We would highly recommend the lounge.

Thoroughly great experience. I visited on Wednesday 25th February, with an entry time of 5pm. I had purchased the platinum package, which meant I could skip the line, and get escorted within a group of other customers to the lifts, to take us to the top floors of current tallest building in the world. I visited floors 125, 148, 152. and 154, allowing me the opportunity to have some amazing views of Dubai. My package provided me with lounge access, thus giving me access to all kind of beverages (tea, coffee, juices, wine), sweets, candies, and savoury snacks, and also time to take in the scenic environment at my own leisure, without being rushed. Everything was well organised, the staff were amazing, really made me feel welcomed. I would definitely do this tour again, I was lucky to witness the sunset due to the time slot that I picked. There were no issues with queueing or security etc, I felt safe at all times. If you suffer vertigo or are afraid of heights then maybe avoid floors 152 and 154. Orient Tours arranged everything perfectly, I had my digital ticket sent a couple of days before my visit to Burj Khalifa. On the ticket it advised to bring ID which i did, but no one asked to see it at the entrance, but better safe than sorry. All in all I spent close to three hours admiring the views, drinking coffee/tea/juices and chilling in the lounge. Five stars for me, very good experience, worth the extra money for the platinum package.

Be prepared for there not to be enough seats for everyone. You'll be eating and drinking standing up and without napkins. During the day, the view from any height is unsightly. In the evening, the lights come on and a pleasant view of Dubai opens up.

Very disappointing experience for what was meant to be the premium ( platinum) ticket. 45 minutes queuing despite a skip the line ticket, no seating in any of the lounges and very overcrowded on the viewing deck. A lot of disgruntled people around. Stick to the basic ticket and be prepared to queue

Platinum or Gold pass is the only way to go. Skipping the long lines was worth the price of admission.

Staff were pleasant & polite but it is poorly organised, the guide spoke through a microphone with a speaker attached to her belt, the sound was so poor we could hardly hear what was being said. Nice snacks were laid out in the lounge & you got one free drink with your ticket. Exiting was utter chaos despite having a fast track pass as no staff were there to guide you & there were just huge queues of people trying to get in the lifts. The whole experience is massively overpriced.

DO NOT pay the extra money it’s not a premium experience at all . Best views are the standard ticket so do not waste your money for a flat glass of Prosecco and finger food that looks like it came out of a packet. Was very rushed to get in the lifts and to the lounge which was not premium did not enjoy until was down at the outside viewing platform . Feel ripped off paying for this experience

Yes a must see. Has to be a clear day of course. Going to the top is a must do in Dubai. They have food and drinks at the top as a well. The view is stunning

The experience was as advertised and I would do it again if friends/family with me. The operator was very accommodating since I missed my start time due to Uber dropping me far away from the entrance.

Well organised and well worth doing the premium access. You have plenty of time to take in the views with a glass of wine and delicious food. The outside viewing deck was amazing. Not crowded at all. Very enjoyable and worth it.

No doubt this is the best experience available to visit the Burj Khalifa, so it is an absolute must do while in Dubai. With that said, all BK experiences, including this one, are oversold, so manage your expectations going in. You will still stand in lines and struggle for seating in the lounge despite the “premium” access.

Very long queues waiting to collect tickets. No separate line for people with premium lounge access .

Firstly I made the mistake of booking this tour myself without good knowledge of the whole package. It’s a premium tour but so little information is given prior to the event that would enable you to maximise the experience. Big crowds turn up for the sunset experience and only at the last stage are you separated from large groups of othered who have paid less. I regret taking this tour

Spectacular views from the top floors 154, 153 & 152. The VIP package is a must saving a lot of queueing time and getting a more personalized experience. Drinking some prosecco on the terrace with my daughter was special.

After reading reviews I opted for the VIP option and it was worth it on every aspect! Having access to the 152nd, 153rd, and 154th floors and outside observation deck was beyond description. Exquisite decor, classy staff, and a beautiful and calm atmosphere to enjoy the views. I spent nearly an hour with all three floors to myself other than staff. They offered drinks and sweets and were very accommodating to anything I may need or want. I ventured dine to the 144th floor and its outside observation deck. It was more crowded, and less classy. Still very very nice, just not near as posh. The views were nice but not as stunning as those from above. Then went to the 125th floor and down to the 124th floor/outside observation deck. It was nice, but nothing special in decor. It was crowded and honestly the views although still impressive; failed miserably in comparison to bring an additional 30 stories above this point. I felt bad for everyone who seemingly were truly enjoying themselves, wishing they could have had the same experience I did. If you have the means and the interest, this was an incredible experience! It’s worth the extra money to fully have the true Khalifa experience as intended. The driver was very polite and early to ensure you were dropped off and picked up on time.

