Excellent day trip to Abu Dhabi from Dubai with RAH Tourism. We had a wonderful day and a lovely experience of beautiful Abu Dhabi. We including kids really enjoyed our day and would definitely recommend it. Our driver and guide Ghulam Ali was fantastic and he was very knowledgeable on the history of UAE and was friendly. Very ice place to visit, but there is very busy therefore, lots of people inside, made it difficult to take solo /personal pictures .

I booked this as we thought a bus tour with a proper guide would be better than just a driver. The vehicle we were taking in was not comfortable, clean & too small We got to see the sites as booked but only a shouty driver reading items off google maps. No real information, no guide, long queues the day we went due to extra cruise ships in port. However as this covered most of the sites I wanted to view in one day I would still do it again. Ashame the instead of a visit Ferrari we didn’t go the the Louve instead which is more suited to people interested in culture

to stop for gas only filling his tank half way and fill his tires up with air. Something g that definitely should have been done before any pickups. Therefore, on the way back we needed to stop for gas a second time because he was on empty. This delay then further delayed all of the touring operations. Our itinerary listed “Presidential Palace Guided Tour”, to which we anticipated our guide to come along with us for educational purposes. This did not happen and instead we were dropped off outside with no information as to what we were seeing. He also added another location to the itinerary which felt like a scam, as the art work was all for sale in the “museum”. In addition, we were late for lunch and the location our guide brought us to was horrible. All the food was buffet style, had been sitting for what looked like hours, and picked over with flies buzzing around the food. The other restaurant alternative next door was no longer serving guests as it was past the hours of lunch operation. We also arrived at Ferrari world, the last stop of the tour, to find it was closed and the gates were shut. As a tourist in Dubai this was not the ideal experience. We had to cancel our dinner reservation cause of how delayed the start time and over all delays were. When asking questions our driver also did not appear to have any knowledge about the country or the governing body. In the suv, there was 7 total people, with us sitting in the rear with less legroom than an airplane. Just an uncomfortable experience.

We took the Abu Dhabi city tour with presidential Palace guided tour and In the middle of the tour, I was approached by your tour guide and told me that the palace was closed and that instead the company was willing to pay for our lunch which I found very offensive and unprofessional knowing that the guide tour was the highlight of the whole tour which was included in the title of the tour. I told him that offer wasn't acceptable.  I spoke to the other parties in the tour, and I ask them if that the same offer was extended to them and all of them 4 in total said they didn't have that included in their tour, which makes it obvious they put us on the wrong tour. Right after this finding, I went into the palace website, and it clearly said open until 6pm, furthermore not only we weren't taken to the palace tour, but neither to the Heritage village that was also part of our itinerary. We feel like we were lied to and done wrong. Your company didn't give us the service that your promised on your itinerary flyer in the amount we paid for.Another thing that I want to point out to you is that you tour guide lacks a lot of knowledge of the history of the  places and have no answer for the question and he stops the car and excuses himself to go and pray and later in the afternoon he stops the car and left us in the car waiting for over half hour while he went to eat. I made a formal complaint over a week ago to the # provided by the tour guide and so far I haven't received response. I also sent a formal complain to Viator.com which it was the site where I bought the tickes.

This was a great tour, and the guide Syed was exceptional. We learnt a history, culture about Abu Dhabi and saw wonderful sites. Abu Dhabi is amazing.

Great day in Abu Dhabi. We visited Grand Mosque, Emirates palace, Heritage village, Ferrari and our personal request Guide Syed showed us F1 track. Whole tour was very nice informative.

The locations we visited have been beautiful. Overall a super trip and the staff has been pretty nice. Special regards to Rehman at this point. We have been really enjoying this trip and even though we had a person in wheelchair the places we visited were overall good accessible with it. You can find pretty much everywhere ways to get access. Just keep in mind that some things like f.e. entrance to mosque, restaurant visit require you to have some extra money on hand.

I enjoyed the whole trip. We saw many highlights in Abu Dhabi. Our guide Amjad was very friendly and he was very flexible with the program. We wanted to visit the Presidential Palace and he took us there. Great gesture. So I am very content with the trip and the driver. A tip: maybe a coffee break in the morning and afternoon 😁

Top service, top day, top guide. We had a very nice day with much information and the best diver/guide. Our guide Ghulam Ali was one of the best guides since we travel. Always friendly, good information and tips. Service is high and when we wanted changes he was able to arrange it. Ghulam made it personal in his stories and he felt like a good friend. Very, very good value for the money!

The driver was very friendly and had very good driving skills. He gave us water when we were thirsty and took a lovely group photo of us.
