I recently purchased a two day ticket in Dubai at the Wafi Centre - Ester and Kaseem were amazing and so informative and helpful. The tour itself gave me so much information about Dubai - I did both the red and blue lines - and both while different were amazing. When my friend and I reached the Dubai Mall pick up point, we were warmly welcomed by Glenda and Abby...they recommended The Lost World Aquarium at Atlantis and also helped us purchased tickets at special rate - good experience at the aquarium with unique set ups.... The commentaries as we travel along were quite comprehensive and interesting. On the following day, at the Wafi Mall pick up, Abby recommended the Khan Murjan which was an interesting shopping area with Egyptian, Morrocan, Syrian products.... Very pleased with their warm and sincere service including driver Zahid

Kameel was our driver today and we have dealings with a number of the guides. Everyone is most helpful and the bus or both bus buses get us to where we want in a wonderful air-conditioned manner.

You wait fir 2 hrs and the bus didnt turn up had to get a taxi costing us 12 pound yo get hone We were there in plenty of time 5 20 pm and we were told last bus comes at 5.49 at 7 pm we eete wet sticky snd exhusted waiting we left in taxi

I do the hop on hop off bus every time I travel. I just wish this bus wasn’t an hour long between stops and more frequent.

Be careful, the blue route no longer stops at the Marina. It only has 3 stops. It cost us £30 a day to get to the mall to join the red route. Was only to use our 5 day pass for 2 days. Total rip off!

In general the bus tour is an interesting activity to enable you to capture the key sites within Dubai city, however we particularly wanted to visit the Gold Souk which we understood this tour would do, but despite a well recorded narrative as the bus goes around they do not stop at the Gold Souk, they stop at Dubai Gold Souk Extension which is an entirely different area and experience. I feel the narrative should explain this and give the paying visitors much more guidance as to where original Deira Gold Souk is located. Just a small point but clarification would make all the difference to the visit.

Fantastic experience, very interesting, saw so much of Dubai using the bus over 5 days, the drivers & the staff were so helpful & friendly, also went to Aquaventure & the Dubai frame which were included in the ticket, it was exceptional value. Can highly recommend & will use again when I come back to Dubai 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

August is a difficult month to tour due to the heat limiting service for the big bus. However, the bus drivers themselves were so gracious, kind and warm. Zahid - you are the best! Thank you for making it a day to remember.

I was so happy to find a Hop-on Hop-off company whose buses were still operating during my visit to Dubai on 1 & 2June 2026. A special mention must be made of the drivers Fazil and Thapa whose friendliness and helpfulness with directions when I asked for it was so much appreciated. I admire them for their courage to still drive their routes diligently even if there were sometimes only 2 to 6 passengers on the bus. Thank you Big Bus Dubai for showing me Dubai even during this volatile time!

The tour was amazing. Received excellent service from Fazil, Nawaz, Thabbie, Kamil and kudos to the ever smilling Mr Thapa who booked us.

I booked this tour because it was advertised as a 24 hour hop-on, hop-off tour. The tour is actually NOT 24 hours. When I arrived at 5:20pm, the bus driver told me the tour is actually from 9-5. I was not issued a refund and TripAdvisor refused to compensate me for its fraudulently advertised tour.

It was fun and a great way to see the city! Definitely recommended!

We were able to cover the whole city. The 5 day pass was a great value for us. We enjoyed the included extras with the 5 day pass; the Frame, sunset desert, aquarium and boat cruise. The red route is pretty much on time but there was bad Sunday traffic on the blue route. The narration is very informative.

Terrible traffic on the bus for over 3 hours got from stop 1-7 (out of 13) on one route only.

Big bus is a great way to get around to the main attractions in Dubai. Had a very good experience with it. Specially i took the bonus package with the dhow cruise and desert safari. the driver name nawaz was very nice give me the tips to make my desert safari experience more enjoyable. highly recommend the full package.

Red Route excellent value and great to understand old Dubai. Blue route wait until construction completed stuck as all we did was get stuck in traffic. Commentary at least 4 years old.

A good way to get around the city. Best to stay on the bus for the complete routes and go back to where you want to see later dues to the timing of the bus routes. Unfortunately the timetable is not kept to. One day we waited an hour for the next bus when should have been 40 minutes maximum. Couldn't fit in the boat ride that was offered.

Works well and goes to most of the places you want to go to, so makes travelling very easy, but the traffic can be very bad, particularly later in the afternoon / evening

We had the 48 hour pass and it was perfect for us. As Dubai is so big,we used the bus as our transport and we were able to get to all the major sites by using the two routes available. The ticket incurred a one hour boat cruise and entry to the Lost World Aquarium. Great value

Purchased online ticket and paper brochure advertisement specified dow boat cruise included in fees. Also receipt stated this. When boarding l was told by attendant Jessica this was not included so l paid another $76 dirhams. Will be contacting Tripadvisor for refund of overpayment for misleading advertisement.

