Worst experience ever in my whole trip. Driver/guide was on silence for the whole trip. Speeding and using his phone most of the trip. No music/ car air conditioning very poor. Everyone was entering to the White Mosque with their guide except us. Felt alone and lost at the same time, to much to see and learn but without a proper guide is not worth it!

The tour operator/driver who went by his last name Ali was racist, very disrespectful and just very rude. He came on time and got my son and I from our hotel. We sat in the middle row of the SUV. Then he went and picked up two German white couple who went and sat in the 3rd row without any problem. He engaged them in conversation about Germany and the time he went for his job from Pakistan. By the time he got to the 3rd pick up which was just 1 person he asked me and son to move to the 3rd row so that the German couple couple could sit in the middle row because he wanted to show them respect and make them comfortable. As a black African American that did not sit well with me. Because we all paid to do the tour so why should the color of your skin determine who sat where. I tried not to be disrespectful especially because my son does not like when I get confrontational with anyone. I was ready to as to be taken back to my hotel but fortunately he stopped and said everyone in his vehicle was going to be transferred to another mini van for the tour. Thank goodness. The new driver was very respectful, helpful and pleasant but that bad start pretty much ruined the trip for me. I honestly do not recommend him taking anyone.

This is a scam. Unfortunately my experience was not what I expected or paid for. The itinerary has a list of different places we were supposed to visit, but was only taken to visit the mosque. This was not worth the money at all. I heard great things about Abu Dhabi and was really looking forward to this experience.

Very good experience with Mr Khan . We had a great time and the guide was so friendly and helpful ! The tour was done on day of bombing but our guide was very calm and took all safety precautions.

It was the cheap option among others. But the driver/tour guide did not manage us well. We got picked up first so the car was empty. It was 3 of us but he told us to split, 1 in the front & 2 at the back. Me and my friend had to squeeze our leg at the narrow back seat of toyota fortuner, because he SAID the other tour member would be a 3 person of a family. Which turns out it was only 2 people instead of 3. We were very squeezed at the back seat, when we asked the driver to move the middle seat a bit forward, he said no. So we had to spend 9 hours squeezing at back seat, got sore leg afterwards thanks to him! Next time I would choose other tour, I think

You are taken to a market that sell dates, which you can taste and buy. Also taken to what is classed as art gallery, it is not a art gallery , looked like expensive tat. The grand mosque is worth a visit, so is the emirates palace.

Great whirlwind tour of Abu Dhabi! The guide, Shahid, was a great communicator and made sure we saw all the highlights. Plan for a longer day than expected due to traffic. It was 2-2.5 hours driving each way. Plenty of water offered. Stops for lunch and photos. Some free time was nice. Car was very cramped.

Tour guide was great. The place is so beautiful, and of course the mosque is a must see. Also remember most prices at markets and stores are negotiable.

Book with another company or tour guide . During our tour we were rushed , drove in a tight car and forced to sit in the back as the tour guide favored other guests over us and catered to them . The tour guide Sunny was constantly rushing us and rude . Our whole experience was killed by the rudeness and contantly being rushed . I wouldn’t advise anyone to go through this tour with this tour guide Sunny . Save your time book somewhere else

Hello, I had a very bad experience with the customer service team. I made a booking on your website last night for a 9:00 a.m. pickup. As recommended, I was downstairs at 8:50 a.m. for the pickup. When I noticed that no one was there and that no one had tried to contact me, I called customer service around 9:15 a.m. They told me they had been trying to reach me on WhatsApp. I asked them to call me directly since WhatsApp doesn’t work well in the UAE (due to several restrictions). Two different drivers then tried to contact me, but neither of them had my pickup address, and both told me they were very far away and couldn’t pick me up. When I relayed this information again to customer service, the agent started shouting on the phone, saying it was my fault because I had made a last-minute booking and that I needed to wait longer. I strongly encourage you to review the recorded phone calls, as they are logged. The agent was unpleasant and extremely rude. The driver only arrived at 10:00 a.m., apologizing for the delay and explaining that he had not received the information on time. I find the behavior of the phone operator unacceptable and inappropriate. It completely undermined the entire experience and any recommendation I would have made about your service.

