The staff are very professional and friendly. Arich is a very good driver, very polite, and an absolutely fantastic tour guide. He was always ready to answer questions and took the best photos and videos. Unfortunately, I broke a fingernail, but I was immediately looked after; everyone was consistently considerate, reassuring me that these things happen. I highly recommend this experience. arich and the man who speaks perfect english are amazing!!

4 weeks ago and two weeks before our trip we unfortunately had to cancel due to my wife being pregnant. We had paid 300 aed (£60) upfront to arrange a collection from the hotel to the venue and back. Upon asking for a refund the company requested all my banking information including IBAN number which reluctantly I provided in order to secure this refund. To date I have been messed around with the company telling me first that there was a problem with their system causing delay. Then they stated they would send a driver to our hotel to deliver the cash personally. The day before they stated due to unforeseen circumstances the driver wasn’t coming and to provide my Revolut bank details. I did this last week and have still not received my money. The company sent me a screenshot in what appeared to be French communication from their apparent manager. They translated to say that the money had now been sent from their manager. Still no money has been received. They are now saying they have no control over this as it’s this manager who has sent the money over. In my experience I have never had so much difficulty getting a refund returned to me. It seems to me that the company are happy to take your money but when it comes to getting it back to you there is simply no will on their part. I am still in communication with them so I am hopeful this will change but I have been left at the moment with no choice but to post this review.

Very good experience upon first entering the premises we were greeted with bottles of water and a quick video and sign a waiver, our first buggy broke down but we quickly swopped it for another thought it would be slow and boring at first but it was really good the more we pushed our guide the faster he went once he new we weren’t scared of going fast, definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

This was honestly one of the best things I’ve done in the UAE! We did the self drive experience and it was truly incredible. The guides were amazing and the views were out of this world. I definitely recommend this!

It has been our first time in the desert, we have enjoyed it a lot and we will surely repeat! Our guide Sahin has been very kind and attentive throughout the journey, he has made a magnificent photo and video report for us. We also tried sandboarding and it was awesome! Highly recommended!!

We had a great day with the whole Said and Monster Experience team. Safari in the desert, 4x4 in the dunes, Buggy, sunset and oriental dinner. Everything was perfect.
