Abu Dhabi City Sightseeing Tour From Dubai

Operator didn't come to fetch us .we called them at 09AM they said they will come back to us even now we are still waiting. We called again at 10am now they are not answering

The only highlights were the hotel and the mosque, though our experience at the mosque felt rushed and impersonal, more like being herded than welcomed. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, but we were fortunate to have an excellent driver. Christiane and Michel 🇨🇦

The driver ~Muhammad Aqib Anwar Treated us like 2nd class citizens. We were told to get in the back of the vehicle when there were two children who sat comfortably in the main part of the car. When I explained that I have a hip issue and getting in and out of the car was giving me more pain he said I should have booked a private vehicle to take us around. He refused to ask the parents of the children if they would take our seats and so I had to take it upon myself to ask on the final journey back to Dubai. He offered the family water on one occasion and didn’t bother to ask me and my friend. He left us and then demanded we come back whilst in the mall because the family wanted to leave. We were not given any Itinerary of how the day was planned until we asked for it. The Ferrari visit was just a mall visit and a waste of time. If you wanted to go in you had to pay more money. Overall horrible experience with a inconsiderate driver we have been on many excursions and booked through viator during our Dubai visit and other countries so I guess our expectation was high because we had previously had exceptional service with other companies. Do not book if you want to save yourself some bother.

After having a small hiccup at the beginning everything turned out great. Our driver Abdul took the time to explain everything we were seeing along the way. He made it a very seamless process and had everything very organized. The only thing I would suggest is travel to Dubai/Abu Dhabi during the winter months because right now in June 2024 it is 107 degrees Fahrenheit with feels like temperature in the 120's. I definitely recommend this tour. It was very affordable and we were able to see and do a lot. Thanks Abdul!!!

They picked nice experiences like the Grande Mosque, Palace, and date market. The lunch options were good. I did not enjoy the Ferrari kids experience it was a waste of time at the end of a long day. The drive home at 145 km / hour getting on every drivers tail in 5:00-6:00 traffic was very scary and unnecessary. The car was also packed and uncomfortable.

Abu Dhabi was by far the highlight of our trip. Pinpointing one specific part will do all other an injustice, the whole tour was fantastic. Our host Ali was equally as gracious with his time and patience.

This was the only event I booked during my trip that I regretted . I felt like I wasted an entire day . The driver had too many people in the car. I felt it was a trip of drop off. I did not learn anything different about Abu Dhabi, that I couldn’t just google. The driver did not drive very well and seem to just be annoyed with the entire experience. I would not recommend .

The tour was well worth the money. Mr Khan was very professional. We were picked up from our hotel in Dubai on time and taken to most notable places in Abu Dhabi. Stopped for photos, lunch and site visits. Informative commentary provided by Mr Khan all along. Good vehicle with AC. Well priced, cheaper than most Abu Dhabi tours from Dubai. 9-10 hours from pick up to drop off. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed Abu Dabi tour to see some major sights. Liked that our tour operator already pre-purchased mosque tickets. Didn't have to worry about that. Stopped in 7 spots. Weather was really hot so outdoor exploration was limited. Not a whole lot of time to explore each of the sites (with the exception of the Grand Mosque ~2 hours were given). Overall it was a good day where we got to see lots of things in a short period of time.

The most interesting excursion of all. Please continue doing such a great job. Will inform my friends.

Amazing trip with Ghulam Ali. Funny guy who told us a lot of funny stories while driving. He was very nice and made it a good experience. Recommend!

Grand mosque, emirates palace were worth visiting. A nice lunch we had at Abu Dhabi. Tour guide was a wonderful person. Well organized trip.

Excellent guide, the tour covered all basic spots with good times. Every thing was great, we enjoyed the stops and the visit to the mosque was amazing!!! We were able to see it at daylight and twilight, beautiful!!!!

