It was very nice experience and the staff are very friendly. Rapiq was very knowledgeable he explained eveything about the story of Abu dhabi. The driver was very professional and friendly, Noufal was very friendly as well he was guiding us where we are going to.
Jameel was a great guide, very friendly. The tour was excellent. the tour had everything to be in one day
Early start but well worth the effort. Bus was really comfortable and guide commentary was entertaining as well as informative.
Have been to Abu Dhabi several times but had never gone on a sight seeing tour. The grand mosque is a must see. It’s very organized there and well planned out considering the amount of visitors . It’s an incredible sight . When you arrive there you actually go in the opposite direction underground and make your way underground across the road to the mosque. Even though I was suitably covered I still was directed to the ladies changing room where a robe was given to me to put on. There were no delays and everything moved along seamlessly .
I was in Dubai for one week and I wanted to visit a mosque. Locals recommended me to go to Abu Dhabi for the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque so I booked this tour with Saifco Travel & Tourism. The tour was conducted by Basian Travel LLC and our guide was Jamil. He explained to us about what we passed by while driving but he didn't join us inside the sightseeing spots. I was picked up from my hotel at 8:30 AM as scheduled and returned around 7 PM. The drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi was approximately one hour and a half. The drive was safe and the minibus comfortable. We were provided with water in the minibus, nice detail. Just one thing, the curtains of the minibus were kind of broken so if you wanted to avoid the sun or didn't have sunglasses, it might have been a little uncomfortable. We first stopped at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and had one hour and 20 min to go around it. It might seem long time but it wasn't. The mosque is gorgeous, a really piece of art. I strongly recommend anyone who has the chance to visit it. Unless you completely cover your body so that the body shape is not visible, we women are given abaya to wear before entering the mosque so no need to bring any scarf. I wish we got a pamphlet about the mosque beforehand. Inside it was quite hot and there were many tourists so you don't really have time to walk and read anything. It took me 10 min to find an information center inside the mosque (I think there is only one) and for example I knew that the mosque has world's biggest carpet after seeing it. I saw it but didn't pay much attention. A little sad. Then, we drove around the corniche street, saw world's second most expensive hotel, the royal palace, world’s furthest leaning manmade tower, also stopped for some pictures. Next, we stopped at the heritage village, saw a camel, artisans making pottery, carpets, glass and some other handicrafts. Nice place to know more about old UAE. We had lunch in the Marina Mall from around 2 PM so make sure to eat breakfast or grab something to eat on the way otherwise you might get hungry. Then, we stopped at a place that make traditional decorative gold carpets (I cannot remember the name), at the dates market (really large variety of date delights but the place itself doesn't look very attractive), at ferrari world mall, then drove back to Dubai. As a whole, it was worth doing the tour. I could see Abu Dhabi in one day, thing that would have been practically impossible if going by myself.
Yes. Don’t book it. 1)They arrived to the hotel late 2)The driver didn’t introduce himself 3)They put 7 people inside an old outdated toyota minivan, without space to breath. Old waisted tires, and with the CHECK ENGINE on since we left the hotel. 4)The average speed was over 70 miles. Suddenly, more warnings lights in the dash, forcing us to a complete highway side stop. We were so close to the lanes, that the minivan moves with the passing cars. He started to talk by phone, no word to us about the situation. After a long stop, the minivan started again, and we continue with the trip. A second sudden stop again, more celular talk, NO SITUATION EXPLAINED. 5)Minivan re-started again, trip continued, and then again the vehicle stop. This time in the middle of the road, blocking the traffic. No air conditioner, all of us trying to speaking with the driver without results. 7)After a wild, a second vehicle arrived to the other side of the street. We cross the road (in a place without crossway) to get to the other vehicle, which finally left us at the mosque. One person told us to return in 1 hour 15 minutes, to a van with the # 92113. 8)After we return from the mosque ( at this moment no guided tour received yet), then we found a vehicle with a new guide. He tried to give us a tour, but he spoke with somebody in the bus other language than english for 50% of the time. 9)At the time we returned to the hotel, not one apologize received. We were in our 20th wedding anniversary trip. We travel to all places using the reviews from travelers using this site. In 20 years of travel, this was our worst excursion ever.
Abu Dhabi city tour was amazing specially Sheikh Zayed Mosque. Amazing architecture and beautiful. Emirates palace is also great for taking pictures. We had lots of fun and recommend everyone visiting UAE. Thanks Saifco
We had this tour with our family and small children. Very nice guide and wonderful service. Mosque was the highlight of the day. Everyone enjoyed very much. After that we visited various parts of Abu Dhabi City and it was all amazing. I will recommend this tour to all
Amazing mosque to visit. Highlight of the day and beautiful architecture. Other places were also great to visit. A good day out with my friends. We all enjoyed the trip so much. I would recommend Saifco for their amazing service
Best part was Sheikh Zayed Mosque. Amazing white architecture. Enjoyed a lot. Guide was very informative. Later visited other places and took a lot of pictures. All in all a wonderful day. Recommended to all
I would not recommend this tour to anyone. There was no information given about the most beautiful Grand Mosque. I don’t know when it was built. I don’t know who it was built for, or if it was built for anyone or to honor anyone. We were whisked by the royal residences. We did not tour the downtown areas of Abu Dhabi. We spent almost 1 1/2 hours in a carpet establishment which no one in our group appreciated. We had lunch at a buffet restaurant across the canal from the old palace. Why didn’t we go to the old palace just to see the lobby at least? The food st the restaurant was nothing special. We had no time to experience Abu Dhabi. Oh we went to the Ferrari Mall. Why? We had absolutely no interest in a mall let alone a Ferrari mall? No spice market. No cultural center. No museum. No history of Abu Dhabi. As I sit here writing this I realize I know absolutely NOTHING about Abu Dhabi except it has the largest most beautiful mosque I’ve ever seen. This tour was a total waste of my vacation time and money.
Van trip for 10 from Marriott Marques, Dubai to Abu Dhabi tour. Did not appreciate the unexpected exposure to the high pressure CARPET VENDER tour stop. The time devoted to this high pressure sales should have been spent on other sights.
One of the most beautiful cities in this whole region. We heard about it so we planned to had a tour. Sheikh Zayed mosque was stunning in white beauty marble. Modern city with clean environment.must visit. Recommended
City of Oil and Riches. Perfect place to be visited. Sheikh Zayed Mosque with its white marble looks heart warming. Emirates palace is truly amazing and best architecture I have ever seen in a hotel. Cornish area and Dates market also worth visiting. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting UAE. Thank you Saifco Tours
Truly a gem in the middle of desert. But you won't believe your eyes when you see the development in the city. High rise skyscrapers and building with different architecture. Recommend to all. If you are visiting UAE must visit this city
I just returned from a day excursion to Abu Dhabi I booked this tour through TripAdvisor and I must say that I am quite disappointed with the way the tour was executed. Firstly, the local tour operator designated by Viator for this was Saifco Travel and Tourism but the tour was executed by a company called Baisan Travels LLC. Nothing was communicated on this change. This could even be a security issue! As someone who has done several tours in many cities across the world, there were certain expectations that weren't met. 1. We were picked up at our hotel by a driver . The tour promised a professional guide, there was none. If the driver was meant to double up as a guide then its even more disappointing. He lacked the professionalism of a tour guide. He didn't bother to introduce himself, he seemed always in a hurry, there was no brief orientation about the trip and all the usual pep talk that I have become accustomed to. He just acted like a driver designated to take us on the trip. 2. The journey was very bumpy (on smooth roads!) The driver 's driving left much to be desired. Slamming on brakes, changing lanes without caution! Combing his hair....??? 3. When we got to Abu Dhabi, he just pointed out buildings to us.....??I am used to tour operators telling us a little about the important sites, the history and all.... 4. I also expected a more comfortable vehicle (This was a 12-14 sitter bus) and in this day and age Wifi on board! Again, maybe I'm just used to tour coaches with wifi from my other experiences. Even more intimate tours with cars and 4x4 vehicles were better. The landmark sites were a beauty to behold. Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Emirates Palace Hotel, the Corniche and Ferrari World. All excellent!! In a nutshell , I LOVED Abu Dhabi but wish I had used another tour operator! I do not recommend.
Must to see place like Grand Mosque and Emirates Palace. Weather is hot but still worth it to roam with friends. Very nice places indeed. Specially the white marbled sheikh zayed mosque
must to visit city in UAE. I thought at first dubai is the best but Abu Dhabihas lot to offer. enjoyed with friends and lot. sheikh Zayed mosque was the greatest. our guide was amazing too. recommended
The highlight of tour of Abu Dhabi was sheikh zayed mosque. The white beauty you can see way before entering Abu Dhabi. Amazing architecture and wonderful piece of art. Emirates palace speaks for itself as it is luxurious. We had stopped in various other small stops but for us the highlight was mosque. Must to visit for every art lover
It's and incredible day to spend and visit one of the famous places of UAE. Magnificent building of Shiek Zated Mosque is a must to visit. It's awe-inspiring and a beuty to behold. Also ypu see the Emirates Palace and other iconic places. The guide is patient and full of knowledge. Fully equipped. We learned a lot. Totally recommended