Tour guide spoke good English and was very friendly and told us all we needed to know about dubai full history. Oh we had a good time and can't wait to visit again

Rah tourism has cheated us. After rescheduling the trip and they have confirmed it. They did not allot guide or communicated with us. They say 24/7 customer support but they never reply to calls or messages. Our one day in Dubai got wasted because of this cheaters. Viator has taken care about my refund. But it’s a disappointment because of this type of cheating companies

Ghulam was an excellent tour guide. He made the ride to the mask so enjoyable and provided tons information about the background of the cities and history. Our guide was great, friendly and polite. The content of the tour was good. BUT The problem is when on a shared tour we thought it would be like a minibus but NO it was a 7seater Toyota Prado wagon, and because we were last to be picked up, we were expected to climb across the folded middle seat into the seat at the back, (my husband is nearly 6'). the middle row had 2 young adults with an 8year old child, but they weren't moving. Only for the fact that the front passenger offered up her front seat for my husband we would not have been able to go!! It was certainly not feasible for the company to expect people to squash into the vehicle

I had a wonderful day. The rest of the tour participants slept on the way to Abu Dhabi and Rana gave me my personal history of Dubai. He was well informed and added humor to the day. We had a problem in the morning, and he handled it so professionally and made sure that everyone got the tour they paid for. He accomodated us and let us guide the tour. Our initial driver for the tour "Bilal" was extremely upset that he got lost picking us up at our location became unprofessionally rude to our group. His behavior was so unpleasant that we did not feel safe being with him the entire day for the tour. He yelled and even consistently pointed his phone directly at my face insisting that I gave him wrong directions and he would be late picking up other guest. His behavior was so alarming to our group that we at our 1st stop we requested a new driver for the remainder of the tour. However, I must give a 5 star rating for our new driver "Zahir", he was polite, helpful and very courteous and respectful for the remaining of our trip. Thank you Zahir for making the us comfortable for the remaining time of the trip after our bad experience with Bilal.

Don’t book this tour. I booked this tour to specifically go to the mosque. The other stops are just fillers and not at all informative. The guide didn’t talk or explain much during the duration of the tour. He said we would be visiting the mosque at 1600 and we didn’t go until about 1700. Just a very long day for really no reason. If you’re just looking to go To the mosque do not book this tour.

I will recommend everyone who wants to know Dubai or Abu Dhabi to choose Viator as their guide. We really appreciate the way the Viator treats their customers.

The day was very long and tiring. We were told the evening before our pick-up would be 08:00am, so we were ready for then (despite being told 9am originally). However, didn't turn up till 08:20. Whilst we did enjoy the day, we felt that too much was packed into the day. Apart from seeing the famous Mosque, our next favourite part was being able to walk down some sand and stand in the sea at the Historical Village. The 'Art' Museum was a waste of time and to be honest not really a museum. It was a shop, where they wanted you to buy either jewellery or rugs. We didn't arrive back to our hotel till 10pm so was very tired. We had been out for 14 hours, far too long and not the 9 hours advertised, which would have been more than long enough. The guide was very good, but wish he'd have told the noisy and rude other passengers to be quiet when he was talking. We missed half of the information he was trying to tell us.

first of all it would have been nice to know that the company provides your attire for the mosque. I think the date market, heritage village, and ferrari world was a waste of time. Our guide was about ready to put 65 year old women in the way back of a van when a young kid came on after us who could easily climb to the back. Our guide was not happy when we told him we can’t go way on account of us getting car sick too.

We had a wonderful day in Abu Dhabi with Amjad taking the wheel and guiding us through step by step. He even provided me with a ‘just in case’ Abaya for the Grand Mosque.

Incredible tour with lots to do and see, money well spent! Expect a full day in Abu Dhabi starting with Ferrari World, the magnificent Louvre Museum and the Mosque is the most beautiful place of worship I’ve seen (& have 50!! Countries!! Under my belt so I know a thing or two about traveling 😁😁) time your visit at sunset as the sun start shining on the white marble is an incredible optical effect not even at sunrise on the Taj Mahal I’ve seen it ! We had lunch at such a nice restaurant, the camel stew was delicious! Is a long day packed with activities and truly worth the experience.

There are two intercontinental hotels by a Marina in AUH And DXB , we were staying in AUH where we wanted a days tour, but not starting in DXb

There is a LOT of shopping thrown in. In my opinion they understate how many shopping stops there will be, and overstate how thoroughly we will see the various points of interest - many of the main points of interest were just drive-by's from a distance. The Grand Mosque was definitely the highlight of the trip.
