Your journey begins when you step into the 'At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY lounge', from where you will be personally escorted to a dedicated elevator. SKY is the newest attraction to open in the Burj Khalifa on floors 125 and 148. This makes SKY the world’s highest observation deck. The new public observation deck stands at a height of 555 meters.
Fantastic experience, something everyone should do at least once in their lifetime. Getting the ticket is a rather convoluted process though, and the headline on the voucher saying 148th floor is unnecessarily misleading when you've only booked for entry to 125th floor
You have to swap your QR code for a physical ticket the the Burj Khalifa ticket desk before you can enter. This was really easy to do. There are lots of signs for The Burj Khalifa inside The Dubai Mall making it easy to find. The experience is really good. The views from the 148th floor are incredible. Lots of photo opportunities. We had a choice of soft drinks and light snacks on 148th floor included in our ticket. There's toilets and gift shops too. We arrived at 5pm and stayed until almost 7pm. So we got to see the views in daylight and at night. Highly recommend this experience 👌 Good value for money.
It was truly special to be able to go up to the observation decks. We had the professional photos taken and were extremely impressed.
I was persuaded to buy the gold experience and do not regret it. You skip the queues. You have access to level 148 for as long as you wish to stay. There are seats and a concierge offers refreshments. The views are spectacular and you can take photos without others in the shot, then relax and watch Dubai move. Afterwards you exit through levels 125 and 124 with everyone else - and of course the souvenir shop. Entry is through Dubai Mall.

Book it … VIP is the way to go !! This experience really made me feel like I was on top of the world so to speak . Yes I paid a little more for the ticket but the private lounge and drinks were a great perk. We had a generous amount of time to sit talk and look at the amazing views! I can’t wait to go back in 2030!!
It’s an amazing high rise but too expensive. It is the epitome of Dubai’s opulence. I did enjoy my time viewing the different levels.

The views were beautiful, no fog. Just know even if you book this for 8:30 am, there are no tours till 10. I was there for a short while and did not get to tour more. Had to rush to the airport.
I set up a Burj Khalifa top tour for 7pm through Viator, I never received my ticket. I had to contact the actual vendor only to find out tours stop at 6pm. Messed up the last day of my trip, update you website with valid tour times
Extremely long waiting lines to go up and also to get down. Waited almost 2 hours. As we were traveling with kids and elderly, it is not comfortable for them as there is nowhere to sit and rest legs while waiting that long.
Plan to do this, the views are incredible and allow them to take your picture at the entrance, the end result is great. That picture is our favorite souvenir. Also buy your skip the line ticket! you will be so very grateful you did. We avoided having to be in a large room crammed with people trying to get in, while we walked peacefully by without a wait. Time is everything when there are many things to see on vacation, so avoid the stress
Due to the conflict in the Middle East we were unable to travel via Dubai. I contacted the company to ask about a potential refund as travel was outwith our control. They responded initially but then when I had sent them proof of travel documentation and chased them up there has been no response. Very disappointed in their customer service

Do Not Visit – Visited the **Burj Khalifa “At the Top” observation deck and was extremely disappointed. The place is overcrowded, with long wait times—my wait was 6 hours! I landed at the top around 7:30, and it was just as crowded on the way back down. There’s barely any space to take photos, and the photo package costs double the ticket price. Overall, not worth the money or the time.Waste of Money
Our reservation was for 6 pm. We stood in line for one hour. The smog/fog made it very difficult to see anything. We waited until it got dark and building lights went on. Getting out was a nightmare! For the price experience was poor. Over $200 USD each.
Horrible lines. Spent more time in lines than at the top and the top was severely crowded and underwhelming.
I know it's the tallest, but it took ~2 hours in line to get up there even with advanced booking. Pretty sure the people who didn't also got in within 5 minutes or when I did. And there is absolutely no one preventing people from cutting in line. Spent 10 to 15 min at the top before I realized there was yet another line to go down. Probably took about 20 to 25...probablt better to just book a really tall hotel instead.
Worth it, please do yourself a favor and get the skip the line tickets (it works going up and down and those lines are serious, unless you go extremely early or late) Also going to the 148th floor and seeing the inner hallways and elevators of the building was a pretty cool experience.
Fantastic trip up the Burj! We did the gold pass where you go up to the 148 th floor so glad we did as we had very little queuing! It was so informative and extremely well presented and the views are amazing!

There were lines but they moved along well. From when we arrived to the actual lift was about 30min. Not too crowded when up there . A bit hazy but still a great experience. Lovely and friendly staff throughout

Arrive half an hour early Give enough time for returning as queue can be long. Evening slots are busier but worth the effort as after sunset the lights come on
Most definitely get the fast track passes, the queues are so long!! With the gold pass you bypass all the queues. You will be waiting hours if you don’t. We went to level 148. Once you are up there , there are drinks and nibbles. Amazing views. Get one of the staff to take a photo as the professional ones are expensive. Fabulous experience though.
The Burj Khalifa is a stunning building, so magnificent. Be prepared to queue for a long time, particularly hard when you have children who are getting bored. Once you finally get to the top, it’s full of amazing views and photo opportunities but be prepared for people deciding they need to set up poses for their pics whilst you’re standing there waiting for a non posed photo, very irritating to say the least. Very expensive for what is was but glad we did it

It was definitely worth spending the extra money for fast track access. We still had to join a couple of queues but this was minimal compared to those with a ticket to the first viewing platform. Lovely experience