Our tour guide was fun and we had a great experience. Abu Dhabi is fascinating, and I had no idea there was such a thing as Ferrari World. This was a good day trip to see some highlights with a multinational group of tourists. The people on the tour were quite interesting.

I went to dubai for a week with my family. We booked our tours with saifco. Our pickup was on time the driver was really punctual and friendly. The services were of high quality and our stay was really convenient. The guide made us feel like home. We toured ferrari world and it was a really amazing experience. The place was fancy and i liked everything. Desert safari was something i was really looking forward to and it was one hell of a ride. Ill definitely recommend saifco to anyone visiting dubai. They fascillitate the needs of every individual and there is no compromise in quality.

Very good tour with knowledgeable and friendly guide.

The experience as such and the guide was fine, but it was in Spanish and we were sent a guide in English. Very bad this.
At first I was anxious because Arakan was a one-woman event and spoke almost no English, but my guide Jamila was very kind and kind to talk to me and took pictures, which was a very satisfying day. One disadvantage was that it took too long for the guide to pick up the guests on time to pick them up from the hotel they were going to.
Hakim, our tour guide, was brilliant. Great explanations, fantastic information and insights into the history of the Emirates and the individual places. We would be happy to come back any time, we can highly recommend it!!!
Abu Dhabi a city unlike anything you can see in the rest of the world. Worth the trip from Dubsi
We chose the tour in German. At least we assumed that we have an audio guide in German. I'm afraid not. Furthermore, there was little time for the individual stadiums and a visit to a museum turned out to be a mere “carpet sale”. This station could be saved and more time could be spent on the important stations. The driver and guide were very accommodating.
