We visited Atlantis Waterpark as a family of four and purchased the weekend evening tickets, which allowed us to enter from 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. During the entire six hours, we were only able to try three slides, mainly because of the incredibly long waiting times. The queues were simply endless, and a huge amount of our time was spent standing in line rather than enjoying the waterpark. Even more disappointing was that from around 6:00 PM, some of the slides were already closed, despite the fact that our tickets were valid until 10:00 PM. This made it even more difficult to get value from our visit. Considering the very high ticket price, we expected a much better experience and significantly more access to the attractions. Sadly, for our family, this visit was a complete disappointment and certainly not worth the money. We would not recommend the evening ticket based on our experience.

The most traumatizing experience for myself , husband , for my 6 and 7 year old children. We arrived to the Atlantis to learn that the tickets we purchased were not valid . The Atlantis customer service said that these tickets were a scam and it not the first time . I explained I went through trip advisory and Viator . She said I’m sorry we Can’t let you in . I paid almost $300 and cabs from our port and back . We were devastated, we only had one day at Nassau and had planned this in advance. Kids were crying , and we had to end up spending close to $600 to stay until our port of call . In total it cost us $$1000 because of the scammers .
We had 2 rides in 3 hours, no queuing organisation, everyone was jumping the queues
We enjoyed a lot from the Good service ,Rides and the foods from baracudda was the best!Thank you so much for your excellent service Mr.Paul!I really appreciate your help you made our visit amazing.Your service was outstanding. Thank you for making our day so enjoyable! We had such a fun and smooth experience because of you.Thank you for your wonderful service.we'll definitely come back and recommend this place.
This water park really is amazing and huge, the shuttle buses are useful to get around. There is so much to do here, I'd suggest that 2 days might be better, if you want to experience everything here. There is so many slides big and small for all ages. Some of the bigger slides get very busy and queuing times can be long, get to the bigger slide first thing!! Lots of places to eat, or order food from, it was nice being able to order food from a sunbed and have it delivered to us.
Absolutely shocking and diabolical experience. I’d advise anyone else to avoid this park during December or new year. We paid £210 for the 3 of us to attend the waterpark and the queues for the slides were unbelievably bad that my Husband and Son only got down one slide and used the lazy river. I gave up and never got down any slides, not one, I sat on a sun lounger and used the lazy river, that was it. I complained to management and because our tickets were bought through an app no refund was possible, was advised we should have paid express tickets at a further £100 per person. Get a grip, over £500 for 3 people to attend a waterpark, give over. Utter CON, they should not have crammed so many people into a park that hard working people paying normal priced tickets should be forced to endure such POOR SERVICE!! Even though sections at a slide advised “25 mins to go at this section”, then “now 10 mins to go” - it actually turned out to be double those times. It took TWO HOURS to queue for one slide. AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE. We have been to Siam Park, Atlantis Bahamas, Volcano Bay and loads more every other park has been exceptionally superior service than this utter diabolical s8 show of a park. It was the last day of our holiday too and it was completely ruined by this experience. All 3 of us left utterly fizzing. If I could rate this park minus ten stars I would. Avoid going!! Save yourself the pain, misery and disappointment. Or go if you are happy to she’ll out £200 for a day in a cold lazy river.
The tour provider did not send our tickets. Called the tour provider, spend about 1 hr at the check in counter waiting for them to send them to us. The clerk at the water park said it would have been quicker and cheaper to buy them at the park.
We absolutely loved our day at Aquaventure Atlantis. We arrived early in the morning and it made a huge difference. We were able to go through all the major slides before the crowd came in. I highly recommend going here if you’re a thrill seeker 😊
It is very expensive. It is very busy. The queues are unacceptably long. The slides are great but you have to wait and there are soo many people. You cannot bring your own food in and the ameneties there serve fast food that is ultraprocessed and extremely overpriced. Lockers aren't included and it's £9 for a small one. You can wear your own crocs but you have to take them off before beginning queueing for the slides. Some people had sock shoes that might be an option as you can wear these on the slides. Overall it is an experience being on the palm and being part of this opulent attraction but honestly it is not worth the money and there are simliar waterparks in Dubai and close by that are just as good, better value and less rammed.
Booked through get your guide before Attended for 10 opening time very busy long wait decided to buy fast pass for two adults this cost £305 expensive but fast pass is a must as park is so busy Park is immaculate staff are extremely nice You also get use of the beach which is beautiful
Bought tickets on official site as get extra day free which was amazing two days for price of one Loads of family rides got there for opening and had good hour with no long queues it did get hot from lunch and the floor is lava is a real game here even with double water socks it was hot on our feet All staff helpful new water shoes availability at every kiosk and even food people help with directions Every single life guard friendly and helpful you do have to remove own water shoes with grips for some rides so if you need to hold on tight maybe use their free ones We had the best time here so much fun It is big it was hot and tiring the steps are a killer especially when carrying a tube for the ride and the drink prices are expensive but we made some amazing memories
We swimmed with dolphins. Our trainer was from Portugal, Marcos and other our guide/trainer from Indonesia; Joshua. Theu were fantastic. Joshua is always smiling, answering all of my questions patiently.
It was smooth and easy to organize the ticket with the agency. They are helpful. The Aquaventure park is amazing and huge. With e-ticket the entry was easy and fast. I highly recommend to book your tickets/ trips with the team.
