The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall hotel environment was excellent. The service staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The staff at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. We were well taken care of, but this hotel needs to renovate and make the experience more 5-star if they want better reviews. Dated decor, small lobby/foyer, and non-premium amenities make it hard to enjoy this hotel. The room size and bed/pillows we experienced were great for the price.
Note: we stayed here on a 24-hour layover at DXB. We were looking for a 5-star hotel for a value on a short-notice booking. It did the trick, but we would definitely not choose this hotel for a longer-term stay.
My stay at Ramada Downtown Dubai was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is in an excellent location, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home.
