Due to the war in the Middle East, we were unable to travel to Dubai. We requested a refund for our entry tickets to the Burj Khalifa. This was denied and the company was unsympathetic and unhelpful in my opinion. We were advised by our government not to travel to Dubai so therefore could not use our tickets. I would not recommend this company.
Despite pre-booked time, we waited for 3 hours to get to the 124 floor and 1 hour to get back. Viator sent also confusing instructions.
We booked this experience for my 70th birthday. We arrived ahead of our 530pm time but we were greeted with an extremely long queue. Even the fast track were queuing .We eventually got up to the top at 6.50 but by then it was then dark. We queued for over 30 mins to return to bottom as we had booked restaurant at 8pm. The whole point of this visit was to see the sunset! An extremely disappointing experience for my wife as I had previously visited with no problems. Will not return

Do not buy tickets from Orient Tours! This was a scam. They charged extra for the golden hour, send me voucher saying make sure you there for 6pm but when I got to Bhurj Khalifa, there was no such a thing. At the location it’s same price from 9am to 9pm. When I msged the agent who sent me voucher regarding it, the answers I got was ask them in the front. That’s all! No other reply or help. I was trying to work with the front desk but they said because I bought from 3rd party, they can’t help. Felt helpless. It’s 6 30 and I am still in a 2+ hour line up.. do not buy from this company!
Long Q. Entry got very late. 4 pm turned out to be 6:30 pm after sunset. They should have guided us to take fast track if there were such long Qs.
it is a must see place once you visit Dubai. You need extra cash for the photos if you want a professional one
It was an awesome experience. The experience was something to remember for lifetime. The place is great place to visit. And wonderful people around.
Our tickets were for 10.30 on a Tuesday (early December) and we queued for a good 30-40 minutes before reaching the top viewing platform, so factor that in. It is obviously very crowded so getting to a window to take pictures isn't easy. The View is also very dependant on weather as the haze means you don't see that far out.
Be prepared for along queue. We waited over an hour even though we had a time slot with our ticket. The views are amazing but avoid busy times ie lunch time onwards.

Just amazing views we upgraded when we got there and had food and a drink on the 158th floor and experience not to be missed
I went to see the Burj Khalifa view in the evening, and while the view itself is incredible, the experience getting there was quite tiring. Even though my entry time was around 5:30 PM, it took almost two and a half hours to actually reach the top because of how crowded it was — I didn’t get to the viewing deck until about 8 PM. The queues were very long, and by the time I got through, I felt quite exhausted. If you plan to go, I’d really recommend booking an earlier slot in the day or a weekday visit when it’s less busy. Once you finally get to the top, though, the city lights and skyline are breathtaking — definitely a once-in-a-lifetime view, but worth planning carefully to avoid the crowds.

Prompt and impeccable assistance with the admission ticket . A must do ! It is the tallest building and I believe that you need to go see it
It's really a must do but make sure you get a ticket well in advance. We used Viator but the tour operator sent us the wrong tickets so we had to buy a set there. Thankfully, it's off season so tickets were available. The Burj is located at the Dubai Mall which is also a must visit for people watching and to experience the decadence. Staff were great and although it's crowded, it's well maintained. The views are just spectacular. The viewfinders show daytime, Nighttime... And what it looked like 10 years ago views.
Had high expectations, and it sort of lived up to them. I bought a cheapest ticket I could find, and had a good time with the 124th floor view. Would the others have been better, no idea! But, I was happy with what I saw for the $50 ticket. Was lucky, with minimal crowds.
You need to know you have to walk forever to get there from where taxis drop you off. So give yourself enough time to get there. We went in the morning when tickets were cheaper and it was great. We saved mi ey and don’t get the feeling we missed out on anything,
Long queues that made us all feel sickly. Beautiful views from the top and the aquarium was stunning. I wish ‘The top’ would run their system much more efficiently, the current one is not friendly to older people.
Taxi collected us on time and picked up punctually, friendly Pakistani helpful drivers, professional and all in suits. Now the main attraction SIMPLY FANTASTIC! You have to do this in your lifetime- It was better than the pyramids in Egypt for me! Just incredible, then go down and watch the amazing fountain show for free! We went at 6pm so massive queue to get in the lofts (which are on there own amazing) but you have to do it to get up there. Toilets and refreshments available but I’d take a bottle of water up. Siimply amazing!
The experience once up there was good. The waiting on line to go up was very long. Buy the VIP package.
Don’t go during the day, Dubai lights up at night and the beauty will be seen then. That said, expensive for the experience. Took about 30-40 minutes to queue up before I even made it to level 124, the elevator ride itself was cool, took 1minute. Spent maybe 20 minutes walking around and taking pictures form the deck (I was dragging my feet), had to queue up again for go back down (maybe another 20-30minutes) If you have to go, go at night. I went for the sake of going, in retrospect I should have chosen the slide tour or the edge walk.
It was an overall great experience but the place was hot and had too many people. I didn’t even get to enjoy the scenery nor was I able to take pictures. I still have you 5 out of 5 stars because the building is beautiful.
The process was smooth. I received the voucher and I followed the directions as indicated. The view in Burj Khalifa was awesome.. A very memorable experience