The reason for 3 stars: The vehicle felt too crowded for 6 people + the driver. (Toyota 4 Runner)No leg room in rear of vehicle especially since the drive to Abu Dhabi was 90mins -2hrs with heavy traffic. Inam is pleasant & very nice & informative but I wish we were told in advance we had to pay to go into mosque & needed PCR ( we only had vaccination). Be aware the mosque is a money making business similar to a mega church in the US. We went into a mall with only vaccination then at the Ferrari place we were told we needed PCR + vaccination. No consistency & left on our own to deal with the guard telling us we cannot enter. This issue should have been left to our tour guide to deal with. We were taken to museums twice and realize these are more places trying to sell rugs and gold. Not your typical museums , very disappointed. Take money with you since this trip is not only about seeing Abu Dhabi but spending money. The last stop was to a shopping area with stores that sells Dates . Again it’s a haggle just to buy Dates. I only wish the site explained in more details we could make better decisions.

Driver was interactive through out the drive, not cool that I had to buy a socks to cover my ankle before entering the mosque, even though I made sure to wear a full Abaya to avoid such for the trip. other than that it was an interesting trip and liked the experience.

Driver was friendly and nice, giving some explanations while touring and very helpful. Complete tour with all highlights and very good price.

the pass was amazing! RAH Tourism was extremely punctual and attentive, compressing exactly everything that was proposed. I would like to highlight the cordial, friendly and attentive service provided by the guide Aleem Kahn, who was always concerned about giving us information about tourist attractions and other information. I recommend the services, and if it is possible to choose a Guide, choose Aleem.

This was during the covid-19 timeframe and had a tour of Abu Dhabi from Dubai scheduled. We were a party of four men. They tried to stuff into a Toyota 4 runner in the back two rows of seats. Two diminutive Japanese’s women were in the first row of seats. The shortest of the four got in and his head was hitting the ceiling. There was no way we were driving two hours each way with our neck bent that way. They said they would send another vehicle at additional cost. We waited and talked to the concierge at the hotel and they found out what we were doing and say that EVERYTHING in Abu Dhabi was closed and taking a tour there was akin to fraud. We cancelled the entire trip. They sternly said we would not receive a refund. I told them that they would not decide whether we got a refund or not and would speak to Viator. Well we’ve sent two requests for refunds and have not received any responses. We that these are extraordinary circumstances but these also require extraordinary responses. We were not impressed with Viator in this regard. I hope this is a fluke but we will searching out other tour operators whenever we need a tour (which is often).

We went in the middle of coronavirus crisis, so the Big Mosque was close, it was painful. However, Ali, our guide, worked hard to give us a nice day. He drove over lot of Abu Dhabi's places, and told us some stories about the places. Fortunately, we could get into the emirates palace and it's beautiful. We took a private tour for the prize of grupal because there were no more people.

Sohib was amazing! The tour was enlightening and we were given enough time to absorb the culture. His driving was smooth and he was prompt. We also had a lunch stop. I recommend.

Nice tour in a beautiful city. Traditional lunch very good and affordable. The Great Mosque is a modern architectural wonder. The minibus is very uncomfortable. The Museum of Islamic art it's too business headed, most a shop than a museum.

We had a brilliant day at Abu Dhabi. The highlight has to be visiting the Grand Mosque. Our driver Zaman was very knowledge and made it very interesting. Would go again.

I can recommend this to everyone, it is definitely worth the money. The only downside was that the pickup was 20 minutes late.

We were contacted the night before by our driver, Abdul, to check on the time and location of pick-up. In the morning we were picked up by a nice car and drove to Abu Dhabi with couple of other travellers. Abdul was very helpful throughout the whole trip - providing interesting information and insights! Abdul even provided water and snack throughout the trip! Thank you for everything, Abdul! You made the trip wonderful and we would definitely go again!

