This is my first tour with TourRadar and I was impressed. The tour manager Nabil Zaky and Richatd Ramos were both very helpful. My friend got hurt few hours before the tour started, and we were very concerned. Nabil took my friend to a hospital emergency room and also helped her during the entire trip, so she could finished as planned - she could not do so without Nabil's help! Richard is very nice and helped us with transportation arrangement etc. I am very grateful to his help. My airport driver Ibrahim was also very nice, he pick me up from hotel at 3:30 am to go to the airport and helped me with luggage. The local guides are also very knowledgeable. Everyone I met during this trip hired by TourRadar was nice and helpful. I recommend them and will travel with this company again.

It was a great experience. Rizwan was a wonderful tour guide and very friendly. We saw much of Abu Dhabi in a short time possible so if you don't have much time but want to experience alot of Abu Dhabi I suggest you go for this tour.

Rizwan was a fantastic tour guide. Shakeel the driver was also great. They make a great team. Both are patient and carried our small group very well. We did a lot of touring for the time allotment. Adequate time was provided at the different locations. Only additional suggestion would be to provide water in the vehicle.

Rizwan guide. It is a good tour to get a quick look of Abu Dhabi so then you may visit all places. You do not need to worry about tickets for Mosque and he informs about the clothes we need to use.

We had such an amazing time with wael Ali, going through the different parts of Abu Dhabi. It was an exciting adventure we embarked upon. Picked us up right from our hotel. Wael Ali was full of energy and very educated and answered all our questions. Kept the group together well and did everything in good time under his leadership. We did a full day tour from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. The name of our tour guide was Rizwan. The beginning of our trip started with visiting the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.We got to explore the beauty of the mosque and our tour guide was very attentive and communicative with us. I’d highly recommend this for families and friends. We ended our trip with visiting the Heritage Village and a view of president palace in Abu Dhabi.The bus was equipped with an Ac and charging stations.

Good connection between transportation since the pick up up to the meeting point of the bus. Everything on time. The tour guide was excellent while providing advises and coordinating the visitors on each stop. The tour was great, the mosque is beautiful, worth to see. While in the bus we were given headsets so while we were on the move we could hear interesting facts about Abu Dhabi and UAE. I’d recommend Gray line services for anyone who comes to Dubai and wants to spend a day sightseeing around Abu Dhabi.

Wail Ali was very friendly and cooperatively - also good was that i understood her English very good, because my language is german. The Moschee was very beautiful and the highlight from this tour. But note that you have to rent a dress if you are a woman and dont fully covered your skin.

Ahmed mahir This 4-hour Abu Dhabi tour was absolutely fantastic! The highlight was definitely the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque—its breathtaking beauty and majestic architecture left me speechless. It’s truly a must-see in one’s lifetime. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and patient, always ready to answer any questions and making the experience even more enriching. The driver was also punctual, courteous, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. The whole tour was well-organized with perfect timing. Highly recommended—totally worth it!

Abu Dhabi was an amazing adventure! It was our second location for our weeklong trip in celebration of my friend's birthday; we were in Dubai first. I'll get to that one in another review. While the location and sights were picture perfect, there were some pitfalls due to Grey Line, which I will outline below. Random messaging on WhatsApp at inappropriate hours: I went with my friend on her birthday trip and on the Abu Dhabi tour I started receiving WhatsApp message at 6 a.m. (Abu Dhabi time). It wasn't an urgent message -- it was to notify us that our pick up that day was at 1:30 p.m. (7 hours later). Stops at stories for kickbacks: The Abu Dhabi tour included stops at special stores which are really just places where the drivers can make commissions or kickbacks for bring traffic to their shops. One shop in particular, I got hustled for a $100 abaya I did not need. It was from some guy named Sami. I learned later that it was MUCH cheaper in the market. Grey Line needs to make the trip about its customers - take us to places that WE want to go like the president's mansion or the Emerites Palace which would be a better fit for those visiting for the first time. Or even inside the Ferrari museum, ect. Not a shop where they hustle you for money and try to sell you carpets and trinkets that you can get at any market for cheap.