The red tour is bringing you to a couple of good places, the buses are clean, the sound guide is nice storytelling and at most of the stops are very friendly people to help you. We booked also the Creek boat ticket, and the trouble began. The lady at the boat scanned the (digital) tickets on my phone, but mistakenly the bus tour tickets instead of the boat trip tickets. This rendered the bus tickets void after 3 hours instead of 24 hours validity and we couldn’t get on the bus anymore! Trying the helpline which is in fact a chatbot is very frustrating: it has a function of asking for a Live consultant, but even after waiting longer than for 1.5 hours nobody ever showed up in the chat nor called back. I also sent a mail and today, 6 days later, have not received any answer. Also the person on the busstop could not solve the problem, nor get a human to help. So the experience became very nervous, everytime we went on the bus we had to explain to the driver what happened, showing him our expired tickets. Sometimes they allowed us on board sometimes they denied. So at one point we took a taxi and went back to our hotel. Having done maybe a quarter of what we wanted to see (we did half of the red tour and no blue tour). Frustration overshadows the nice day 🙁

The tour was very informative and we did learn a lot. However, I must warn people that we were cheated when booking this tour online via the big bus app. This is the official web site of the company. We chose the 24 hour ticket with the additional cruise and we paid $72 each instead of the $55.20 for the 24 hour option. When we were listening to the tour on the bus, we learnt that the simple $55.20 ticket included the cruise and there was no need to pay the extra. Please be very careful. When traveling we all try to avoid this extra scamming by using official websites etc. Please be cautious when booking with this company.

A very informative way to see the city. Both the routes cover all aspects and main attaction the city has to offer. We had the 5 day option which meant we could enjoy all the stops. The Dhow boat ride was particularly good as was the deserr sunset tour. Special mention to our driver Vishu, he was very friendly and helpful. He really made our sunset tour special. I would highly recommend using the big bus tour in dubai. A good tip is to use the big bus app, it really helped with bus tracking from the bus stops also finding thr bus stops which tend not to havr big bus signs.

This was a great way to see all the major sites of the city. It's not possible to get off and on the bus at multiple stops due to all the traffic and congestion. We didn't have time to get off at many interesting points because we would miss the last bus. The last bus was also very late to arrive due to the traffic. If this is your only way to see and experience the sites of Dubai, get a multiple day pass.

The bus takes you to all the interesting sites. The 5 day ticket includes entry to several tourist spots and they are very enjoyable. However, the bus leaves every 40 minutes and a 25 minute break at Wafi Centre is far too long. It takes a very long time to reach the sites. The drivers were very informative and courteous

We did the red line, the blue line and the cruise on the creek. At £101 for 2 of us, it was well worth the money. Dubai is awesome and the tour was an excellent, informative way to get a handle on what there is and where. We caught the bus at The Mall, at 10am, and we're redelivered there at about 6.30pm ish. We only got off the bus at the creek cruise stop! If you want to get off at others, you'll need to start earlier or get a 48hr ticket. The last part of the bus tour was during rush hour, so we were stuck in traffic, which was unfortunate. But the whole experience was excellent and I would totally recommend it.

Best experience for 5 days ticket. Manu activities included: Desert Sunset, The Frame, Dhow Cruise, Atlantis Lost World Aquarium. Recommended 100%.

With just one day to see ALLof Dubai, we chose a hop on hop off bus tour. We chose Big Bus Dubai over its competitors as they offered real time bus tracking on the app. So you can tell if a bus is coming to your stop, or you just missed one. Now the next bus might be close, but thst may not mean it's soon, because the traffic was absolutely awful in a couple of places. Indeed we had to abandon and get a cab back to our hotel so we could make the airport. The tour itself took you everywhere. Good value too, although should we come again we'd have more time and buy a 48 hour ticket.

My Mum Big Sister & I enjoyed our entire day of 2 different Big Bus Tours that made have the best day. 1st New Dubai Bus Tour was 2.5 Hours & 2nd Old Dubai Tour was 2 Hours. So worth every penny & the ENITRE DAY!!!

We visited Dubai in December 2025 and decided to try the Big Bus hop on & off Bus tour. It was great and an amazing way to see the city . We stopped at the Creek and enjoyed a 1 hour Boat ride with a good guide (over the speakers ) telling us about the landmarks we were passing. Definitely worth the money .
