The yacht trip was a fantastic way to enjoy Dubai’s beautiful coastline, stunning skyline, and relaxing atmosphere. The combination of delicious BBQ, enjoyable music, and refreshing drinks made the experience even more special. The private yacht setting was perfect for spending quality time, taking beautiful pictures, and creating unforgettable memories. I would highly recommend Dubai Tourism Agency to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable yacht experience in Dubai. It is a wonderful activity to include in your Dubai trip.

Excellent service! It's hard to find trustworthy people but this met all our expectations! We are very happy and grateful to have spent such a great and adventurous day!! Yacht was so VIP and luxury as we spent 3 hours in such a short time, yacht price was also cheapest among others operator.

We booked this tour as part of our stay in Dubai with a group of 10 friends and were really looking forward to the advertised “Private 3 Hour Luxury Cruise” at sunset, with a few quiet drinks and a BBQ dinner. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of the description and was extremely disappointing. We certainly weren’t expecting a five-star experience given the very reasonable price, but we did expect the basics promised in the tour description. The biggest disappointment was the food and drinks. The advertised BBQ dinner was not a BBQ at all. As we boarded, the food was brought onto the boat in shopping bags from a local restaurant. Everything was pre-cooked and, at best, mildly warm. We were provided with two plates of assorted meats which were cold , two small basic salads, two tiny boxes of cold, stale fries, several containers of hummus and bags of Lebanese bread. Needless to say, most of us barely ate anything. This was not a BBQ ! The drinks were another disappointment. The description mentions drinks, so we expected a basic selection of beer, wine and soft drinks. Instead, there was one type of beer, one spirit (whiskey) and one type of wine. The wine ran out about an hour into the cruise, leaving very little choice for those who didn’t drink beer. With a group of 10, a couple of bottles certainly didn’t go very far. Even the bathroom was missing a basic necessity — toilet paper! To be fair, the crew themselves were friendly, attentive and considerate, and we could see they were doing their best with what they had to work with. Unfortunately, they couldn’t make up for the overall shortcomings of the experience. Overall, I would not recommend this tour if you are looking for the luxury experience described in the advertisement. The sunset and Dubai skyline were lovely, but the food, drinks and overall experience simply did not match what was promised. My suggestion to the operator would be to change the tour description so that future customers know exactly what to expect and aren’t left as disappointed as we were.

Instead, it was a total disappointment: • The yacht was old, small, and poorly maintained – absolutely nothing like the photos • Broken equipment, a dirty toilet, and outdated interior • The “barbecue” consisted of cold fast‑food meat, not freshly grilled • Drinks were canned beer served in plastic cups, along with plastic cutlery • The sound system barely worked • The only positive: a friendly crew who did their best despite the circumstances We contacted the Dubai Tourism Agency immediately, but even until the tour end we received no response. This tour has nothing to do with luxury. The presentation is misleading and not worth the money. We strongly advise against it!!

The service on the yacht was superb, All praise to the crew. They made our family very happy. The food was delicious and varied. The captain stopped to take a photo, which was awesome. We were a group of 6 members. If you're looking for a luxurious excursion, book this yacht. We would highly recommend this experience and will definitely be back again soon

It was a great experience, and the staff were great. The service was excellent, the boat was very neat and clean. Overall, an unforgettable evening. One of the crew also served as our personal photographer. We really enjoyed it and will definitely use it again when I return. Feel free to book. Nothing was too much of a hassle. Yacht trip was really good, food was lovely too, a lot to choose from. Over all good value for money. We celebrated our wedding anniversary the crew made us fell so special really made our night with giving my wife balloons, I would like a special mention to Mr. Anees who looked after us so well. We had the best evening on this lovely yacht - very luxurious and it had all we needed - we took our own drinks onboard and we used ice, mixers, glasses etc. from the yacht. Crew on the boat were 10/10, very helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back next time we visit Dubai.