The fast track access and fewer numbers of visitors to these upper levels is well worth the extra cost. The views are spectacular

A unique experience, a must for any visit to Dubai. The Premium experience was value for money. An audioguide or map/plan pointing out places of interested would have been helpful.

I paid for a ‘skip the line’ and ‘premium’ ticket which offers access to the highest floors in the Burj Khalifa. The views were amazing and it’s quite something to have your eyes pop as you ascend in one of 2 different lifts to reach this lofty location. Sadly, the organisation on the ground ahead of ascent was poor. Skip the line/premium really just seems to mean you’re sat in a room next to the ticket office instead of queuing and ushered around the place to make space for the many people being herded into this space. From the very start, it didn’t feel premium to me and certainly lacked any sort of exclusivity. We had initially arrived at the initial queue for tickets at about 4:50 for a 5pm ticket time. There was a short queue to get our tickets and from there, we’re ushered into this waiting area which had ‘box’ seating and was clearly not designed to accommodate (at least seated) the number of guests coming in. There were small cups of juice and Arabic coffee available on a little cart. We all got a sticker, some gold and some silver. This denoted what lift and what level. Premium it seems, was Silver and afforded access to the lounge on 154. We sat and waited for about 25 minutes here. Ordinarily, not the end of the world but I had booked a 5pm ticket so we’d make it for sunset. Naive it seems, as we hadn’t event left the Ground floor by then. On the basis the whole experience is shown as needing 2 hours, we didn’t actually reach floor 154 until 5:45pm. It took about 55 minutes from arriving in the first queue to get to the actual experience. Not very premium then and little point skipping lines if the process still takes nearly an hour. I wonder what the ‘normal’ queue is like!! Top tip, book well in advance of your preferred time to be there as the whole process was very slow and as I see it, there were far too many ‘Premium’ ticket holders, which sort of makes it pointless. It’s a bit like thinking speedy boarding is a good thing, until you realise half the plane has it! One on floor 154 (lifts once in them are rapid) via one of only 3 lifts, the lounge area was very busy. There was no seating, no plates and we had to literally chase someone around to get the glass of bubbly (prosecco) that came with the experience. There were small snacky food items as part of the deal too but they were more airline lounge than ‘gourmet’ as the ticket suggests. There were a lot of people just camped out at the seats with the best view so for those of us arriving, it all felt a bit busy and not the experience we hoped for. Best views were from the terrace which was, thankfully, fairly calm and there was plenty of space to catch the views. Overall, nice view but poorly executed ‘premium’ ticket which was simply not worth the 100% premium paid.

Burj Going up the Burj Khalifa is a Must Do, while in Dubai. Investing in the VIP experience was well worth the extra money to skip the lines, have a less-crowded visit, and enjoy some drinks and food during the visit. The service was exceptional, and the views were superb. It was well a great time!

Took a few minutes to find the booking at the ticket office as they use a bar/QR code and mone of the info supplied had one. Found it via my name. The lounge was great, food was delicious.

Great experience, beautiful building and fabulous views from.the top. Great outing for couples, family or anyone.

The experience was amazing! I highly recommend it, well worth it to go to highest available floor with VIP treatment. The only negative was the driver from our hotel to the Burj Khalifa. He picked us up on time, but had no idea where to go and where to drop us off. He ended up circling around through the mall garage twice and finally dropped us off on the opposite side from where we needed to be. We had to race through the mall of Dubai to start our experience to the top.

Well worth the extra money to go to the 154, best service fast lane treatment, champagne and beers at the top finger foods of great quality. Uber or taxi to drop off at fashion Ave mall entrance, go into mall and ask direction everybody knows the spot to go to, use WhatsApp best for direct contact with tour operator, fast response great directions

It is amazing and a Must See!The 154 th Floor experience is worth every penny with great service and food and drink!! The views are the tallest in the world! Much less crowded at higher floors and so fun too! Drop off by Ali much easier than parking- Exit thru souvenir shop good - Again … A Must See in Dubai

Fast tracked was quick but still had to wait 20 minutes,,very high up 154 floors, staff were excellent and polite, food was tasty, first timers be careful and remember where the car park was,,

Great view from the 155, 154, 153 floors. Each floor had some exceptional and delicate small food. Champagne was also served. You felt like royalty! Yes, it is more money but way worth it! Also, there are no crowd and you could stay as long as you want. We also went to the lower levels but the atmosphere was not the same as at the top.

This was a very good tour of the Burj Khalifa, but only because we paid for the luxury tour that let us skip the lines and allowed us access to the lounge on the 154th floor. We enjoyed the views and the food. The tower is amazing! The only negative part for us was coming back down to the 125th floor, where we ran into the crowds again -- total chaos! Even with the Fast Track access letting us skip the lines to come down, it was chaotic. So I highly recommend paying for the luxury access to skip all of that.