Booking with this operator it appears to be a bait and switch scheme. I paid $125 for 2 tickets. The time and "pre- issued" ticket was confirmed for 8:30 and not refundable. About 10 minutes after I booked I got a call from the tour operator that the 8:30 booking that was confirmed and paid for was now no longer available. I had a choice of going at 10pm or paying more and going at 8pm or cancelling. That did not sound right and they also requested new payment outside of the Viator app. I phone Viator and they contacted the vendor and gave the same information that the vendor sent me. So I paid the extra $26 to get the 8pm slot through a link that Viator had the vendor send. Once this was paid they sent me the e ticket for the 8:30 tour that I had originally paid for and not the higher priced 8pm tour that I just paid. I wasted 4 hours in phone calls and chats trying to get the final e-tickets issued. Avoid this tour operator. The Burj Khalifa was great but this booking experience was not.
If you don’t choose skip the line the queues can be an hour or more before you get to the top. So please allow plenty of time. Once up there views are stunning especially at sunset.
Definitely get the fast pass or you will be waiting hours!!! Go during the day or just before sunset before it gets dark. The windows are dirty at the top and everything is blurry after dark. You will not have any clear photos of the view at nighttime. Also, go to the general taxi stand at the mall (the only way out unless maybe the MRT). The line is very long, but moves fast. Traffic is terrible there and our Uber was cancelled twice because they couldn't get in to pick us up. Or maybe schedule a ride ahead of time to meet you outside of the mall. MRT is probably best if walking there is not an issue.
Must do this , wonderful to get up to see the city at night . Just be there one hour your time to be inline
Booked for a 10am tour and are told to arrive aprox 15 minute before the time. We did so but there was not a really a point in doing do as we still had to wait for an hour in line for the elevator. I guess 1 hour is normal there so be prepared to do so. The view up there is amazing but over crowded so bring lots of patience with you if you want to get good photos.😁
The operator was not very specific about where to go to get the tickets in the Dubai Mall. They said by the food court. There are two food courts in the mall. Also, when we get to the counter to claim our tickets, the PDF they sent us was not opening. It took us about two hours between looking for the counter to get the tickets and downloading the vouchers. Once on the top, we had access to floors 124 and 125, and the view was nice, but we were upset of running all over the place looking for the right ticket office. The explanation from the tour company may work for a local, but we were coming from the United States. It is a good thing that everyone speak English. Plan two hours before your reservation time.
This company is misleading customers and selling invalid tickets. We booked tickets to Burj Khalifa, but what we received were NOT genuine entrance tickets. At the entrance, our tickets were rejected and we were told they were not valid. This completely ruined our plans and wasted our time and money.

I purchased tickets for the Burj Khalifa through Viator, but unfortunately the tickets turned out to be invalid/fake. I was denied entry at the venue, which completely ruined my plans. I contacted customer support immediately, provided all the required information, but I never received a refund. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. I do not recommend this service due to unreliable tickets and poor customer support.
Extremely negative experience. I strongly do not recommend this company. We were sold tickets for Burj Khalifa that turned out to be invalid. At the entrance, the tickets were not accepted, and we were denied access despite having planned our visit in advance and wasting a significant amount of time. After that, the company effectively took our money and has not issued a refund for over a month. Our repeated requests were either ignored or met with generic responses with no real action taken. What makes this situation even worse is the unacceptable behavior of their staff. During communication, we were subjected to offensive remarks based on religious beliefs, which is completely inappropriate and violates basic ethical standards as well as Viator’s policies. This is the worst service we have encountered while traveling. Lost money, ruined experience, and complete disrespect toward customers. I strongly advise against using this company.
I bought tickets from this agency, and they turned out to be completely invalid. I was denied entry and lost my time and plans. When I contacted their support, they refused to take responsibility, did not refund my money, and basically told me to get lost. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. This company is a scam. They sell non-working tickets and disappear when problems arise. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this agency if you don’t want to lose your money and nerves.
When we booked the ticked it did not the currency. After booking it said USD. There is not really discount after converting into CAD.
This is one of those “can’t miss” experiences in Dubai. There are three different choices (124-125, 148, or 152-155). If you pick one of the higher floors the lower floors are also included. I picked the 148th floor so I also got to visit the 124-125th floors. I chose this tour as the best compromise in price and experience. 148 also has an outdoor viewing area. I also chose a sunset visit which I recommend as well. Do not miss experiencing this. It was a great tour as you race to the 125th floor in just 77 seconds and then take a second elevator up to the 148th floor. From there head out to the observation deck for an awesome view! They serve drinks and hors d'oeuvres inside. There is some seating but be prepared to stand for most of your visit. I stayed on 148 until after sunset and the city lights came on, then went down to 124-125. Note that you cannot go back up to a higher floor. When I was finished I went down to leave the building and view the short, but nice, fountain show. Overall a very nice evening that you can easily round out (on your own) with dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants. I purchased transportation to and from the Burj Khalifa but would recommend you use a taxi both ways or get transportation to the event and get a taxi back so that you are not time restricted.
The dubai desert safari ,the fountain show and lotus Megas yacht was the best experience. Also the hotel (Marriot bonvoy dubai creek) had a nice view ,highly recommend 👌
I travel during Christmas time. So avoid high fees I booked in advance. But guy cancel the ticket at same day and end up paying high fees.
Great experience at the Burj kalifa and lovely views over Dubai. Be prepared to wait at peak times (1.5hrs during our visit to get the lift up) long wait on the way down also. Staff do well to manage the queues and frustration. Worth a visit when in Dubai.
