Great tour from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. Well organized, comfortable trip, and very helpful staff. A pleasant experience and definitely recommended.

I had the most AMAZING time in Abu Dhabi. Ahmed took the time to even add last minute requests to go inside the Presidential Palace and arranged for us to visit the Louvre museum. He was vwry knowledgable and answered all of my questions regarding the site! Oh and he’s an AMAZING photographer! He definitely captures everyone well and I’m so grateful for my photos

Ali was great. It’s a full day tour of everything you wanna see or need to see while here in Dubai. The bird does take a long time to get to see it was an hour and a half of waiting in line sometime up there and then another half hour to wait in line to come back down. That was the only drawback. The monorail at the Palm is closed, so you really don’t get to see much at the palms. Apart from that great Tour for seeing everything in one day. Ali was very good

Ali and Mansha are the best duo for this tour. Very helpful to all the tourist with insider information on where to get fair trade spices and gold. Burj Kalifa is ok. Enjoyed the trip for the most part. On our way to the Marina to have more fun under the sun.

Rizwan guide and driver fakir It was a very nice tour. SHEIKH ZAYED THE GRAND MOSQUE was phenomenal!! You need to go there definitely. We bought Dubai chocolate and Arabic pretty souvenir lamps. Half day and full of experiences. City landmark was all explained in Korean.

Rizwan guide and mahir driver I had an interesting experience. The guide was very organized and, above all, very very patient. He explained things several times and always tried to ensure that everyone followed the recommendations. If asked if I would recommend him, I said yes, and that they would be in safe hands. Regarding the driving, it was good; I even fell asleep without any trouble, but for the rest of the trip, while I was awake, the driving was comfortable.

Ahmed was a great guide. He informed us about many sights we were seeing. Not his fault but we were combined with other people doing different things. Caused unexpected delays.

Ahmed speaks English and Spanish. He is really friendly and solve any question you may have. He helps us with photos and give us suggestions. I do not like to attend so many shops.

Today I took a full-day trip with a friend from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. The driver's arrival at the meeting point was changed from 5:00 a.m. to an hour later. Traveling on a dilapidated bus, the noise in the bus while driving was extreme, the driver drove with us like cattle, he couldn't shift gears. The positive thing was that they gave us headphones with an interpretation in several languages ​​EN, Arabic, … Sheikh Zayed Mosque was beautiful, clean, we had to follow the dress code as in the instructions. However, the guide and driver made money from this because they convinced women that they should rent an abaya for 35 D, even if they had a long skirt, covered their hands, and a headscarf. In the end, all the women on the bus rented an abaya and a headscarf, because otherwise the guide did not want to take us on a tour of the mosque. At the nearest stop of the trip in the shopping center it was possible to buy an abaya from 45 D, much nicer and made of better fabric. The rented abaya was just nylon. There was no organization in the mosque, you were supposed to go in a group, the guide broke up the group right at the entrance and left me in the mosque, in the end I had to find my way and go back to the bus on my own. Then there was a stop at Yas Mall, where there was a free program of 50 min., it was not clear from the ordered ticket whether you have lunch or not. Al-Fanar restaurant is great, great service, delicious food. For two lunches (fish, chicken, rice, 2 juices, dessert we paid 135 D. The old town was nice, lots of stalls, magnets, souvenirs, the beach was nice, the museum was nicely done, air conditioning, we saw views of the palace and buildings from the bus. We stopped for 10 minutes at the shore for a photo with the market on the other side of the shore. This was followed by a visit to a carpet shop, where they offered us "handmade" according to a template, nice colors, golden threads, but poor quality workmanship, threads were sticking out on each painting, prices depending on size from 120 $ - 8000 $. We only saw the Louvre Museum from the parking lot. Instead of wasting time selling carpets, we could have eaten in peace or seen Yas Mall. The guide at each stop only showed men's toilets, which means that I spent a lot of time just looking for toilets. This trip is absolutely not worth the stated 67 $, really more like $37 as they say after the discount. I've already traveled a lot around the world, and I haven't had such a poorly organized trip in a long time. I was looking forward to Abu Dhabi, but after this trip I wouldn't go there again via Gray Line UAE & Oman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