Arrival time wasn’t booked correctly, so had to queue twice and then wait around, subsequently had to move dinner plans…
I had a wonderful time at the top of the Burj Khalifa. The view was breathtaking and there was also a lightshow while I was there. I really enjoyed it!
Mushtaq was our driver. He was amazing! The view from Floor 148 was spectacular! We ate dinner in the Armani Amal restaurant.
Be prepared to wait for hours to get to the top. Took us 4 hours in the queue which was very claustrophobic at times. Recommend going in super off peak times to avoid this
2 hours of queue to get in and two hours to get out. Don't visit the place if you can't be standing still in line for hours. Did not understand how the whole operation is managed either. Different lines, different rules....no one explaining or giving support
Queuing was awful. Takes forever to get up the tower and then it took us two hours of queuing to get out.
An experience never to be repeated wasn’t worth the money, time or effort. The queuing system was chaotic and the staff poorly trained in customer service skills
It was 3.5 hours to get to the top, very unorganized and horrible experience. There was no place to sit for the kids, no place to get water. Staff was not helpful at all. Poor families with kids and elderly were miserable.
Worst decision to visit on Christmas Day. Horrible wait times. Long lines. No proper information. Terrible experience.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I purchased a ticket for the ‘At the Top’ experience at 7:30AM, planning my whole morning around it. The night before, I asked if they could amend my ticket to 2PM, but they said no. So I rushed back from Abu Dhabi to Dubai early in the morning to make it on time. When I arrived, they told me my ticket was actually for 7:30PM, not AM, and refused to let me in. I ended up having to pay an extra 100 AED just to change it back to the time I originally booked. I was sure I booked 7:30am, but I did not want to stand there, contact the company operator, wait even longer so I just paid to get it over with, for a mistake I didn’t even make. This experience was poorly handled and incredibly frustrating. If you’re considering this attraction, I’d recommend booking with a different company. If you do book with this company, just make sure you read your time correctly on the second actual ticket they send you! This one left me feeling disappointed and overcharged. We had an entrance time booked for 5:00 pm. We arrived at the queue for tickets at 4:45 pm. Then we continued to wait in queues until 6:15 pm when we got in the elevator to go to the 124th floor. We spent around 20 minutes taking in the incredible view then we joined yet another queue to take the elevator back down. The building is truly amazing but unfortunately our experience was marred by waiting in long queues.
Queue lines were chaotic, elevators were quite warm, but the observation decks were well worth it. There was a glare/filth on the windows which means they need to be cleaned.
The lift queues to get up to the deck were relatively short and we had completed the experience within an hour. It was a little busy once we got there so difficult to get photos without others in the shot!
Excellent loved every minute of it hardly any ques the views were amazing well worth the money ! If you visit Dubai youv got to visit the Burj Khalifa!!
Great but short tour. Very very high. Amazing view of the entire city. Would highly recommend doing.
Stunning sunset views and spectacular views of the buildings after sunset! Be ready to take pictures in the elevator ride or a video, very entertaining one minute ride. Our walks in the building were filled with information of how the Burj was built. My dad even enjoyed the coin press at the end and ice cream at the observation desk cafe.
Great to get up there and see with my own eyes. The lights in the evening were awesome. Do this and fountain boat ride on same day.

Excellent service. The driver promptly picked me up at my location, took me to the Burj Khalifah, allowed me to tour, and picked me up at the appointed time. Excellent service by this company.
The elevator show to the top was pretty cool, and the engineering marvel of designing it very impressive. View was disappointing at the top, as the glass is a bit foggy and unclear for pictures. There is also some telescopes at the top.
Very impressive building. The history of how it was built was particularly interesting. Also, the photo package that they sell was well done.
Got to see Dubai from the 125th floor. Ut was a spectacular 360 views. All the way up in a min from the 1st floor. There was a haze were you couldn't see far away. I was hoping to see the sail shaped hotel clearly.
Have been here many times and you never get tired of the views, still fabulous. Will continue to do this tour
