Aquaventure World: Waterpark Day Pass (With Options For Aquarium)

Had the best experience today. Myself and boyfriend took the premium lounges and had the best treatment from the staff Madhav, Ranga and Prasad you guys did above and beyond for us thank you so much. Would also like to thank the lifeguards and medical team you have. They were fast acting when we had a small accident and they were amazing, fast acting and treatment was awesome. Thank you all so much.

A great place for family and friends to enjoy waterpark adventures

We visited the park on 1st November and rented Private Cabana #13. Having a private cabana made our day incredibly relaxing, comfortable, and private.Our cabana host, Thet, was absolutely amazing. He regularly checked on us throughout the day, provided helpful recommendations about the park, and ensured we had the best possible experience. He also assisted us with our food orders and arranged a fresh fruit platter for us.The level of service was exceptional, and honestly, you couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you, Thet, for making our day so memorable and enjoyable. Your hospitality truly made a difference!

It was an amazing experience from start to finish! Everything was perfectly organized, and we had such a wonderful time. We especially want to highlight our guide, Paul, who was absolutely fantastic! We went as a family on the first day of the UK half term. There were too many people admitted, queues for rides were too long (some an hour) but no signs for some giving you an indication of this wait. Some lunch venues were not open which resulted in an hour and half wait for 2 kids meals and a pizza! We were not the only ones. This took a huge part of our day out especially if you factor in the bonkers process to use the wristband to pay so you don’t have to carry a phone. With the price of the tickets totalling over £300 and you can’t take in your own food so you have to buy it. I can’t recommend Aquaventure.

Great variety of slides Paid extra for a Premium reserved seating area - subbed, towels and mini-locker for valuables. Well worth it overall, and great service from our dedicated attendants: Sithu, Karim & Siraj M. Thank you.

We upgraded to the premium seating near torrent beach. The staff members Sithu, Karin and Suraj M were all amazing they looked after us all day and were so friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing time at Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark! Everything was fantastic — the attractions, the atmosphere, and the overall experience. There is something for everyone, both adults and children. The park is beautiful, well-organized, and full of fun. Definitely a must-visit in Dubai! We would love to come back again. Fab day at the waterpark, we come here everytime we’re in Dubai (we usually stay at the Atlantis Hotel but stayed elsewhere this time) and it’s always as fun as the last time. Our cabana host (sorry can’t remember his name but we were in 2 The Cove on 22 Oct) was fantastic polite fast and nothing a bother everytime we rang the bell! See you again soon Atlantis 😊

We got there and there were very long queues and i had a POD child, when we informed the security there she told us we have to queue. Then after waiting I asked someone else and she sent us directly to a counter. At the counter, the lady didnt mention that the large area for the young kids with the slides is closed and there was only the splash area available. After paying and getting in the we realised it was closed so you can imagine the disappointment on my POD child's face not understanding why its closed. Then i went to get towels i was told i have to pay but i told them I called earlier to check for towels and i was told we will be given towels and sock for free he said no that's not possible. Then i had to pay AED 90 per chair as there was no were available for 1 free chair for a POD child. At the end we left after an hour as we didn't enjoy it at all as that one area that was open for my child was overwhelming him due to being overcrowded. It was our first and last time as it is not suitable for a special needs child.

We had such a wonderful family day at Aquaventure at Atlantis Dubai, and Sajjad was a huge part of what made it so special! We were a group of six with a cabana, and he looked after us from start to finish. He went above and beyond, making sure we got wherever we needed to go efficiently and that our food was delivered properly. We also had food allergies in our group, and he personally spoke with the chef to make sure everything was safe for us. That care and attention meant so much. I also had a small injury while at the park, nothing serious, and he quickly arranged for a paramedic to help. He was so extremely attentive throughout the day, and we honestly felt like royalty! This was some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was so happy, and we left feeling we’d had one of our best days together. I couldn’t have been happier! Thank you, Sajjad, for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our experience truly memorable and were a fantastic example of the exceptional hospitality Dubai is known for. :)

We had an amazing day at Atlantis Aquaventure -- it it seriously isn't famous for nothing! A huge shoutout to Paul, who welcomed us with such a warm, friendly attitude and set the tone for a fantastic day of fun. A full day was not enough with so many fun and cool things to experience, so we will surely come back for more.

Non existent customer service … no communication via email no questions answered. Shocking when tickets have to be purchased for a specific day. This water park is so far removed on the outskirts of the palm not in the centre of Dubai such as Marina or JBR when things are easy accessible. You will waste your time going all that way to ask a simple question that should have been emailed or communicated better. Very poor understanding of English better to go if you understand Indian languages or Arabic or Philippines if not don’t bother. Atlantis … do better you are are settling for sub standard customer service.