Just to cut the long lines both going up and down was worth the cost. The food and drinks in the VIP floors were nothing special- mostly little sandwiches on white bread and small deserts. Didn't see any healthy options. Drink menu was very limited. Views are amazing, of course. A little problematic finding the place as there was confusing directions.

Victor’s software is way too complicated. You are informed right off the bat that the email confirmation will not gain you access to the event. Then the fun begins— trying to get access to the ticket. They offer to download the ticket into your cell phone (I’m sure someone knows how to do that, but why not attach it to the initial email). We showed up early just to insure that they would accept what I had. The ticket included hotel pickup. I put “downtown Armada” AND THE SOFTWARE said they did not pickup there, but promised to supply a list of accepted hotels. They didn’t and we took a cab.. AFter the event, I found texts from their pickup outside the “Armada DOWNTOWN” waiting for us to come out.

Wow !!!! A must do for anyone. Pure luxury all round. A chance to experience opulence at a different level

The Lounge experience is awesome. The canapes were very good and plentiful and the glass of bubbly was great with them. The photographer took a lot of photos and the staff was terrific specifically, one of the waiters, took many photos of my group and followed up with excellent service. .

Vey easy process to get to the top. Helpful staff. Lovely lounges with great view over city. Afternoon tea was plentiful, very dainty morsels, a glass of wine included. More if you paid for it. No hurry to leave, enough seats for everyone.

Lovely view from the top. The snacks were below par unfortunately. Had to ask for water. Only tea and instant coffee available. Wouldn't do it again. Yes the Priority Pass was great. But way too many people on the highest levels to make it a Special and Unique Experience

Well worth the extra cost for a quieter and more exclusive experience. Great service. Lower levels are very busy.

Over priced & it’s impossible to find entrance' Don’t waste your money the food was terrible this is maybe worth $50 if you spend more than that you will waste your money. I think they close early it took us two hours to find entrance

A well choreographed support and assistance by the staff to take you to the top of the tallest tower. An experience! You will be served with some delicious snacks and non alcoholic beverages. You shall view the colourful city landscape and sparkling towers around the Burj.

Worth the price, with access to the top, especially avoiding long queues. Nice lounge with food and drinks to enjoy with family and fantastic views !!

The vouchers are no good at the desk. They would not accept them. I was only sent one ticket (supposed to be 2). Didn’t think it was going to be a thing. Had to buy a whole separate ticket at the desk. Morale of the story. Vouchers are not accepted like it says.

It was great, I loved the VIP service (luxury), lounge and lines. We didn’t have to wait too long; the lounge at the 154th floor was amazing, it is worth the money.

Worth spending the extra to take the fast track elevator and the 154th level lounge. Seeing the city from the higher levels was Incredible!!

I had a wonderful time. Being up that high you get great views of the area. The elevator ride was amazing loved the suspense music they played as the elevator was going up. Even tho I enjoyed this tour and recommend it I wouldn’t do it again tho too expensive once you been to the top that’s enough. The photo they take of you is ridiculously expensive

Fantastic way to see the Burj Khalifa and the stunning views below. It is well worth the extra to pay for the skip the line and see the very top! This was a dream I have had for years to to this and I was not disappointed in any way. Highly recommend this.

This is a spectacular building and worthy the visit, the views are amazing and you can see all the way up and down Dubai. It is a lot the expensive to got to the lounge at the Top; however if you can stretch to it definitely worth doing for the lounge drinks and canapés and just relaxing and looking out from various windows along with the outside viewing deck. Also doing it this way there is no people getting in your way as everyone is just going at their own pace. On the way down you stop at the Level 148 Viewing area and then again the 125 level viewing area which were extremely busy so for me if you are going to only do it once go all the way to the Top.

First I want to start out by saying the top of the Burj is amazing. Well worth the time and trouble getting there. However my issue with this tour has mainly to do with their office. I paid for pickup at our hotel, which was the One and Onlyroyal Mirage, a very high end and popular resort. We were waiting in the lobby for pick up when the office called to tell us the driver was at the other part of the hotel and they wanted us to walk there. Saying it was not possible to pick us up where we were. As a side note we had booked tours everyday and we were picked up at that location every time. Secondly they advertise that you have 2 hours at the lounge at the top of the Burj. However they made our pick up at 8:00 after a 6:30 drop off. That's only 1 1/2 hours. To add insult to injury, they called us at 7:30, after 1 hour they called and said our car was at the pick up point and for us to head down there. I told them no way I was going to get at least an hour and a half at the top. By the way, it took 30 minutes to get to the top so we really only had and hour anyway. Also they just drop you in the parking lot and you have to find your way to the Burj which in and of itself is no small task. I would not recommend this tour to anyone unless they make it more user friendly. We have travelled all over the world and have used Viator numerous times with excellent results. Unfortunately this was not one of those times.

Too touristy for us. Was looking for something more romantic. The views were incredible, but it wasn't the atmosphere we were after.