Very good enjoyed it but wish we got tickets earlier, communication was okay but if we received them the night before instead day off would of been better
The water Park itself was great... the day was very hot and supposedly much quieter than what it can be (it was still very busy). The line ups were around the 30min. its disappointing that you are unable to bring your own food as the food inside is a crazy price plus the towel rental fee is quite expensive for the day also ($15 per towel to hire). The biggest letdown was getting stung by trip advisor with the tickets. We are Australian and have purchased using trip advisor before and assumed the price was in AUD ..... little did we know it was un US dollars and it ended up costing us more than it would have if we had of just bought the tickets at the gate. The tickets didn't get sent to us until we were at the gate as i was messaging the agency that i had not yet received them with the wife and kids at the gate... not a good look.... father of the year can't even organise tickets to a water park..... hahaha. If I was to go again at that time of year i Would take a towel and thongs to walk around the park as the concrete gets very hot....even through the socks supplied. I would also try to do 2 days there as it is a very big water park.
We took the cab to the waterpark. Really easy was straight in with my details. Got our locker which you pay extra and wrist watches as its much easier to attach a credit or debit card and then you can go freely around the waterpark. Queues were not so long. Went on various rides. Family enjoyed everything. Rides and food was amazing. Thank you Peace Land Travel and Tourism for an excellent day!!!
Excellent place to spend d day in the hot summer sun in Dubai. Staff were very helpful n friendly. My husban's expensive I phone fell from his pocket while on a ride and they went all out to find it for him.
photograph price outrageous £29 per copy, can of coke expensive £6 ice cream £9 in the theme pack all other things were very good staff very friendly and helpful.
This review is nothing to do with the tour company used to purchase the tickets this is for the Lost Chambers in general. We went early afternoon via taxi and our E tickets were sent to us via What’s up/Email. Ignore when it says paper copy required. Not nescessary as they scan the bar code in entry. It was not busy so we got in straight away. We went round the area in under an hour. Beautiful sealife and loads of pics taken with no people crowding around…. On a busy day you could be a little longer but not much more than 2 hrs. We did not go for the Aquapark as our stay is not long but however will consider this for next time. Having looked at other aquariums maybe worth visiting others close by. More interaction and more to see from other places I have seen. Make sure if you stay longer to make use and get your moneys worth especially if tourist places. Do the research… Tour company was very good with communications, getting our tickets ready and answered any questions we had. Overall good customer service. Will use them again in the near future 👍☺️
Very good but someone should say that the shoe slippers are free or a sign because I did not know so I was struggling
Outstanding, unique experience with slides boat and neat parks. Wonderful experience woooo. From PEACE LAND TRAVEL AND TOURISM

It was a great experience with my friends and family..🤩 Great exprience with peace land travel he delivered the same thing which i have booked HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
It was really Amazing and Awesome trip. Every thing is upto mark. Really Enjoyed alot I definetly suggest my friends to avail it
Its a good pleasent moment and enjoying the family tour, with my best friend , its very enjoying able for kids
Please be careful buying tickets. I never got to go In because the tickets were for the aquarium not the park. The tickets were deceiving. Then Viator did not provide a number to cancel, I had to get my refund through my bank. It was an annoying process. I basically paid a taxi to take me to Atlantis only to pay again to take me back to the hotel.
It was just okay. Not well signposted to find your way around. Very expensive for what it is. Thought it’d be more like a theme park but it wasn’t. You have to pay even more for a locker and they don’t work well.
Very beautiful and very nice and bye
Well, where should one start... best with the fact that you shell out 175.- euros for four hours. That would still be okay if you didn't already need 45 minutes just to get anywhere near a slide. 85 AED is charged for a locker to store your change of clothes. You should keep the receipt for it, as the system with the watch doesn't always work. You can easily waste 30 minutes there until someone is found to fix it. Then off to the first slide. 45-minute wait, no ventilation, no misting.. The Americans in Vegas already did that better.. This shouldn't be a problem here, right? The slides are great, just zero management, zero system.. After that, lined up for the next slide for another 45 minutes. Note on this, because of the orange one in the White House, there is almost nothing going on here.. what happens here when it's normal operation!!!! . After three slides, it was closing time at the Trident Tower at 6:00 PM. Many others closed down too. What is that supposed to mean? I booked until 8:00 PM! The prices for food and drinks are extreme anyway, and then this. You just don't feel like denying yourself anything. Thanks, but that was a big ZERO.
We were really looking forward to our visit to Atlantis Aquaventure – especially swimming with dolphins, which I had booked and paid for in advance. Unfortunately, the entire process was a disappointment: • No dolphin encounter as booked: On site we were told that the swim could not take place as planned because “self-protection” is taking place (probably disinfection or similar) and therefore you should not keep your head under water. That should have been communicated to us in advance – an info on the website or by email would have been the least. • Change booking to “Playing with dolphins”: We had to resort to a less intense interaction. This was disappointing for our children as they were looking forward to swimming. • Missing Express Passes & Wrong Wristbands: Although we had booked express access, we received incorrect wristbands – which led to confusion, waiting times and frustration. • No access to lockers: Our key bracelets did not work – result: 45 minutes at the overwhelmed Customer Service instead of with the family in the water. • The only bright spot: The payment process went smoothly – unfortunately, that was the only thing that worked. ⸻ Conclusion: A high-priced day with too much organisational chaos and little transparency. For families with children absolutely not recommended if you rely on a premium experience. Definitely not a good Price quality ratio. The processes urgently need to be improved – especially communication and service orientation.
It's the best water park we've ever visited for a set of rides. Only a lot of people, a lot. Stash things exactly in storage except spanking and phone (with card or NFS). Phone in a waterproof case. Climbed everything, the longest queues for over an hour stand on a high slide that's through a fishbowl that's not even particularly visible when you fly fast. It's hard for kids in line to wait that long.
Not very special, dolphinarium and Sealife were more beautiful. Entire tour takes no more than 20 minutes
