Abbas did an AMAZING job guiding us through Abu Dhabi and made the entire day effortless and memorable. His driving was smooth, safe, and professional, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. He was incredibly kind, courteous, and always respectful of our time, keeping the schedule perfectly balanced without ever feeling rushed. Abbas thoughtfully stopped whenever we wanted to take pictures, never hurrying us and always suggesting the best photo spots. His knowledge and calm presence truly elevated the tour. A long, fruitful day. Ghulam Ali was a good guide. Highlights were the Mosque and the Louvre Museum. The palace (which is a Mandarin Oriental Hotel) is an amazing building, but the historical context a bit lost on me. The "date market" was a stop at a single spice/tea/coffee shop similar to 10s of others. Nice people and we dropped some cash, but a more historical introduction to the trading community and types of goods and how they. got there would have been very good. Our car of 6 people waived off the other clearly shopping stop to spend more time at the museum. The stop at Ferrari World is a mystery to me. It was very interesting to go to Yaz Island and see how AD is expanding the world of learning and amusement parks, but the particular stop, again, missed the chance. to emphasize the important points, to me. I think Ali was just doing what he was ordered to do, but the powers that be might rethink some of this. The drive back at night is a herculean task Ali performed well. All is all a good day to be exposed to AD and this amazing country.

Afzan er en veldig flink ,kunskapsrik og tydelig guide. Afzan as a guide is absolut the best!!! He know so much about Abu Dhabi and Dubai!!

Farukh was a great driver. He gave us plenty of time to explore the sites we stopped at. When returning to the meeting point he was easy to find. I didn't give the experience a five star as the Ferrari World stop was disappointing. Anything worth seeing is behind the adminission ticket. The photo op was not worth the stop. We didn't go to the Louvre. If the art museum we did go to was the "Louvre" then this is false advertising.

It was such a great trip that I suggest it to everybody Our driver Usman was so kind and professional They picked up us in the hotel and during the tour our driver explained to us everything about Abu Dhabi

We enjoyed the tour in Abu Dhabi but we were very disappointed that our visit to the Louvre Museum didn't materialize as mentioned in the tour itinerary/tour price. We had specifically booked the Abu Dhabi tour for a visit to the museum, and our research indicated it was open during our visit but In@m our tour guide didn’t take us to the museum saying it was closed. We feel misled by the ticket inclusion and being told by the Tour Guide it was closed which is untrue. According to their website (https://www.louvreabudhabi.ae/en/visit-us), the museum was open on December 15th from 10 am to 6:30 pm…..which was the date our tour. This is the second time we have been duped by Viator. Earlier we booked a tour with Viator for a day trip from Rome to Florence/Pisa but no one showed up to get us and we were never informed that the trip was cancelled until we called Viator and was told thereafter. Extremely disappointed

Great tour of Abu Dhabi with guide Sunny! I particularly appreciated the convenience of not having to schedule my day and work out transportation. Pick up and drop off from the hotel are great too. I particularly liked the mosque, the date market and Emirates Palace. The heritage village and Ferrari world were also good to see . Worth the money and time !

Very disappointing. We ended up with two other couples in a minivan, and each had a different itinerary.This implied that we have to make a concession on what landmarks we wanted to visit, so we only saw half of what we paid for and a waste of time at sites that were completely uninteresting for us (Ferrari theme park, MadMax vehicles and an appalling "heritage site"....)...time lost that we could have spent better (for example at the Louvre)... The cherry on the cake was a driver/guide who hardly spoke English and become very rude when the group take the initiative to reschedule our itinerary....

The driver was very easy going, It was only 6 of us in the air conditioned car and it was perfect. The activities planned gave us just the right amount of time to enjoy the experience.

Abu Dhabi in a Day! ✨ Tour by Sunny, friendly and knowledgeable Sunny sharing all the history and culture of Abu Dhabi. I had an incredible day! From the golden luxury of the Emirates Palace to the heavenly beauty of the Mosque. every moment was awe-inspiring. A must-do tour for any visitor!

This wasn’t a “tour” with a guide but rather a poorly planned car ride. The vehicle was too small for my family of four plus another couple so I was cramped in the far back seat the whole time. A short 5-minute video outlining the highlights was the only context we received the whole day, as the driver just dropped us off at each spot and told us when he would pick us up. The trip started at about 9:15 am but we didn’t see anything until after 1 pm, as we had to wait for other tour groups to join to see the Grand Mosque and the entrance procedures took so long. We really wanted to see the Louvre but only had about 45 minutes at the museum, and instead were shuttled to a small grocery store (listed as a “date market” but the same as every small grocery which also sold some dates), another “museum” which was just a shop full of gold carpets and other things that we had no desire to visit or shop at, a heritage village which was a tourist trap that again had no guide or context, and a visit to the lobby of the Mandarin Oriental hotel. The hotel was supposed to be the palace but it was just a hotel lobby. We never saw the palace. We capped off the day at Ferrari World, where we were supposed to have a photo op, but Ferrari World was closing by the time we got there and we were not going inside with tickets anyway so it was really a 20-minute stop to get a selfie in front of the Ferrari World sign. No actual Ferraris in sight. Overall I was cramped in the car all day, rushed from spot to spot, with too many unnecessary stops, and no guiding or information or context to understand what we were seeing. If I had to do it over again I would just hire a car to take us to the Louvre and other places we wanted to see and skip the hours and hours of unnecessary stops. I would not recommend this tour to others, and would advise that the “tour” description be listed more accurately as a car service between sites.

Excellent driver for a comfortable smooth journey. The sights were fantastic, especially the Emirates Palace and Louvre in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommend this trip.