Tour meraviglioso!! We were accompanied by NASSIR, extraordinary Guide and especially Italian (a salvation) we had fun and we had a really unusual experience! Thank you so much for making us live things out of place! The mosque is a lot suggestive Recommendation to visit it, everything else is wonderful especially the palace of the president of the UAE. Very punctual, very kind (all guides) and super helpful! NASSIR really enjoyed us, we were with a group of Apulians and we were destroyed with laughter! Guide was super knowledgeable, explained everything, whatever we saw. Thank you Nassir PS: we did 3 tours with your company, and they were all great!! (I'll review the others too)

Mosquée sublime, tour de La ville agréable et guide très sympa. Une journée de marathon inoubliable.

Essential experience with Yasir if you want to know Abu Dhabi in one day, a great guide. Everything perfect, I would repeat 100%!

La Mosquée. La visite a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu y prier. Nous l'avons ratée de 15 mn. Le Guide Zahir a été très professionnel et courtois. Les autres étapes étaient aussi très intéressantes

La recogida fue bastante puntual, el chofer muy correcto y siempre pendiente de nosotro. Las visitas dentro de lo programado, salvo una a un centro comercial donde intentaron vendernos unos tapices bordados de oro (aguantamos en unos cómodos sillones). Lo que sí me pareció mal, pero MUY MAL, fue el vehículo. Un 4 x 4 en que viajé siempre hecho un ovillo en el asiento trasero. Si no fuera por la disposición del chofer, habría puntuado mucho menos.

Pick-up at the hotel and communication with the guide before the excursion is good. The day went well (but it is mostly photo stops ) and the visit to the Mosque was very good . The guide explained the history of Dubai and Abu Dhabi well along the way. Day that lasted 9h.  Cons: the guide who found a couple of his origins, so 1 shot he speaks in English with us and for a shot in his mother tongue not to understand, I found it not healthy of him.

Belle journée à Abu Dhabi. Notre guide Inam a été très serviable : il nous a emmené dans un restaurant local pour déjeuner qui était très bien et plus que correct au niveau du prix.

Fair value for the price, definitely the best is the mosque, the rest is fine to dry, I would exchange the visit to the market for the visit to Louvre

This day is only worth the Great Mosque!! For the rest...... Useless commercial stops (Date Market and especially an overpriced jewelry and carpet store ) photo stops of any kind that you could do yourself , a lot of time in the vehicle and finally a driver-guide difficult to understand in English!!! In short, a disappointment!!! Other operators seem more appropriate to me.

Nice if you have little time and want to see more things. The Mosque is really very impressive. Everything else is very average. The driver also acts as a guide but besides giving info about this is the most... (beautiful, big, tall, expensive...) there is nothing else. The timing is quite tight and the driver was very careful not to be out of hours on his schedule, which was good, he did not allow anyone to be late. A few stops in "piloted" shops seemed a bit of a stretch but overall it was nice

Punctual pickup at the hotel. The bus was not, as described, a new vehicle. It was already quite rocked and in the cup holders on the seat backs were indefinable and disgusting legacies of previous travellers. That, however, is the only criticism. It was a very nice and entertaining trip. The first stop was Ferrari World. Until then, our driver kept sending us information about the country and people in an acceptable English. Afterwards, we continued to a market, a photo point and a museum (open-air) of UAE skill. Afterwards, the tour group was free to eat lunch in a buffet restaurant or individually in a mall. Afterwards, another photo stop opposite the Presidential Palace and the 7* hotel “Emirates Palace”. One more point of criticism for the next stop. We were announced the Museum of Arabic Art. Those who do not intend to buy a tapestry with a personal discount from the royal family should stay outside. For a short time you had the feeling of having booked a coffee ride. At the end of the day, the program included a visit to Sheikh Zayid Mosque, which can be described as a highlight of the day. Very impressive and interesting was the visit to the grounds and the building. There would have been the full score for the outing, but the carpet dealer number was a bit too much.

It was a good choice for our trip to Dubai, although we bought it last minute, we enjoyed it very much. You save a lot of time if you plan to do it on public transport. The guide explains perfect, the only thing not so good was that the van was not so clean but still enjoys the trip.