Second time here and it was amazing again! We had the premium sunbeds, which were definitely worth it. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, especially Si Thu, Karim and Sreejith. They made our experience even better! ☀️ Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic family day out. Recommend booking the private seating areas to keep belongings, have lunch and relax between rides. Si Thu, Karim and Sreejith took great care of us all day !

Excellent day, clean and tidy, lots of helpful staff and lifeguards, 10/10 highly recommended. The aquarium. Was amazing and even got invited to the fish hospital which was really interesting and a great addition to the day.

We have an annual pass and every time we come we enjoyed like a first time And Harsha ana Patrick helped us too much and they are so kind and nice with guide us and understanding our concerns Thank you for being part of making such a beautiful memory with our children. ❤️

All seemed very good to start. Given a wristband and into the water park. Went to secure sunbeds, lots available spread across the area then to the lockers. No attendants and not easy to understand . Finally got a locker and paid via my phone and wristband. Went on a couple of rides. Queued for ages for aquaconda. Finally sat in ring, technical issues, no idea how long, gave up after 15 minutes. Later happened again. Ride opened then broke down again whilst we were queuing. Went to the river rapids and that was closed due to someone being sick in it. Then bought some drinks, opened them, told to pay, offered my wristband and said it didn’t have credit card details on it so had to go back to the lockers, get cr dit card, back to pay. I had paid for my locker using the card and wristband. So confusing. Not enough help or signage. Waste of money. Do not go

This water park is very good the best time to visit is 10am to 12pm or 5pm to 6 pm because it is less busy and some of the rides are so scary the most scariest is leap of faith I suggest to not go on that ride and you have to do lots of walking the best ride is the zoomarang ride it is so fun to know if it is for young kids check the size of the ride check like this age of the kids and then you’ll see if it is a kid ride

This park is confusing and very poorly designed. It's very confusing to understand where the rides are & how to get around. Hard to figure out where to get on and off the different slides. You leave your shoes at the ride entrance and then end up at the other side of the park having to navigate back to find your shoes, and dealing with the extremely hot walkways. We only stayed an hour, wouldn't go again. The lost world aquarium was cool, don't know if it's worth the admission. But was good for an hours enjoyment.

We had an amazing time. Day pass with aquarium was great. We also booked premium seating which came with a phone/wallet locker and 2 beds, umbrella and towels. The 2 gentleman working there were lovely. Hakum and Kariem where great. Also welcoming and willing to give advice. They are an asset. We will definitely be back

Kishor cabana host he was very much present and helpful throughout our visit help us arrange buggy, food and everything we could ask for. He made our visit special.

A Fantastic Day Out for All Ages We had a brilliant day at Aquaventure Waterpark and were very impressed with the overall experience. The entire park was spotless and clean, with everything looking well maintained throughout our visit. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. There was an excellent variety of rides suitable for all ages, from calmer attractions for younger visitors to more thrilling rides for anyone looking for excitement. The changing facilities were clean and fresh, which was especially appreciated at the end of the day. Fresh cold drinking water was also available from the taps, making it easy to refill our bottles and stay hydrated. My top tip would be to bring water shoes, as both the floor and the sand become extremely hot. I would also recommend arriving as early as possible. We enjoyed much shorter queues during the first few hours, but the rides became very busy later in the day. The only negative for me was the lazy river. It did not seem to have as much power or flow as those at other water parks we have previously visited. However, this was only a small issue and did not spoil an otherwise fantastic day. Overall, Aquaventure is an excellent waterpark with something for everyone. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend visiting.

It was a great experience from the entrance all the way to the park. The staff were so welcoming with a smile and they were ready to help. I interacted with some I ended up knowing there names and I must say Jessica, Mudassir, Dorcas, Dilan and Eunice were so helpful. Definitely I will be back to have more fun.

We had an amazing day at Aquaventure Waterpark, and a big part of that was thanks to Jessica, who took care of us at Cabana #31 during our visit. She was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we spoke with her, and genuinely went out of her way to help us make the most of our time in the park. She took the time to suggest activities and slides based on what we were looking for, which made planning our day so much easier and more enjoyable. Her enthusiasm and attentiveness really stood out — it's clear she cares about giving guests a great experience. Thank you, Jessica, for making our visit even more memorable!

Amazing experience at the premium area, Paul & Julius looked after us well. My husband and brother in law loved all the slides & appreciated the buggy’s in between locations to get to different parts of the park. I was pregnant and was brought cool towels and drinks to my sun lounger!

Is really fun The enjoyment and the smiles makes the place fantastic. And the oceanarium is beautiful

We have a small child hence why we came here as she would love the todler section - this was closed on arrival - no updates on this - she couldn’t go on anything which was really disappointing- was major too busy didn’t enjoy wouldn’t come again
